그린인프라스트럭처(Green Infrastructure)의 개념은 자연 시스템과 도시 사회 시스템 간의 밀접한 관계를 강조하며, 생태 환경을 보호하고 인간의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 서비스를 제공한다. 녹시율은 도시의 녹지 공급을 측정하는 중요한 지표로, 녹피율보다 더 많은 3차원 공간 요소를 포함한다. 가로 녹지는 도시 그린인프라스트럭처의 중요한 부분이며 가로 녹시율의 개선은 도시 기후 위기에 대처하고 인간의 복지를 향상시키는 데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 중국 쓰촨성(四川省) 청두시(成都市)의 3순환가로 이내 지역을 중심으로 한다. 연구 목적은 첫째, 스트리트뷰 이미지 데이터를 활용하여 가로 녹시율의 공간 분포 특성 및 도시 공원 녹지 시스템과의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 둘째, 낮은 녹시율 가로의 특성을 분석한다. 셋째, 공간 구문론을 활용하여 도로 교통과 가로 녹시율의 연결성을 분석한다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 연구 범위 내에서 남서부 가로 녹시율은 북동부보다 높다. 가로 녹시율의 공간적 분포는 도시 공원 녹지와 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 낮은 녹시율의 가로 이미지는 주로 상업 시설 집적 지역, 도시 신규 건설 지역, 고가가로 및 주변, 도시 4급 이하 가로, 교차로 지역에 집중되어 있다. 셋째, 도시 교통과 인구 집중 지역에서 높은 통합도와 낮은 녹시율의 가로는 주로 1순환가로 중심 지역에 집중되어 있다. 이는 향후 쓰촨성 청두시 가로 녹시율를 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다.

The final purpose of this study is to develop the synthetic and logical analytical tool for analyzing spatial organization of housing. For this purpose, this study made the starting-point by proposing some alternatives to improve one of the quantitative analytical tools of spatial organizations, Space Syntax. These propositions were intended to consider human behavior as well as physical structure in analyzing spatial organization. The propositions were as follow; 1) Classify the private outdoor space in detail, 2) Consider that the spatial organization which visitors cognize can differ from which residents do, and 3) Use distinctive spatial depth according to the states of connection.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the concept of Korean traditional characteristics has been reflected in modem residential complex. The specific objective of this study is to identify the features of space planning in the exterior design of modem residential complex. This study is based on the content analysis in the site-plans of the selected case and adopteded in quantitative analysis for spatial characteristic using the space syntax modeling methods.

The probability of visual perception occurrence varies in case the expectation of using each unit space of which the whole space consists because the size of space subject to analysis is very large or the organization is complicated in the analysis of spatial visual configuration. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate space analysis and index measurement by applying weight to the point of view for the probability of experiencing space. This study proposed a method of analyzing visibility ratio by applying the integration of space syntax theory as weight, and grasped the effect in comparison with the visibility ratio when weight was not applied.

한국 수화는 시각, 공간언어로 한국어와는 상이한 문법체계를 가진 언어로 수화를 일차 언어로 사용하는 농인들에게 있어 복잡한 구조의 한국어 문장은 부담이 된다. 본 논문은 이런 한국어 문장의 복잡한 구조를 농인들이 이해하기 쉬운 구조의 전개방식으로 변환하는 수화 스크립트 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 세 단계로 구성되는데, 첫 번째 단계는 한국어 문장의 결합범주문법을 이용한 구문 분석이며, 두 번째 단계는 농인들이 이해하기 수월한 전개방식으로의 절단위 재배열이고, 세 번째 단계는 공간이동을 고려한 스크립트 형태로의 변환이다. 본 논문은 한국 수화의 복문 실현 방법에 대해 살펴본 후, 이를 처리하는 시스템의 단계별 처리 방안에 대해 구체적으로 논의한다.

As building space constitution and layout are critical for satisfying the building owner and users, their optimization is so important in the design process. However it's not always simple to set up objective criteria for the space layout optimization for different requirements and the architects mostly depend on their own experience for these. This study is to suggest a way to make up for this issue by referencing and deducing the space layout based on the given BIM space information and existing knowledge. For this purpose, the Space Syntax is applied to extract the information from a space model and an Expert System is used to make the best use of the relevant knowledge. Based on the Integration indexes for all the spaces, we could compare the space layout alternatives and determine the best selection for different accessibility conditions.

