Intellectual property rights play a key role in employment creation and income generation plays an important role, especially in the creative economy. Many companies are ultimately increasing efforts to boost the company's financial performance, such as maximizing profits by building a strong brand assets amid committed to brand management in this paradigm. Reasonable evaluation and commercialization of technology transactions, financial assistance, investment decisions, trademark brand value for the reactivation (revitalizing) for the purposes of M & A, litigation, brand strategy will be said to be very important. In spite of the importance, the awareness of the property and the capabilities to assess are hardly sufficient. Thus, this study, targeting companies with valid trademarks for value assessment, conducted case analysis by cost method and income approach; the analysis presented the result from 2.05 million by the cost method to 2.7 million by the income approach applied to a variable discount rate and adjustment contribution. However, now that the implication was drawn from a single company, further studies covering case study and application plan according to scale and type of diverse company groups should be continued.

Recent statistics revealed that with the crisis of humanities, the unemployment rate of the students majoring in this field of study is very high. Considering the seriousness of current situations, the government announced 'Plan to Help Students Majoring in Humanities Find Job.' This study confirmed that the government's policy for those from the department of humanities is valid and reasonable. However, the convergence of humanistic imagination and engineering thoughts could generate some side effects. Therefore, this study suggested a direction for humanistic convergence education to help these students get the career they want. In this study was investigated methodology which can maximize the efficiency of digital storytelling through microscopic convergence instead of macroscopic convergence. In addition, this study proposed that an inter-disciplinary convergence system-based project would be the best solution to nurture convergence-oriented talents in humanities.

The purpose underlying this study is to evaluate tourism development impacts from analyzing residents' and tourists' perceptions. Questionnaire surveys were carried on Kanhyun area in Kangwondo, Korea. Generally, residents in the area perceive positive economic impacts due to tourism development, however levels of employment and economic independence of the locality are perceived low. Sociocultural changes also bring negative aspects in life and residents' awareness of environmental impacts show far more negative. Tourists' satisfaction levels with the area and the management attributes are relatively high. Some suggestions are made based on the result of the survey to help the area to be more successful as a tourist destination. More comprehensive research is needed for the future study.

Recently, master plan on the Far East three provinces in China as well as the Russian Far East coupling with 'Eurasia Initiatives' of our government is doubling its importance. It should take advantage of Zarubino port for the hub of Eurasia Logistics Network. This study forecasts the volume demand and whether the expected items of cargo traffic of Zarubino port with O/Ds for the region including the Far East three provinces in China. Input data and the existing basic unit of Korea were utilized in order to overcome the absence of the relevant information to the region. It was derived by them confined to the industrial complex facility in Jilin Sheng on behalf of the Far East three provinces in China as a pilot study. Suitable for the transport sector as a basis for traditional traffic demand, four-step method for estimating the proposed modifications, complementing methodologies. This study is determined that the contribution to the implications on the region's logistics policies of our government has a commitment with raising awareness of the region's Logistics system.

Applicable life cycle phase in midlife baby boomers. These, as well as support one parent without the loss of stable employment and income-based children's education and their retirement should be ready at the same time to double, triple economic burdened. Recently in the preparation of these non-retirement and retirement is a major concern. This study we want to look at the characteristics of the baby boomer generation, retirement life planning education status of the country and abroad, retirement life planning program to revitalize the aging of the baby boomer generation life design education. Retirement life planning for raising awareness and design education in the baby boomer life, specifically, how to realize how microscopic analysis to explore the policy and practical alternatives.

The purpose of this study is to analysis on status and trends of supply & demand and need of job level of security manpower from recognizing need for studies on supply and demand status of security manpower. The results were as follows. First, the shortage percentage of total security manpower was 1.2% ~ 1.6% from the first half of 2009 to the first half of 2015 as the result of analyzing status and trends of supply & demand of security manpower. Second, the need of job level of total security manpower was 785 ~ 2,557 people at the job level 1 from the second half of 2009 from the first half of 2013 as the result of analyzing status and trends of need of job level of security manpower. So, we should have interests such as (1) positivity of security manpower from trends and prediction of supply & demand of manpower, (2) Ensuring professionalism of security manpower considering the job level, (3) training of security manpower utilizing national competency standards(NCS), etc.

