The study of application mobile communication technology to horse racing industry and operation achievements on this technology (모바일 통신기술의 경마베팅 적용판단 및 운영에 관한 사례 연구)

  • The development of mobile communication technology has brought big changes in all the industry. By applying this technology to horse racing betting system, the technological possibility and the operational achievements could be finally measured. To judge the possibility that this technology can be applicable to horse racing industry, We decide to divide the horse racing course into two side(the inside and outside). And then for the inside of the racecourse, the wireless data technology is chosen and also for the outside of the racecourse, the wireless internet technology is opted. The application of mobile communication technology to horse racing betting is proceeded by the strategic cooperation among betting enterprise , communication enterprise and information supply enterprise. Betting by using mobile instruments in horse racing makes the records of the turnover and the new customer bigger and bigger. Therefore the gambling section can be also new model in the mobile business.

리뷰어 평점 이력이 리뷰 조작에 대한 인식 및 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향: 여행플랫폼을 중심으로

  • 고객들은 조작된 온라인 리뷰가 범람하는 가운데 진정성과 가치를 지닌 리뷰를 보고자한다. 귀인 이론(Attribution theory)의 관점에서, 사람들은 리뷰어의 과거 평가 이력을 바탕으로 리뷰가 진정성 있는지를 판단하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구의 목적은 리뷰어의 과거 평점 이력이 조작된 리뷰로 인식하는 것에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 최종적으로 리뷰 유용성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 제안된 가설을 검증하기 위해 2차 데이터 분석(연구1)과 실험(연구2)을 수행했으며, 두 연구는 일관된 결과를 보여준다. 연구 1은 리뷰어의 과거 평가 이력이 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 귀인이론에 근거하면, 사람들은 리뷰를 다른 목적을 가지고 작성되었다고 인식할 경우에 리뷰가 조작되었다고 생각하고, 그 리뷰가 물건이나 서비스의 진정한 가치를 평가하지 않았다고 간주한다. 따라서 해당 리뷰는 유용성이 낮게 평가되는 경향이 있다. 2차 데이터를 분석하기 위해 우리는 Python을 이용한 웹 스크레이퍼를 개발하여 TripAdvisor(TripAdvisor.com)에서 호텔 정보, 리뷰, 리뷰 정보 등의 연구 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 890명 리뷰어에 대한 100,621개의 리뷰를 분석하기 위해 음이항 회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 평균 평점을 낮게 주는 리뷰어의 경우에 리뷰 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사람들은 극단적인 평점을 거의 주지 않는 리뷰어가 작성한 리뷰가 더 도움이 된다고 평가했다. 연구 2는 리뷰어의 과거 평점 이력을 기준으로 리뷰가 조작되었다고 평가하는 사람들의 인식 프로세스를 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 사람들은 리뷰어의 과거 평점 이력이 평균적으로 평점을 낮게 주는 경우에는 리뷰가 의심스럽다고 판단하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사람들은 리뷰어가 대부분 극단적인 평점을 주는 이력이 있다면 해당 리뷰어가 작성한 리뷰가 의심스럽다고 판단하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구2는 사람들이 리뷰어의 과거 평점 이력을 바탕으로 리뷰가 조작되었는지 또는 리뷰가 도움이 되는지 판단하는 경향이 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 귀인이론을 바탕으로 리뷰어의 과거 평점 이력이 리뷰 조작성에 대한 인식과 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 해당 연구분야에 새로운 관점을 추가한 기여점이 있다.

A Study of the Images of General Supers and a Department Store in a Local City (지방도시에 입점하고 있는 종합슈퍼와 백화점에 대한 점포이미지 비교 분석)

  • Suncheon is a city comprising a rural and urban area, where there are four types of large stores. Studies have shown that there are too many large stores serving the local population of just 300,000. However, geographically, Suncheon is located at a transportation hub that borders the cities of Gwangyang and Yeosu as well as the local counties of Boseong and Gurae. Residents of these areas can reach these shopping stores within an hour's drive. Thus, the managers of these four stores regard residents in these areas as their valued customers and endeavor to create a differentiated image among them. In this study, 13 different images were used to determine the public's opinions and feelings towards these stores and the differences were analyzed. The store images measured overall store impression, diversity of the product, the quality of products displayed at the store, accessibility, the atmosphere, service to the customers, and so on. These images are evaluated subjectively by each customer and are major factors in them deciding to revisit the stores. The 13 images are classified into five main categories and further classified into 13 sub-categories. Three kinds of factor images were extracted from the store images in the five main categories by factor analysis using SPSS Ver. 19. The first factor image was extracted from the images of convenience, atmosphere, and service in the main categories and is called a sub-service factor for the store in this study. Accessibility to the store was classified as a convenience image in the main category and was extracted as a common factor along with diversity and the price of goods. These differences are expected according to the store location, that is, the difference between stores located in a large city and those in a small local city, and depending on the nature of survey respondents. The result shows that there is a significant difference between the stores' images with regard to accessibility, the price of products, brand image, and lighting/sound image. This study has the following limitations. First, the survey sample was restricted to residents of a small local city that includes rural and urban populations. The differences between the store images regarding traffic and accessibility are factored by store location, whether they are located within a large or a small city as well as the economic situation of these cities. Second, only the customers of large-scale stores were included in the survey as respondents. Relatively large traditional markets are held every five days in local cities and there is competition between large-scale stores and traditional markets with regard to diversity and the price of goods. It could be expected that customers in large-scale stores and customers in traditional markets would hold different store images. In future studies, images of stores in large cities should be compared with the images of stores located in small local cities. In addition, customer behavior when buying goods in large-scale stores should be compared with their behavior when buying goods in traditional markets.

