Do the particular good and the common good stand in relation of opposition or superiority each other? With regard to this question, some argue that the relevant Thomas texts reveal the superiority of the common good over the particular good, while others argue for the superiority of the particular good. The argument of this articles is, however, that closer examination of texts shows that Thomas Aquinas seeks to the unity of the common good and the particular good instead of seeing the conflict between them. It is true that Thomist moral and political theory emphasizes the value of the individual, but it should be noted that for Thomas the individual as individual does not exist, but shares specific formal determination with other members of the same species and, therefore, is the individualized, concrete universal. Good, meanwhile, means perfection which each being pursues and a thing is called good in the absolute sense when it actualizes its potentialities as a whole. An individual person is said to pursue only partial good, if it only seeks its perfection as an individual. The nature of individual person should be fully realized only in and through the community pursuing the common good. But the aim of living together which is rooted in the nature of human being as a rational being is for its members to live virtuously. The political community is said to try to bring its individual members to perfection, since the virtues are what renders human beings and their acts good. In this sense the particular good of the individual person is achieved through the pursuit of the common good and the common good is realized through the pursuit of the particular good so that they coincide each other. But this unity remains imperfect, when it would not be rightly ordered to its due end which is non other than the highest good, that is God. Accordingly the goodness of the human being in an absolute sense lies in the unity of the particular good and the common good rightly oriented towards the highest good, which is also called common good which every being pursues.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data onto preparing soft landing plan of future education policy by exploring direction of future education for the common good using big data and keyword network analysis. Based on the big data provided by Textom, data was collected under the keyword 'future education + common Good' and then keyword network analysis was performed. As a result of the research, it was found that 'common good', 'social', 'KAIST future warning', 'measures', 'research', 'future education', 'politics' were common keywords in the social awareness of future education for the common good. The results of this study suggest that the social awareness of future education for the common good is related to factors related to human, physical environment, social response, academic interest, education policy, education plan, and related variables, It was closely related. Based on these results, we suggested implications for the support for the preparation of a soft landing plan of future education for the common good.

우리 나라의 전력 계통은 대도시 중심부 등 사람의 왕래가 빈번한 곳이나 신도시 지역 등에 22.9kV-y 배전 방식으로 CNCV 지중 케이블로 전력을 공급하고 있으며, 선로 운영상 케이블의 동심중성선을 일정 구간 마다 3선 일활 공동 접지하는 다중 접지방식을 채택하고 있다. 이는 지락 사고시에는 동심 중성선의 대지 전위 상승을 일정 값 이하로 제한함과 동시에 보호계전기의 동작을 원활히 하기 위함이다. 그러나 지중 배전 선로에서 각 상(A,B,C상)의 부하가 불평형이 될 때는 물론 평형일 경우에도 동심 중성선에는 부하 전류에 비례하는 동심 중성선 순환 전류가 발생되고 있기 때문에 불필요한 손실 전력이 발생하며, 이러한 손실 전력으로 케이블의 내부 온도가 상승되어 케이블의 송진용량이 감소하게 된다. 따라서 2006년 7월12일${\sim}$14일 대한전기학회 하계학술대회에 이에 대한 문제점과 대책으로 비일괄공동접지에 관한 연구 논문을 발표 한 바 있으며, 본 인구는 일곽공동접지방식의 기능을 저해하지 않으면서 비일관공동접지기술을 안전하게 시행하는 방법과 예상되는 문제점 및 시행효과 검증에 관한 연구이다.

기존의 지하 공동구 감시 시스템은 광케이블, 누설 동축케이블(LCX), 각종 제어케이블을 사용하여 통신 선로를 구축하기 때문에 시설비가 대단히 고가이며, 여러 가지 통신선로의 이용에 따른 유지보수가 어렵고 시공기간이 길어 시설 확대에 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 통신케이블의 설치 없이 기존에 설치된 공동구의 전등용 저압 전력선을 통신선로로 그대로 이용할 수 있는 전력선 통신 기술을 적용하여 유지보수가 용이한 저비용의 지하 공동구 감시제어시스템을 개발하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 공동구에서의 전력선 통신의 특성을 조사, 시험시스템 설계${\cdot}$제작, 현장실증시험을 통한 성능시험 및 분석을 수행하여 전력선 통신을 적용한 안정적인 공동구 감시제어 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 기반으로 문서영상에서 표 안의 셀 경계선을 히트맵 회귀(heatmap regression)로 추정함으로써 표의 구조를 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 표는 기본적으로 행과 열로 이루어져 있기 때문에, 제안하는 방법에서는 먼저 1 차원 벡터 형태로 세로/가로 방향의 행/열 경계선 위치를 찾고, 이에 병합된 셀을 처리하기 위해 경계선이 그어져야 할 위치를 2 차원으로 추정한 결과를 적용하여 온전한 표의 경계선을 구한다. 이러한 구조를 통해 제안하는 방법은 표의 행과 열에 대한 정보를 효과적으로 이용함과 동시에, 복잡한 후처리 없이 병합된 셀을 처리할 수 있는 이점을 보인다. 실험은 1 차원의 행/열 경계선 위치를 반영하는 두 가지 방식에 대해 PubTabNet[11]에 대해 진행하여 결과를 보였다.