Korea has achieved a remarkable growth by pursuing externally-oriented growth policy since 1960s. That is, we imported raw materials and spare parts, manufactured them into products and exported them, which led to successful economic development. Therefore, our marine business has played an important roles as one of key industries. The development of marine business has contributed to efficient distribution and cost reduction in addition to production of added value and creation of employment creation, which improved external competitive power. In spite of economic importance of marine business, national perception on it is in general low and its developmental conditions are considerably poor. Therefore, this study aims to speculate the effect of Port-related business on regional economy using regional input-output tables.

The purpose of this study is to identify the oral health behaviors of the Sanitation Workers and to lay the basis for the policy direction for promoting industrial oral health. A total of 79 self - filling questionnaires were analyzed for Sanitation Workers in Gwangju Metropolitan City. As a result, oral health education experience was about 25% compared to 80% of scaling experience. Oral hygiene is related to academic background, type of employment, and number of years of work. Periodontal status was higher in 'high sensitivity' and 'gum edema' than high school education or higher. The higher the income and education, the more perceived periodontal status was 'normal' or 'worse'. Therefore, it is meaningful that we analyzed sanitation worker and it is necessary to take various efforts and countermeasures to improve the oral health of the industry by expanding the opportunities for oral health education by taking into consideration the Sanitation Workers and developing active and complex programs.

Workaholism refers to a state in which work is the center of self, a state in which other life other than work is deemed worthless, and a state in which one feels that his or her life ends when things get lost. There are concerns that South Korea's work-centered institutions, cultures and long-time labor practices expose workers to workaholism. This study identifies the prevalence of workaholism and its risk factors among workers using a representative sample from Korean Labor and Income Panel Study. The results of empirical analysis of the wide range of workaholism showed that 7.0% of Korean workers were work-addicts. Male, workers working long hours, daily workers, employers, the self-employed were more likely to be work-addicts. Those who think that workload is high beyond regular working hours are more likely to be work-addicts. These results were also confirmed by regression analysis. It suggests that policies to shorten working hours and strengthen job and income stability can reduce the risk of workaholism and balance between work and life.

매년 수많은 기업이 폐업하고 있으며 그 숫자만큼 폐업 기업의 대표가 실패하고 있다. 중소기업연구원의 재기성공요인 분석을 통한 중소 벤처기업의 재도전 활성화 연구(백필규,2011)에 의하면 폐업이나 부도의 형태로 실패하는 기업이 급격하게 증가한 시점은 외환위기가 발생했던 1997년과 1998년의 사이로 보고 있다. 부도 기업의 숫자가 외환위기때는 약 4만사, 1999년부터 2010년까지도 평균 4만 7천여사가 발생하였고 폐업기업수는 부도기업보다 훨씬 많아 매년 80~90만개 전후의 기업이 실패하고 있다. 최근 IBK경제연구소의 실패기업인의 재창업 지원제도 설문조사 결과(김나라,2017)에 의하면 최근 5년간 창업기업은 연평균 77만개사, 폐업기업은 69만개사로 조사되었으며 창업기업의 5년 생존율은 27.3%로 OECD 주요회원국 17개국중 최하위를 차지했다. 오랜시간 대한민국 사회는 사업실패는 곧 패가망신이라는 인식이 깊게 자리잡고 있다. 연대보증이나 재기가 어려운 구조로 인하여 폐업기업의 대표가 실패하면 가족들도 모두 힘들어지고 본인은 경제적, 심리적 어려움에 직면하고 있는 현실이다. 정부와 민간 기관들이 실패기업인들의 재기를 지원하기 위하여 다양한 제도를 운영하고 있지만 아직 시행 초기 단계라 보다 재기를 원하는 기업인들에게 맞춤형으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 실질적이고 효과적인 시스템이 구축되었다 할 수 없다. 창업강국인 미국과 중국의 기업가들은 평균 2.8회의 실패 경험을 가지고 있으나 한국의 기업가는 1.3회의 실패 경험을 보유 한다.(중기청, 2014) 폐업기업 대표의 재무적 손실의 규모와 관계없이 불안과 우울이 낮고 회복탄력성이 높은 기업가가 본인과 가족의 삶의 질과 재창업의지에 긍정적인 효과가 있음으로 나타났다. 연구 대상은 재기중소기업개발원의 재기 기업인과 정부 재창업 지원 프로그램에 지원한 재기 기업인을 대상으로 조사 하였으며 본 연구를 통해 폐업기업 대표에게 필요한 사회적 안전장치와 국가의 창업지원이 고용창출, 매출증가로 이어질 수 있는 선순환 구조의 재기 창업 생태계를 만드는 데 일조하고자 한다.
