The research method was linked to the text mining and opinion mining techniques of big data, and extracted positive, negative and neutral words. The analysis targets culture consumers participating in concerts at Hyundai Card's 'Super Concert', which is subject to domestic consumers, and CJ ENM's 'KCON', which is subject to foreign consumers. The culture consumer value elements of corporate culture marketing are the basic conditions, and they were derived as 'Consensus Communication (Expression of Sensibility)', 'Participation Sharing(VIP Belonging)', 'Social Change Issue', 'Differentiating Services', 'Price Discount Benefit' and 'Location Quality'. • China infrastructure construction market has huge potential for increased use of PPP/BOT mode and one of the most attractive markets of doing business. However, there are still a multitude of challenges for overseas EPC contractor to enter into the China PPP/BOT market both internally and externally. Especially, the construction legal system and relevant policies are considered at present the biggest barriers in accessing China construction market. Therefore, the main purpose of the paper is to identify the impact of the construction laws, regulations and BOT-related policies on the viability of foreign contractor-led BOT project in China. To the satisfaction of the purpose, this paper will first analyze China construction laws based on the key issues that must be tackled by foreign EPC contractor before they enter into China. This summary gives the possible contract scheme for a BOT project of interest in which foreign contractors could define the scope of works and measure the viability of the project. Finally, a case study of wastewater treatment plant BOT project in China subsequently illustrates some of the lessons learned from the foreign contractor's perspectives for successfully participating in future environmental market in China.

  • The characteristics of forest damage in the Geum-buk Mountains were analyzed by using satellite images and a field survey for landscape conservation purposes. A survey scope was fixed using DEM, and areas of damage in the mountain range were analyzed via ArcMap v. 9.2 using SPOT 5 images, a high resolution satellite image. All damaged areas were reviewed and corrected in a field survey. As a result, 75 roads were found to completely fragment forest patches. Of those roads, 26 have the width under 3m, which means that the fragmentation of the forest by these roads may have a minor effect on forest habitat and its ecosystems, while other roads such as two-lane roads may have broader detrimental influences on the ecosystem. Two thousand eighty-three sections of accounted for a total area of about 5,760.7ha. Orchard areas including chestnut tree plantations were ranked as the largest in the damaged area within the Geum-buk Mountains, followed by public facility areas and grassland areas. This means that man-made land usage has progressed in the area regardless of slope and elevation.

  • In this study, a survey was conducted to determine the understanding by teachers at KIPO-funded high schools of the specialized training of invention patent personnel. The subjects were 4 high schools and 126 copies of questionnaires were collected for analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, teachers understand that it is particularly important to provide a specialized training for students so that they can more effectively adapt to the changes in their lives. They also consider basic job skills training, moral education and job readiness training as equally important. Second, they recognize the necessity for a specialized training of invention patent personnel. Third, they think that redundant teachers arising from the reform of the curriculum for specialized training should be provided with minor training. Fourth, they think that the reform of the curriculum for specialized training should consider the following aspects: the development of a curriculum for invention patent-specialized high schools, the strengthening of administrative financial supports, the creation of a consensus among those involved for the success of the specialized training, the development of textbooks and materials, and the consideration of the future prospects and current conditions of the invention patent industry. Fifth, they think that the successful operation of specialized high schools requires the consideration of the following factors: users' understanding, conformance, selection & concentration and uniqueness.

If the previous digital culture was actualized through technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices etc., today it includes even things that give new life to contents using various medialike this. The moment this digital technical aspect is grafted into culture, a new genre called 'Cultural Contents' is born. Such cultural contents can be seen as a way for classics to approach people in a digital world that is evolving fast like today. To make classics into a cultural content, its basic narrative structure is important. Classics contain the history at the time, the awareness of people who lived at the time and the detailed rite of passage people experienced. • This study analyzes the effect on depression of mutual relational aggression experienced by elderly residents at charity nursing home. It also verifies the mediated effect of adaption by the residents to the nursing home. For this end, the researchers conduct a survey for 182 elderly residents in 7 charity nursing homes in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. The statistical methods for the analysis were SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS 7.0program. Following are the findings. First, there turns out to be no statistical significant effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. Second, elderly residents' adaption to the nursing home is proved to serve as a mediated effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. In other words, the more the relational aggression, the more difficult it is for residents to be adapted to the nursing home, and the more depressed the residents are prone to be. Following are suggestions based on the findings. First, nursing home staffs need to establish a system in consideration both of relational aggression and of resident's adaption, to reduce its elderly residents' consequential depression. Second, nursing home staffs need to take measures to help adaption of new residents to prevent or reduce their depression. For example, new residents can be allowed to bring their belongings to the nursing home as much as they want and the nursing home can stand. Third, nursing homes also need to develop programs to prevent or reduce any negative relation, including bullying or casting out, among peer residents in the nursing home.
