유비쿼터스 사회 실현의 핵심 기술인 RFID/USN 기술은 우리 정부의 USN구축 기본계획과u-IT839기술개발 정책에 따라 국산화, 기술 고도화 및 핵심 원천기술 개발을 전략적으로 추진하여 그 성과가 나타나고 있다. RFID/USN 기술은 가장 기본적인 사물의 식별 단계로부터, 이력 추적, 상태정보의 모니터링, 실시간 감시 및 제어, 자율형 서비스로 진화함에 따라 전통적인 RFID 및 무선센서네트워크에서 출발하여 궁극적으로 다양한 응용서비스를 지원하는 USN기술로 발전될 것이다. 향후 RFID 기술 분야는 상태정보처리 및 위치 추적 등 복합 기능과 성능 고도화로 발전되고 Item단위까지 적용하기 위한 새로운 리더, 초저가의 Printed 태그 및 불법 복제 방지 등의 새로운 기술이 개발될 전망이다. 센서네트워크 분야에서는 기존의 IEEE802.15.4와 ZigBee를 뛰어넘어 저전력, 고신뢰성, 확장성, 이동성 등을 지원하기 위해 효율적인 무선전송, 초경량의 노드, 네트워킹, Cross-layer최적화, 데이터 융합 등의 핵심기술 이 요구되고 USN 미들웨어 기술은 다양한 USN응용 서비스를 위해 공통 S/W 플랫폼을 제공하고 다양한 센서네트워크로부터 수집한 정보를 가공하여 서비스간 연계 통합하는 플랫폼으로 발전될 전망이다.

The Construction Project Information System(CPIS), an information system constructed as part of the Construction Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support(CALS) of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport(MOLIT), is designed to digitize construction projects across all stages, and enable sharing of information so as to enhance the productivity and efficiency of construction projects and secure their transparent administration. One of MOLIT's internal work systems, CPIS focuses on work-handling and data management. However, now over 10 years old after its construction, it focuses on text and document-based construction project information, but it cannot be interfaced with the visualization-based GIS, which limits the sharing and dissemination of information and the determination of the overall construction project status. To resolve the existing CPIS limitations and problems and to upgrade the system, this study examined domestic and overseas GIS technology trends and relevant information systems, and analyzed the CPIS status and problems. It thus proposed total GIS application measures to upgrade CPIS. Also, it identified detailed CPIS utilization measures and GIS application measures by unit system, and analyzed considerations for GIS application.

This study was conducted for the purpose of convergence exploration of evidence-based practices for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University. The research method consisted of an expert meeting procedure along with a procedure for analyzing previous studies dealing with the performance analysis of the university's extracurricular activities in the field of pedagogy. The contents of this study consisted of presenting some facts that should be based on evidence for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities after the establishment of the center for extracurricular activities in Duksung Women's University. And in practices, the development and diagnostic analysis of tools for diagnosing extracurricular customized learning capabilities, data-based multidimensional analysis (IR system), continuous monitoring analysis through extracurricular certification, and analysis based on feedback tools were presented in a convergence perspective and context. As a result of the study, the evidence-based practices for the advancement of the performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University guarantees the validity and stability of the performance evaluation and feedback system of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University, and has a close influence on the extracurricular education work of other universities analyzed as possible.

현대 사회는 지식ㆍ정보화를 추구하며 변화하고 있다. 지식ㆍ정보화사회는 개인, 기업 및 사회 모든 주체에 대하여 영상, 음성, 데이터 등의 다양한 정보의 교환을 극대화할 수 있는 인프라를 제공하게 될 것이며 이는 인간생활의 새로운 혁신을 예고하고 있다. 한편 이러한 지식 정보화는 고도의 정보 저장 및 통신기술이 필수적으로 요구되며 현재보다도 더욱 고속, 대용량의 정보처리가 가능한 소자로의 발전을 요구하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재의 반도체 기술은 90nm 이하의 나노기술에 이미 진입하여 물리적인 한계(현재 70nm로 추정)에 근접하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 소자기술의 고도화를 위해서 기존 소자의 지속적인 축소화 이외의 대안으로 Bottom-Up 나노소자 기술이 90년대 이후 새로운 패러다임으로써 활발히 연구되고 있다. 최근 시내경쟁의 활성화를 위한 상호접속규칙제정과 그 실행을 놓고 이해당사자간의 열면 논쟁이 한창 진행중이다. 미국의 통신법개정으로 망세분화와, 재판매를 허용함으로써 자체적으로 망설비를 갖추지 않는 사업자라도 서비스 제공자로서 사업을 할 수 있는 길이 열리게 되었다. 그러나 이면에는 자체설비를 반드시 보유하지 않고서도 서비스를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 통신망 고도화를 통한 고도서비스 제공이라는 사회적 목표와 배치될 수 있는 문제점 또한 존재한다. 인터넷 등을 비롯한 데이터 서비스가 최근 몇 년 동안 급격하게 통신서비스 시장에 있어서 많은 부분을 차지하면서 기존 음성중심의 공중전화망에 대한 고도화 요구가 거세게 일고 있다. 본 고에서는 망세분화와 재판매 허용이 기술이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 이 때에 기존사업자와 신규진입사업자의 투자의사결정에 어떻게 영향을 줄 것인가를 분석한다. 이것을 위해 망세분화와 재판매 허용으로 인한 선택가치를 고려한 간단한 투자모형을 기술한다. 그리고 사업자의 의사결정이 사회적으로 최적인가를 살펴 본 다음 정책적 시사점을 살펴본다.

The Purpose of this study is to find the adjustment of the minimum height regulation district in Busan metropolitan city. For this purpose, data of buildings in the minimum height regulation district are collected and analysed. Especially, detailed data of buildings in CBD are analysed. The results of this study provide that CBD's average building height is the fourth floor and the ratio that a building less than the fourth floor holds in total building is 51%. In the case of central area, CBD's building height should be maintained and it is necessary to make the policy that reinforce limited height for the high land use and landscape management. Based on these findings this study suggests that the limit building height should put it up more than the seventh floor.

As applications of GIS technology have grown in local governments, the wider and integrated use of spatial information is demanded more than before. Particularly because 70-80% of administrative information in local governments are related spatial, it becomes a key issue to connect and integrate non-spatial information with spatial information for more advanced use of GIS applications in local governments. The purpose of this study is to establish an advanced Implementation model by analyzing obstacles in existing GIS applications and suggesting implementation strategies. The strategy, as an important part of the model, includes efficient information sharing, establishment of commonly usable GIS Database, architectural improvement for Enterprise GIS in terms of database and system implementation, standardization far the model, and establishment of spatial infrastructure in the local governments. The study concludes that administrative collaboration in a horizontal and vertical perspective has a highest priority for the implementation of the model.
