제주양식 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 성장에 따른 혈액성상 및 항산화효소의 변화

  • 육상동물과 달리 어류에서는 성장에 따른 생리적인 변화, 특히 환경 스트레스에 민감한 항산화효소 등에 관한 전반적인 연구가 거의 이루어져 있지 않고 있다. 현재 고급 단백질원으로서의 어류에 대한 수요가 사회적으로 급증하고 있으며, 그중 많은 양의 수산물 생산을 양식에 의존하고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 양식종의 성장에 따른 생리적인 변화를 조사하여 이에 따른 영양관리, 질병관리 및 환경에 대한 스트레스의 분석이라는 측면에서 혈액성상의 농도 변화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되어져야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 양식 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 스트레스에 대한 생리학적 연구의 일환으로, 넙치의 성장에 따른 혈액성상 및 항산화효소의 변화를 조사함으로서 기초 생리학적 자료를 제공함과 동시에 건강한 어류에서의 혈액성상 및 항산화효소의 기준치를 설정하고자 실시하였다. 실험어는 초기 평균 전장의 18.5$\pm$0.4cm 초기 평균 중량 75.4$\pm$5.6g인 것을 사용하여 5개월 동안 실험 하였고, 실험 종료 시 평균 전장이 26.8$\pm$1.9cm 및 평균 중량이 220.0$\pm$37.1g 으로 각각 증가 하였다. 혈액 성상은 실험개시 후 30일 간격으로 넙치 미부의 혈관으로부터 주사기를 이용하여 혈액을 채취 한 후 헤마토크리트치, 적혈구 수, 헤모글로빈농도, 혈청중 총 콜레스테롤 및 혈당량을 각각 측정 하였으며, 간장내의 Catalase(CAT)및 Superoxide dismutase(SDD) 또한 조사하였다. 실험어의 헤마토크리트치는 성장에 따른 경향을 나타내지 않고 22%에서 32%까지의 범위를 나타내었다. 적혈구수는 성장에 따른 유의적인 차이는 없었으나 다소 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 이에 반해 헤모글로빈 농도는 성장에 따라 다소 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 혈당 또한 성장에 따른 뚜렷한 경향을 나타내지 않고 60(mg/dl) 에서 75(mg/dl)정도의 비율을 나타내었다. 혈청중 총 콜레스테롤 농도는 성장에 따른 유의적인 변화는 나타나지 않았으며, 평균 307.81$\pm$125.36(mg/dl)의 수치를 나타내었다. 한판 외부 환경으로부터 스트레스 작용에 의해 생성되는 것으로 알려진 CAT의 실험기간 중 혈중평균농도는 2837.29$\pm$1259.17(nmol/mg protein sec)를 나타내었으며, SOD의 혈중평균농도는 14.73$\pm$5.67(unit/mg protein min)의 범위로 유의적인 변화는 나타나지 않았으나, 성장에 따라 다소 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.

Catalytic Cracking of Pyrolysed Waste Lube-oil Into High Quality Fuel Oils Over Solid Acid Catalysts (고체산 촉매를 이용한 페윤활유 열분해유의 고급연료유화 특성 연구)

  • Catalytic cracking of pyrolysed waste lubricating oil over solid acid catalysts (HY zeolite, ${\beta}$-zeolite, HZSM-5) has been carried out in a micro-fixed bed system. The feed oil for catalytic activity tests has been prepared by thermal cracking of waste lubricating oil under the reaction conditions of 480$^{\circ}C$, 60 min. Optimum reaction conditions for the maximum light oil yields($\_$21/) were WHSV(weight hourly space velocity)=1 at 375$^{\circ}C$. The amounts of total and strong acid sites appeared to be the largest in ${\beta}$-zeolite as determined by NH$_3$, TPD. It is seen that the catalytic activity order, in terms of the light fuel oil ($\_$21/) production, were HY zeolite)${\beta}$-zeolite>HZSM-5. Also, coke formation followed the same order. The highest activity in HY zeolite may be attributed from the fact that it has supercages facilitating the easy diffusion of larger molecules and also the effectiveness of the acid sites for cracking within the pore. This fact could be confirmed by the coke formation characteristics.