Korea's housing polices, which have tended to be focused on quantity rather than quality, have since the 1970s given rise to a housing culture centered on apartment units. Such housing polices have resulted in urban sprawl in the metropolitan areas, and a growing polarization between urban and rural areas. In addition, the issue of "dehumanization" has emerged as a result of the interchangeable urban landscapes and the growing number of high-rise residential buildings. In short, the residential communities of the past, such as towns and villages, have disappeared and been replaced with societies that value individuality and anonymity. The purpose of this paper is to analyze urban structure Gyeongju traditional housing complex. This is to analyze the traditional Hanok residential complex of superiority and characteristics of Gyeongju. This enables future planning should be introduced in Gyeongju hanok.

본 연구는 경상북도 홈페이지에서 공개하고 있는 한옥표준설계도 4개 타입 32개 종류의 평면도를 대상으로 하였다. 연구목표는 한옥표준설계도의 타입별 특성을 비교분석하여 한옥을 설계하고자 하는 이용자에게 알림으로써 이용자의 만족도를 높이고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한옥표준설계도에 현대주택에서 사용하는 현관과 같은 건축구성요소를 포함시켜 현대인의 삶을 수용하려고 노력하였다. 2. 농촌의 다양한 대지조건에도 불구하고 한옥표준설계도에서도 거실과 현관을 남쪽으로 배치하는 것을 선호하였고, 추후 확장을 위한 여분의 공간도 있었다. 3.침실개수는 2개 또는 3개가 가장 많았고 이에 침실의 개수 추가 및 농촌의 다양한 기능을 담을 수 있는 다양한 공간 확보가 필요할 것으로 조사되었다. 4. 공간구문론과 감마맵을 이용한 공간깊이 분석에서 안방의 공간 깊이는 툇마루에서 진입하는 동선보다 현관에서 진입하는 동선이 공간의 깊이가 깊은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 안방의 공간 깊이는 개인의 프라이버시와 관련되는 만큼 충분한 공간깊이로 확보될 수 있도록 계획하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

스마트 디바이스와 사물 인터넷의 등장은 온라인과 오프라인의 경계를 허무는 O2O 서비스의 등장으로 이어졌다. 이는 오프라인 시장에 온라인 서비스의 강점이 덧붙여지면서 오프라인 공간이 디지털화가 됨을 의미하며, 오프라인 산업의 판도를 바꾸고 있다. 이러한 오프라인 시장의 변화 양상과는 다르게 전시 산업은 오프라인 산업에서 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있으나, 전시 산업 또한 O2O 서비스와의 접목으로 새로운 부가가치를 창출이 가능한 것으로 보았다. 본 논문은 코엑스에서 열린 '2015 서울 디자인 페스티벌'에서 20명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 설문은 공간 구조에 대한 분석 용도 및 기계학습을 위한 데이터 세트를 생성하는데 사용되었다. 본 논문은 기존의 공간 구조에 대한 분석연구가 가진 문제점을 파악하여 공간 구조에 대한 새로운 분석 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 생성된 데이터 세트를 기반으로 기계학습을 진행하여 전시 공간 내 O2O 서비스 배치를 위한 평가 모델을 제안한다.

The spaces have a variety of sizes dependent upon their function and significance as well as their geometric shape. An architect Adolf Loos (1870-1933) had incorporated a correlation between the unconstrained formation of space into design. He had noticeably revealed the features of space that are unconstrained and mutually related with each other, for the space compositions among modern architects. This study is about to analyze the feature of space structure for houses of Adolf Loos through Space syntax which is the quantitative space analyzing method for the subject of his detached houses. These houses were emphasized for functional aspects of space without unnecessary decorations. Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye was analysed along with it to review a comparative point of view of his house's characteristic. Based on this, the features of the spatial structure of Loos' house were examined in conjunction with his views space as essence. A J-Graph and VGA for Adolf Loos' detached house revealed the structure's spatial characteristics in which the interior space is located deeply removed from exterior yet it is integrated as a whole. Also, it revealed that the experiments of the various spatial structures shown in Adolf Loos' detached house and European rationalist architects like Le Corbusier affected each other at the same time.
