The purpose of this study is to examine the present conditions and to raise several points on the records management of the local public enterprise. On the basis of these finding we shall offer remedies to raise the efficiency of records management. Five local public enterprises under the umbrella of Busan Metropolitan City were selected. They supplied a general picture of the actual management status of public records. To improve the task of records management in local public enterprises, certain topics need to be addressed. Local Government should emphasize the importance and necessity of records management to all the staff of the local public enterprises. And the local autonomous entities and National Archives & Records Service should impose a duty on the records management of public enterprises and supervise it regularly.

Web-based MMORTS has features that distinguish it from traditional client-based games. First, Web-based MMORTS is represented by the combination of graphics and texts. Second, there is parallax agent which has a player and a base town character. This paper written for the purpose of analyzing the storytelling of web-based MMORTS, and from Innogames selected as the subjects of the study. In view of the results so far achieved, the fact, when the player logs in web-based MMORTS, the player takes the experience after some time which had taken by the AI character instead of the player logged out and User Generated Storytelling created from this process, become known. This paper has a meaning for Web-based virtual world which can juxtaposition with routine tasks and can be linked with other platforms.

The combat systems in Korea navy have been operating some kinds of tactical data link systems such as Link-11, ISDL and JTDLS. Each tactical data link system has the ability to transmit and receive tactical information like track, engagement, weapon information by using unique message of theirs. And each unique message has their own format. But a number of tactical data link system make combat effectiveness worse because their major functions are duplicated unnecessarily. So, many advanced countries are trying to make united data link system. Similarly, the combat systems in Korea navy will operate C4I data link system, and it is combined version current ISDL, KNCCS and JTDLS data link system. In this paper, we consider the development current tactical data link systems in Korea navy. Also, compare the characteristics between I-message used in ISDL and Host-Interface message used in C4I. From these results, we analyze advanced points about C4I data link system.

On the crisis of international economy, the government is making an effort to seek economic growing motivation with the method of overcoming economic crisis and 'low carbon green growth'. Furthermore, to promote maritime vessel traffic service related inefficient energy wastage was revealed and eco-friendly alternative energy was accepted because of high price of oil in the beginning of 2008. In this situation, I'm going to discuss the possibility of eco-friendly energy system in maritime vessel traffic service with the way of cutting the budget and expansion of solar power generation system which was promoted to meet governmental 'energy saving plan for high price of oil'.

A total of 133 defense records centers exist in the country, and checking their common problems, as well as the inherent problems and strategies of individual archives, is necessary to solve them. The Strategic Management Model of the defense records centers is a tool developed to check the archives' operational problems and solve them strategically. The researchers tried to help the military records centers in checking the problems and obtaining the strategic judgment of the commander to improve their work process. This study proposes the use of the model in individual defense records centers that establish midand long-term development plans with policy agencies, such as the Ministry of National Defense, to establish a records management policy and improve the said records centers. Based on literature studies, 67 items were developed in seven areas, reflecting the characteristics of experts' verification, statistical analysis, and defense records centers. This study also proposes the improvement of the records centers' strategy by citing cases that exhibit the use of the strategic operation model by the Ministry of National Defense.

The perception of risk that firefighters have is closely related to their performance and emergency preparedness in nuclear power plant accidents. This study investigated the unique risk perception among firefighters working in nuclear power plants (NPPs) using a concept mapping method. Thirty three firefighters in NPPs participated in this study. Two core axes, "fear and control" and "coping resource", emerged in the firefighters' risk perception. In particular, the risk perception consisted of six clusters: fear of radiation exposure and low controllability; anxiety caused by the lack of control and authority; lack of trust and cooperation; lack of authority and professionals; lack of equipment, manual, and information; and lack of knowledge and training. Catastrophic expectation and a low sense of control caused by the lack of responsive resources were the main factors that increase the risk perception. The theoretical and practical contributions of this study were discussed.

Most of the Internet users in Korea are issued certificates and use them for various tasks. For this reason, it is recommended that accredited certification authorities and security related companies and use public certificates on USB memory and portable storage devices rather than on the user's desktop. Despite these efforts, the hacking of the certificate has been continuously occurring and the financial damage has been continuing. Also, for security reasons, our military has disabled USB to general military users. Therefore, this study proposes a two-factor method using the unique information of the USB memory and the PC which is owned by the user, and suggests a method of managing the private key file secure to the general user. Furthermore, it will be applied to national defense to contribute to the prevention of important data and prevention of access by unauthorized persons.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the type of physical therapist response work and its intensity, along with the prolonged prevalence of COVID-19, to determine the impact on physical therapists' occupational stress and occupational burnout. Methods: An online survey was conducted with 118 physiotherapists and collected the participants' gender, final educational background, clinical work experience, workplace type, additional workload, and fatigue associated with COVID-19. After excluding one participant who submitted an incomplete questionnaire, 117 respondents were included in the final data. Results: Additional COVID-19-related workloads and response reliability for fatigue, occupational burnout, and occupational stress were shown to have Cronbach's alpha measures of 0.76, 0.89, and 0.87, respectively. Groups who had experienced a new epidemic in the past showed higher fatigue levels (3.06±0.94) than those groups who had no such experience (2.49±0.84; p < 0.05). Correlation analysis of COVID-19 work fatigue and occupational burnout scales showed a positive correlation (r = 0.19; p < 0.05). The regression of occupational burnout and occupational stress showed a regression model of Y = 20.00+0.43X₁ (X₁: job stress; p< 0.05) and an explanatory power of 24.8% with an adj.R² = 0.25. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that various institutions, such as medical institutions, educational institutions, and physiotherapists' associations, should seek ways to manage and alleviate physiotherapists' stress.

In recent years, the specialized construction industry has undergone major construction and major industries, and without considering the technical expertise of construction works, the construction industry is promoting the integration and establishment of specialized construction industries according to convenience and abolition of their own industries. As the reorganization plan causes confusion in the production structure and lacks persuasive power by aiming only for industry simplification, it is judged to be desirable to review it according to the detailed characteristics of the specialized construction industry. In this study, -to review the reorganization of a rational classification system that considers the specific nature of the specialization of specialized construction projects, the classification of construction works, major work contents and characteristics, technical expertise, and problems of largescale industry in the case of painting construction and landscaping construction was analyzed. Based on this, aspects to be considered when reorganizing the current professional construction industry classification system are identified and reasonable improvement plans for each industry are suggested.

Art archives are archives that are produced and collected in activities carried out by artists, critics, and related organizations, and a large portion consists of individual records. Because of these characteristics, art archives have a wide range of media and formats, each with their own characteristics and creators, which can lead to copyright issues in individual cases. This study conducted interviews with six art archive professionals from four institutions, secured and analyzed the copyright status and issues that occurred in the art archives field by business area, and suggested applicable measures for each copyright case.