  • In-vehicle multimedia systems are one of the most important factors in the automotive industry. Especially, multimedia systems are more important in advanced commercial vehicles such as premium express buses. In this paper, we proposed a multimedia streaming system architecture using MEP(MOST Ethernet Packets) for premium express buses based on MOST150. We have designed and implemented the prototype of proposed multimedia streaming system. We have designed a board based on i.MX6 to operate a proposed multimedia streaming system. The software has designed a multimedia system for premium express buses based on Android which is an open source platform. MOST(Media Oriented Systems Transport) is a high-speed multimedia network technology for in-vehicle multimedia system. The MOST network is able to manage up to 64 devices and ring topology is used basically. In addition, the MOST Network meets EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference)/ EMC(Electro-Magnetic Compatibility) requirements because it uses plastic optical fibers(POF).

Governance of Urban Regeneration Policies of Newcastle/Gateshead England (영국 뉴카슬/게이츠헤드의 도시재개발사업에 관한 연구 : 정책 거버넌스를 중심으로)

  • During the 1980s and 1990s, most of the old industrial cities of advanced countries have experienced serious de-industrialisation. This has caused many problems, such as economic decline, increasing unemployment, environmental degradation and social unrests. Since the mid-1980s, some of these cities have started to tackle the problems by urban regeneration programs with cultural and artistic activities, new industries, and implementing housing projects. The cities of Newcastle and Gateshead in Northeastern England were the examples of the ones which have created major development projects, such as building condominiums, renovating old factory building, and promoting cultural and art activities. This paper introduces policies and programs of the cities' urban regeneration, analyses their governance structure, and articulates factors contributing to the success of the policies and programs.

  • 기후변화에 의한 강우패턴의 변화는 강우량 및 강우강도의 증가로 대표되며 국립기상연구소 (2011)에 의하면 현재와 같은 탄소배출이 줄어들지 않는다면 2050년 우리나라의 강수량은 16% 증가하고 일 강수량 80mm 이상의 호우발생일수가 60%이상 증가될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이와 같이 기후변화로 인해 발생빈도가 증가추세인 집중호우는 산사태와 같은 2차 피해를 유발하고 있으며 강우의 예측 및 실시간 모니터링은 재해 예방 및 수자원관리, 국가 방재역량 강화를 위해 연구되어야 할 분야이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광역적 강우자료로서 미국 NOAA의 기후예측센터에 의해 제공되는 글로벌 강우량 CMORPH와 지상 강우자료와의 비교 분석을 통해 CMORPH 자료의 수자원 분야 이용 가능성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. CMORPH는 고급의 시공간적 해상도를 가지며, 단기간의 기후 예측센터 모핑(morphing) 방법에 의한 "CMORPH"라 불리우는 강우평가 알고리즘과 새로운 위성 기반 기술을 이용하여 개발되었다. CMORPH 기술에 의해 생산된 글로벌 강우 추정은 저궤도 위성 수동 마이크로파(passive microwaves, PMW) 관측으로부터 유도되고, 그 형태는 전적으로 정지궤도 위성(geostationary satellite) 적외선(IR) 데이터로부터 얻어진 공간적 전파 정보 (모션 벡터)를 통해 전송된다. 이 기술은 PMW 데이터로부터 유도된 비교적 고품질의 추정 강우를 전파하기 위하여 30분 간격의 정지궤도 위성 IR 이미지로부터 파생된 모션 벡터를 이용하며, 때때로 레이더보다 더 나은 성능을 보이기도 하고(Apip 등 2010), CMORPH의 지역적 제공범위는 $60^{\circ}N-60^{\circ}S$이고 2002년 12월부터 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CMORPH 자료 중 2002년 12월부터 제공하는 3시간 누가강우 자료를 수집하였고, 자료의 정확도 분석은 갑천유역을 대상으로 하였다. 3시간 누가 강우량을 1일 누가 강우량으로 변환한 후 금강홍수통제소의 갑천 유역 강우관측소 5곳의 강우자료를 티센 평균에 의한 유역 평균강우자료와 비교하였다. 2009년 1년간의 지상관측자료와 CMORPH자료를 비교한 결과 가 0.34 정도로 분석되었으나 추가 연구를 통해 마이크로 웨이브 강우자료 및 3시간 강우자료, 그리고 30분 강우자료의 분석을 통해 다양한 형태의 강우자료 확보뿐만 아니라 광역적인 강우특성 분석도 가능하여 연구 결과의 동아시아지역 등으로 확대 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Analysis of Reward and Royalty Programs Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Recommendations in the Purchase Process in Luxury Goods (명품 구매과정에서 고객만족과 추천의향에 영향을 미치는 보상 및 로열티 프로그램의 분석 - 고급 수입차 매장을 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed what premium features significantly affect customer satisfaction and their recommendation, and what factors significantly affect product attributes. In the process, first, the loyalty program and the customer compensation program were studied to determine the impact of the customer satisfaction and recommendation. The study analyzed that quality and design of product properties had significant effects on all factors, but the brand was not significantly affected. Second, while superiority, differentiation and scarcity of luxury items are significant to customer satisfaction but superiority is only significant in relation to recommendation intention. Third, the preceding study shows that the customer compensation program has a significant impact on sales growth, but the study found that it was not for imported luxury car customers. Fourth, if the royalties program is low in awareness, it has been analyzed that the scarcity and customer satisfaction relationships among luxury goods have been adjusted. On the contrary, if there is a high level of awareness, it is analyzed that there is a control effect customer satisfaction and differentiation among luxury brands. In the conclusion, in order to satisfy customers at the import luxury car market, the differentiation of luxury goods by standard index must be strengthened and the brand must be strengthened among the attributes of the product. In addition, by raising awareness of the royalties program, the relationship between differentiation and customer satisfaction can be enhanced.

