Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between sleep and mental health in middle school female students. Methods: For this purpose, We analyzed the data of 15,477 for middle school female students among the 2016 Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey by multiple logistic regression based on the complex sample design. Results: Sleep duration of middle school female students in Korea were significantly associated with perceived stress, depressive experience, and suicidal idea, and subjective sleep satisfaction were significantly associated with perceived stress, depressive experience in results of multiple logistic regression. Conclusion: Sleep duration and subjective sleep satisfaction have a significant impact on the mental health of middle school female students. Therefore, in-depth research and policies to mental health of middle school female students through sleep duration and subjective sleep satisfaction increase are required.

용수공급 계획의 수립이나 수자원시설물 운영에서 주어진 목적의 달성여부를 판단하는 기준은 사회적 합의를 바탕으로 한 공개념으로 작용하기 때문에 기준 적용은 매우 신중하게 다루어져야 한다. 이런 기준들은 신규용수공급시설 설계나 기존시설의 경우 이행도를 평가하는 척도가 되며 경제성이나 대안을 결정하는데 이용된다. 또한 이런 기준들은 국가 수자원 정책의 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 물 공급 서비스를 받는 사람들에게 최소 필요로 하는 물을 어느 수준으로 얼마를 어떻게 공급할 것인가를 약속하는 의미를 갖는다. 이를 위해 우선 검토하여야 할 사항은 용수공급신뢰도 조사를 위한 기본체계를 제공하고 현재 신뢰도가 어떻게 정의되었으며 물 공급관리지표에 맞추어 예상되는 물 수요의 증가를 언제 어떻게 맞출 것인가라는 측면에서 신규시설물을 계획하면서 공급신뢰도에 의한 계획공급량(목표공급량)을 정하였다. 물을 공급받는 수요자는 공급에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 상태를 원하며 자신이 원하는 물을 아무런 장애없이 지속적으로 공급될 수 있는 조건을 전제로 물 공급계약을 체결한다. 이와 같은 신뢰도가 늘 엄격히 지켜지는 것은 아니나 현대 사회에서도 수요와 공급관계에서 지켜져야 할 기준으로 인식되고 있다. 아울러 수자원 기술자들에게 는 최적으로 달성해야할 업무목표가 된다. 그러나 제한된 정보를 이용하여 용수공급의 신뢰도를 정하게 되며 설계치를 초과하는 수문사상의 불확실성 및 수리구조물의 불안정 등으로 물 공급의 위험도는 항시 발생할 수 있다. 또한 인구증가나 새로운 산업입지에 의한 물 수요의 증가는 기존 시설물의 용량을 초과하여 물 공급의 신뢰도를 악화시킬 수 있다. 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 공급신뢰도 개념은 목표한 용수공급량 혹은 수요량을 충족시키느냐 못하느냐의 정도를 발생빈도 확률로 나타내는 것이다. 그러나 신뢰도의 적용에 대한 기준은 국내뿐만 아니라 외국에서도 종종 논란거리가 되고 있다. 또한 한 국가 내에서나 수자원을 개발하는 기관 내에서도 동일 목적의 사업별로 적용기준이 천차만별이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 외 이수안전도에 대한 정의와 적용사례를 분석하고 각각의 기준이나 지표의 장단점을 비교 평가하고자한다. 아울러 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 개선방향을 제시하고자 하며, 궁극적으로 국내의 이수안전도 기준설정에 대한 종합적 의견을 제시 하고자 한다.

A questionary survey was performed to invetigate the citizen's attitude concerning the waste incineration facility. People disliked most cremetorim followed by waste transfer station, chmical factory, waste incineration facility and sanitary landfill. Most people favored 1km minimum distance of incineration facilities from the residence. Most people think that we need most composting facilities in the future followed by sanitary landfill and incineration facilities. Majority of people was willing to accept the perfect incineration facilities near their residence. However, 37.6% answered no. Most people accepted complusory measures by the goverment in the location of incineration facilites. One incineration facility per one city or Gun was slightly favored than multy-city or Gun incineration facility. People think that perfect thchnology most important to overcome Nimby's.

The CEDA(Certified E-Document Authority) is a reliable third party that deposit electronic document having legal effects securely, and verify contents of document or transmission. This paper focuses on a function of secure transmission among several important functions, and implements public key encryption system for secure transmission when server and user communicate for image transmission. This paper follows a standard fundamental rule of X.509 in ITU-T, and it uses symmetric encryption algorithm to raise speed of a large data operation. A key of symmetric encryption algorithm is encrypted by private key in public key system, it protects to be modified using digital signature for data integrity. Also it uses certificates for mutual authentication.

