본 논문에서는 현재 연구 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있는 공공 무선망 서비스 제공을 위한 Binary CDMA기술이 적용된 Guardian 모뎀 칩셋에 대하여 알아 본 후, 무선 데이터 전송 시험을 통해 데이터 율과 SNR, BER, PER에 대한 성능을 분석한다.

현재의 우리나라 전산시스템은 소관부처별로 열악한 전산실에 시스템이 구축되었고 전산화가 추진되어 왔으나 48개 부처의 통합전산센터 구축 이후 정보 공동활용의 효율성 향상 및 안정적 운영을 하게 되었다. 하지만 통합전산센터 구축 이후 시스템관리에 대한 효율성을 검토하지 못한채 운영하고 있는 바, 본 논문에서는 계층적분석을 통하여 공공기관 데이터센터의 시스템관리 지표에 대한 중요도를 산출하고자 한다.

한국은 지리적 특성상 매해 태풍과 호우에 의한 침수 피해를 보고 있다. 또한 기후변화와 도시화 등으로 인하여 피해가 대형화되는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 자연재해 중 침수피해를 최소화하는 대안으로 공공데이터를 활용하여 관련 정보를 시각화한 프로토타입의 앱을 설계 및 구현한다. 구현한 앱을 통하여 침수 피해를 미리 대비하고 침수 시 피해를 줄이는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

본 연구는 공공 조직 및 인사 관리의 새로운 패러다임으로서 서비스 중심적 접근법을 제시하였다. 특히 코로나19 팬데믹 이후의 불확실하고 경쟁적인 환경에서는 파편화된 데이터를 마이크로 서비스화하고 동적으로 재조합하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 모델로 KISTI의 ScienceON API Gateway와 시나리오 활용 서비스를 참고하였다. 이러한 접근법은 조직 및 인사 관리의 투명성과 효율성을 높이며, 서비스-이용자 간 상호작용을 강화하고, 조직의 변화를 촉진하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Medical institutions face the challenge of securing competitiveness among medical institutions due to the rapid spread of ICT convergence, and managing data that is growing at an enormous rate due to the emergence of big data and the emergence of the Internet of Things. The big data paradigm of the medical community is not just about large data or tools and processes for processing and analyzing it, but also means a computerized shift in the way people live, think and study. As the medical data is recently released, the demand for the use of medical data is increasing. Therefore, the research on disease detection system based on public data using open source that can help rational and efficient decision making was conducted. As a result of the experiment, unlike a simple disease inquiry or a symptom inquiry about a single disease provided by a public institution, related diseases are searched by a symptom or a cause.

In domestic public institutions, administrative information datasets are recognized as electronic records that require systematic management. In this regard, concrete measures for the execution of records management have been discussed recently in the National Archives of Korea and the academic field. This study seeks to derive a plan to improve evaluation indicators that can effectively grasp the value of administrative information datasets and the matters to be considered when evaluating and selecting datasets in the records management of public institutions. This paper analyzes the theoretical background and current status of dataset evaluation and selection, derives considerations necessary for this process, and proposes improvement measures for evaluation indicators presented in previous studies. The results of this study are expected to lead to the revitalization of discussions on maintaining the public institutions' dataset management system and supplementing the management process in the future.

In order to expand the qualitative aspects of public facility, this study used SNS data to derive user-oriented preference factors for public facilities and then were quantified in terms of supply side and demand side. To derive preference factor, LDA, one of topic modeling, was used and attraction index was calculated for each facility. In addition we analyzed spatial accessibility to measure the degree of service experience of users by using 2SFCA model. The study area covered public libraries of Seoul, Korea. As a result of study, five topics were extracted as preference factors for the public library: Circumstance, Scale of facility, Cultural program, Parenting, Books and materials. In particular topic of circumstance and parenting were newly derived preference factors unknown in previous studies. As a result of calculating attraction index for each library, the index of Songpa Library, Jungdok Library, and Namsan Library was high. Songpa library has received good evaluation in parenting factor, and Jungdok & Namsan library in circumstance factor. The accessibility of each region seems to better in center of Seoul where public libraries are crowded, but shrinking toward the outskirts. We expect that the proposed method will contribute to user-oriented public facility evaluation and policy decision making.

As the Yoon Seok-yeol administration enters its second year in office, it is beginning to vigorously promote policies related to the "digital platform government," which is the 11th of the 120 national tasks. Accordingly, the Digital Platform Government Committee established and reported the 'Digital Platform Government Realization Plan' to the President in April 2023, and the 「Act on Provision and Use of Public Data」 and 「Data An amendment to the Act on the Vitalization of Infrastructure Administration" was submitted to the National Assembly in June 2023. In addition, the 「Regulations on the Promotion of Administrative Efficiency and Collaboration」, which is a Presidential Decree, was revised to 「Regulations on Operation and Innovation of Administrative Affairs」, including the name change, to effectively promote innovation in administrative work, and was completed on June 27, 2023. Therefore, this study aims to examine the trends of public institutions related to the digital platform government as a government task, and discuss whether the recent trends will affect the management of institutional records. Indications to respond to the government's digital platform, which is leading the way, it was emphasized that the operation of the current Medical Records Act is strange.