Mobile-based Big Data Processing and Monitoring Technology in IoT Environment (IoT 환경에서 모바일 기반 빅데이터 처리 및 모니터링 기술)

  • In the fourth industrial revolution, which has become an issue now, we have been able to receive instant analysis results faster than the existing slow speed through various Big Data technologies, and to conduct real-time monitoring on mobile and web. First, various irregular sensor Data is generated using IoT device, Raspberry Pi. Sensor Data is collected in real time, and the collected data is distributed and stored using several nodes. Then, the stored Sensor Data is processed and refined. Visualize and output the analysis result after analysis. By using these methods, we can train the human resources required for Big Data and mobile related fields using IoT, and process data efficiently and quickly. We also provide information that can confirm the reliability of research results through real time monitoring.

  • Recently, Korea has been attracting the attention of smart city as a solution to urban problems along with the era of Forth Industrial Revolution. However, tourism, industry, and specific high-class residential complexes are being formed, and the disabled with information such as the elderly and disabled who can actually get help are not experienced. This study establishes the concept of smart city suitable for domestic and derives the priority of physical and non-physical elements of smart city considering information weakness. Smart City considering disabled with information has concluded that not only physical elements but also non-physical components are important, and derive the differences between the experts and the priorities of actual information weak people. We will propose a smart city development direction that takes into account information weak people that can be developed and advanced in response to the needs of information weak people.

  • As the era of big data, which is the foundation of the fourth industry, has come, most related industries are developing related solutions focusing on the technologies of data storage, statistical analysis and visualization. However, for the diffusion of bigdata technology, it is necessary to develop the prediction analysis technologies using artificial intelligence. But these advanced technologies are only possible by some experts now called data scientists. For big data-related industries to develop, a non-expert, called a citizen data scientist, should be able to easily access the big data analysis process at low cost because they have insight into their own data. In this paper, we propose a system for analyzing bigdata and building business models with the support of easy-to-use analysis system without knowledge of high-level data science. We also define the necessary components and environment for the prediction analysis system and present the overall service plan.

  • In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.