WouldYouLike[우주:라이크]는 연세대학교 천문우주학과와 생활디자인과 학생들을 중심으로 천문우주학 대중화를 위해 활동하는 단체이다. 비영리 학생 단체인 만큼 학생들 스스로가 학습한 내용을 직접 요약하고 이를 바탕으로 일반 대중들이 쉽게 접하고 읽을 수 있는 천문우주학 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 지난 해 봄 약 500여명의 연세대와 이화여대 학생들에게 시행한 관련 설문조사를 시작으로 6월과 12월에 약 30여 페이지 분량의 천문우주관련 소식을 담은 잡지를 발간하였다. 창간호 1300여부와 2호 550부는 연세대를 중심으로 주변 대학교에 배부되었으며 SNS를 이용한 온라인 버전도 약 1900여명의 사람들에게 공개되었다. 천문우주과학의 최신 소식을 전하고 천체사진을 찍는 방법을 소개하는 등 대중의 관심을 끌 내용부터 명왕성의 행성 직위 박탁, 천문대 탐방, IAU 탐방 등 다양한 관련 내용을 담았다. 현재는 3호를 제작중이며 4월말 발간을 목표로 하고 있다. 여기서는 지금까지의 활동 및 앞으로의 계획을 소개하고 천문우주학 전공자들의 의견을 받아 추후의 활동에 반영할 수 있도록 한다.

Korean public organizations create electronic documents through electronic document management systems under the e-Government scheme. A majority of these public documents are saved in vendor-dependent file formats, mainly HWP. Vendor-dependent formats can be opened only with specific software, which requires purchase. As the license does not guarantee compatibility between past and future versions, interoperability problems occur in long-term preservation, which need to be solved. Any error from the elimination of styles or no matching elements in document definition during conversion from vendor-dependent formats to the XML-based standard exchange format leads to file open failure or the modification of original documents. This study introduces the Open Document Format (ODF) and investigates the effects of adopting ODF in the creation, exchange, management, and preservation of public records.

This study investigates the effects of venture capital investment and corporate venture capital investment on the performance of IPOs listed on KOSDAQ between 2000 and 2014. We classified venture firms with venture capital-backed companies and non-venture capital-backed companies, having the former of which further divided into corporate venture capital-backed companies and independent venture capital-backed companies. The time window of the analysis was set to between 2 years before and 3 years after IPO. Main results of this study reveal that there is little difference between venture capital-backed companies and non-venture capital-backed companies in terms of profitability before and after going public. However, we found out that after IPO venture capital-backed companies display higher ROA than independent venture capital-backed companies or non-venture capital-backed companies, suggesting that corporate venture capital-backed companies might be more advantageous in growing a venture capital ecosystem in Korea.

It is reported that genome-wide RNA-seq profiles has potential as biomarkers of aging. A number of researches achieved promising prediction performance based on gene expression profiles. We develop an age prediction method based on the transcriptome of human dermal fibroblasts by selecting a proper age interval. The proposed method executes multiple rules in a sequential manner and a rule utilizes a classifier and a regression model to determine whether a given test sample belongs to the target age interval of the rule. If a given test sample satisfies the selection condition of a rule, age is predicted from the associated target age interval. Our method predicts age to a mean absolute error of 5.7 years. Our method outperforms prior best performance of mean absolute error of 7.7 years achieved by an ensemble based prediction method. We observe that it is possible to predict age based on genome-wide RNA-seq profiles but prediction performance is not stable but varying with age.

This study was conducted to examine Sci-Hub, which provides the original text of academic papers to be provided for a fee by bypassing copyright, and to establish a basic basis for understanding the usage behavior of researchers with access restriction in Korea by analyzing the domestic Sci-Hub usage based on the dataset released by Sci-Hub in 2017. Therefore, after grasping the current status of the world related to Sci-Hub, the categories were set and analyzed by region where the dataset was downloaded, subject matter of academic papers, publisher, OA status, and published year. As a result of the study, the most downloaded areas were Seoul and the metropolitan area, and papers and journals in the field of natural science were downloaded the most, and about 20% of papers were in Open Access state. The papers published between 2010 and 2017 were the most downloaded, and IEEE's papers were the most downloaded, showing that recently published academic papers in the natural sciences were the most downloaded by the time they were downloaded.