From the philosophy of Laozi, we can infer the two types of the individuals, such as Youwei individual and Wuwei individual. The Youwei individual characterizes its expandibility, which appears as an aggressive character, and the society where this has set in is a false society. The Wuwei individual discards a false power and authority, concentrates on its realities and life, and further restricts its rights in a voluntary way. Their behavioral pattern like this allows the other party to secure an autonomous space and ensures that he or she can live a full life in person. The society these Wuwei individuals have formed through their own relationships is Xuantong Society. The Xuantong Society proposed by Laozi restricts individual rights, but it rather guarantees individual's autonomy, life and happiness, and suggests an individual-community model in which common good is created endlessly even though it does not establish the common good. This is very different from the points of view which guarantees individual rights and at the same time attempt to realize the common good together.

Ground subsidence on urban roads is a social issue that can lead to human and property damages. Therefore, it is crucial to detect underground cavities in advance and repair them. Underground cavity detection is mainly performed using ground penetrating radar (GPR) surveys. This process is time-consuming, as a massive amount of GPR data needs to be interpreted, and the results vary depending on the skills and subjectivity of experts. To address these problems, researchers have studied automation and quantification techniques for GPR data interpretation, and recent studies have focused on deep learning-based interpretation techniques. In this study, we described a hyperbolic event detection process based on deep learning for GPR data interpretation. To demonstrate this process, we implemented a series of algorithms introduced in the preexisting research step by step. First, a deep learning-based YOLOv3 object detection model was applied to automatically detect hyperbolic signals. Subsequently, only hyperbolic signals were extracted using the column-connection clustering (C3) algorithm. Finally, the horizontal locations of the underground cavities were determined using regression analysis. The hyperbolic event detection using the YOLOv3 object detection technique achieved 84% precision and a recall score of 92% based on AP50. The predicted horizontal locations of the four underground cavities were approximately 0.12 ~ 0.36 m away from their actual locations. Thus, we confirmed that the existing deep learning-based interpretation technique is reliable with regard to detecting the hyperbolic patterns indicating underground cavities.

In recent years, television dramas have adopted an emerging approach of imagining a just society via fantasy. This study set out to examine by stages the patterns of social justice in I Hear Your Voice, Pinocchio, and While You Were Sleeping written by Park Hye-ryeon, who has been leading this trend. I Hear Your Voice shows why social justice is needed, as it is set against the backdrop of a society in which legal justice has collapsed. In this drama, the collapse of the legal justice system indicates that democratic society is falling apart at the roots. As a result, pain and suffering is propagated among the petit bourgeois, with social justice being demanded as an alternative to this problematic reality. The supernatural power of reading the thoughts of others is used to remind viewers of the value of truth and trust and raises the possibility of the existence of a true heart as an alternative from a social justice perspective. Set in a society in which media justice is distorted, Pinocchio makes an attempt at changing ideas about social justice. In this drama, the corrupt media justice covers up truth and becomes a parasite to power, creating victims that are falsely accused. In this situation, the Pinocchio Syndrome, which makes people hiccup when telling a lie, shows paradoxically that truth can be distorted, and ultimately destroys absoluteness that is not truth. Finally, While You Were Sleeping inherits the world views of the two previous dramas and proposes a type of social justice called 'common good' as an alternative. A completely unfair society is created when legal justice collapses and media justice is distorted. In this situation, the ability to see the future is an ability to imagine a world of possibilities. Altruistic choices based on trust in others help us to realize a positive future. Social justice as common good to enable solidarity among subjects in a way that transcends the limitations of time and space is proposed as an alternative to overcome the problem of an unfair society. Given the recent reality of South Korean society, this common good and these ways of life might literally seem like a fantasy. When social justice is represented by efforts and reconstruction processes to overcome the current social issues and make a better future, common good based on the understanding and sympathy of others can be an alternative to improve a reality that is problematic at its root. Ultimately, Park's three works explore the feasibility of a just society that is yet to come from the aspect of the common good.

This paper deals with primary consideration in down-conductor system and earth-termination system design of apartments. For down-conductor system, steelworks within reinforced concrete apartment structures have the electrical continuity, however, lashing is not suitable for lightning-current-carrying connections. So this paper suggest that the additional dedicated conductors should be installed and they are should be lashed to the reinforcement steel. Also this paper suggested the foundation earth electrode and global earth system as the earth-termination system of the apartments. But perfect bonding system is essential in lightning protection system to avoid life hazard and to protect electronic equipments.

2014년 우리나라 선용품 시장의 규모는 5조 7천400억 원 정도로 추정된다. 대부분이 부산, 울산 등 부산권에서 이뤄지지만 관련업체가 400여 개나 난립해 대부분 평균 매출이 20여억 원으로 영세한 수준이다. 또한 세계 해운항만산업의 불황과 중국을 비롯한 개발도상국들의 저가 선용품의 생산 및 공급으로 인해 국내 선용품 업계가 그다지 밝지 않는 상황이다. 이렇듯 영세한 선용품 산업을 발전시키기 위해서 부산시에서는 부산항국제선용품유통센터 내에 공동물류(창고)를 운영을 제시하였으며 이를 세부적으로 파악하기 위해 성공적 방안 요인 16개의 도출하여 AHP와 IP분석을 사용하여 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.${\cdots}$ (중략) ${\cdots}$.
