노선특성에 따른 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철의 제한속도

  • 고무타이어를 주행륜으로 사용하고 무인운전으로 운행되는 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량의 성능최고 속도는 70km/h이고 운행최고속도는 60km/h로 차량 표준사양에서 결정되어 고시되었다. 그러나 차량이 운행되는 노선의 다양한 곡률반경에 따라 제한속도가 결정되어야 하고, 고무타이어가 손상된 경우를 가정한 안전 제한속도도 결정해야 한다. 본 논문의 목적은 설계 및 제작이 완료된 한국형 표준 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량에 대해 운행노선의 곡선반경에 따른 제한속도, 고무타이어의 손상에 따른 안전 제한속도, 그리고 이상의 조건들에 대한 승객의 승차감을 해석하여 제안하는 것이다.(중략)

  • 현재 개발이 진행 증인 한국형 표준 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량의 개발시험은 크게 주요 부품에 대한 구성품 시험, 제작 완료된 차량의 완성차 공장시험, 시험선에서의 주행성능시험 둥 3단계로 나누어 실시된다. 이들 중 2번째 단계인 완성차 공장시험은 2량 1편성으로 설계 제작된 시제차량에 대해 개발 요구사항 및 요구사양의 만족도, 시험선에서 본격적으로 수행되는 주행성능시험 전에 인프라(전력공급, 주행선로)와의 인터레이스 만족도를 확인하는 단계이다.(중략)

  • This study was aimed to prove the safety of rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, which was designed to have the redundant equipment for safety, so the experiment of this paper was operated in condition of malfunction which we made such as bake sequence test and momentary interruption test. The result can bes handled by Labview 7.0 and showed as the graph.

  • Based on the design requirements for the rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. the braking system was designed. Its major components are a brake operating unit, a pneumatic-hydraulic transfer, screw compressor, oil separator. air dryer, hydraulic caliper. After the components of braking system were manufactured. some factory tests were executed to evaluate their performances. The Results of these tests can guarantee a performance. safety of the braking system developed.

  • 주요 대중교통 수단에 있어서 승객의 서비스 질 향상을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내외적으로는 UIC, ISO, KS등에서 규격으로 제시되고 있으며 이에 부합하기 위한 일련의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 국내에서는 무인 운전시스템이 없어 승차감 등은 운전자의 운전 조작의해 판단하였으나 무인 운전되는 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 시스템을 개발함에 따라 ATO측면에서의 제어가 중요하게 부각되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 시스템에 최초로 CBTC 을 적용하여 무인운전의 과정을 기술하였다.

  • This study was aimed at evaluating the structural safety for rubber tired AGT system. Based on these, AGT system which was developed for first time in domestic is need to verify structural safety. So we measured the characteristics of guide-rail, switch rail, side wall in the constructed test track for rubber tired AGT system. Finally, all results of test showed that structural safety of the rubber tired AGT system.

  • This study was aimed to verify the acceptable contact force between power collector and 3rd rail type conductor rail for the Korean standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. The power collector was designed and manufactured to satisfy the Korean standardized Specifications of the rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. Based on the dynamic behavior, contact force variation and interruption in the worst installation tolerance of the conductor rail, its initial contact force was set up. At the test track for the Korean standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, interruptions, stresses, vibrations, and contact force variations were measured. As the results, initial contact force was verified to ensure power collection stability.

  • Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. Based on the Korea performance test criteria for urban transit, vertical and lateral vibration of car body were calculated and evaluated. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the performance criteria and design requirement.

The power collector was designed and manufactured to satisfy the Korean standardized Specifications of the rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle. Based on the dynamic behavior, contact force variation and interruption in the worst installation tolerance of the conductor rail, its initial contact force was set up. With rotary disk type equivalent test apparatus with circular conductor rail, the interruptions were measured. As the results, acceptable contact force was proposed to ensure power collection stability.

Based on the Korea performance test criteria for urban transit, vertical and lateral vibration of car body were calculated and evaluated as wearing condition of guide wheels. And resultant forces between bogie guidance frame and guide rail in straight running track were analyzed. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the performance criteria and design requirement .