  • 산업의 융합화 추세는 IT서비스 산업이 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 PSS(Product Service System) 구현에 많은 노력을 요구하는 동인으로 작용하고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화(product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화(service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업(IT Service manufacturing)에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 기법들(PSS, NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process tool을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 tool은 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 한전은 지속적으로 지중화사업을 시행하여 현재 서울은 약 55%, 전국적으로는 약 15.5%의 지중화율을 기록하고 있다. 지중배전의 경우 가공에 비해 동일루트에 다회선이 설치가 가능하며 외부 기상여건 등의 영향이 거의 없고 설비의 단순고도화로 보수업무가 비교적 적으며 특히 쾌적한 도심환경 조성으로 지자체와 일반고객들에게 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만 고가의 건설비용과 고장으로 인한 정전발생시 고정점 발견과 복구에 장시간이 소요되는 단점 또한 가지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 특히 지중변압기의 경우 바이오넷퓨즈의 동작유무를 기준으로 변압기 내부(1차측)고장인지 외부(2차측)고장인지 판단하고 있으나 바이오넷퓨즈의 동작만을 가지고 내 외부고장을 판단하는 것은 매우 위험하다는 것을 밝힌 바 있다. 그러나 변압기의 내 외부 고장을 판정하는 내부권선저항 측정방법은 절차가 복잡하고 정전을 시킨 후 측정하게 되어 있어 실효성이 매우 낮은 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라 변압기의 건전상을 정전시키지 않고 쉽게 변압기 내부권선코일의 이상유무를 판정하는 방법이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 지중변압기 고장 발생 시 변압기 내부의 이상유무를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Research on Consumers Purchasing Characteristics and Satisfaction for Hanwoo Beef (한우에 대한 소비자의 구매특성 및 만족도 조사)

  • The study was performed through questionnaire to determine purchase characteristics and consumers' satisfaction for Hanwoo beef for 400 residents in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results obtained from 363 consumers excluding 37 improperly answered ones were statistically analyzed. The properly answered consumers were classified according to gender, 107 (29.5%) male, 256 (70.5%) female, and ages, 70 (19.3%) twenties, 97 (26.7%) thirties, 131 (36.1%) forties, and 65 (17.9%) over fifties. Consumers having older ages purchased Hanwoo beef more frequently (p<0.05), and Hanwoo specialty shop operated by farmers cooperative was the most popular purchasing sources. Consumers' favorite retail cuts for Hanwoo beef were in the order of loin (43.5%), ribs (22.9%), tender loin (10.5%), brisket (9.9%), round, fore (4.7%), others (3.3%), chuck (2.8%), strip loin, rump (2.5%). For the experiences of purchasing imported beef, 24.55% and 22.3% of consumers answered for 'sometimes' and 'yes', respectively, for the reason of 'low price' (73.3%). Consumers answered 'sometimes' (69.1%) for the question of disguisement of imported beef to Hanwoo beef, and thought traceability (61.7%) and country of origin (17.1%) would be the most effective methods to prevent disguisement. Percentages of responses were 61.1% and 75.5% for traceability and country of origin, respectively, under the assumption of consumer's trustworthiness of above 70%. Prerequisites for Hanwoo beef to succeed as a brand were in the order of taste (3.90 points), consumers' satisfaction (3.28 points), consumers' trustworthiness (3.20 points), safety (3.03 points). Consumers' satisfaction is influenced by the age, academic background and the occupation (p<0.05). Safety is expected to show the difference by the educational background (p<0.05) and the occupation (p<0.01), whereas consumers trustworthiness is influenced by the educational background and income (p<0.05). From the results obtained in the current study, it is concluded that traceability and country of origin is essential to gain consumers' satisfaction and trustworthiness, and that the most important factors for branding Hanwoo beef would be taste and safety.

Effective Normalization Method for Fraud Detection Using a Decision Tree (의사결정나무를 이용한 이상금융거래 탐지 정규화 방법에 관한 연구)

  • Ever sophisticated e-finance fraud techniques have led to an increasing number of reported phishing incidents. Financial authorities, in response, have recommended that we enhance existing Fraud Detection Systems (FDS) of banks and other financial institutions. FDSs are systems designed to prevent e-finance accidents through real-time access and validity checks on client transactions. The effectiveness of an FDS depends largely on how fast it can analyze and detect abnormalities in large amounts of customer transaction data. In this study we detect fraudulent transaction patterns and establish detection rules through e-finance accident data analyses. Abnormalities are flagged by comparing individual client transaction patterns with client profiles, using the ruleset. We propose an effective flagging method that uses decision trees to normalize detection rules. In demonstration, we extracted customer usage patterns, customer profile informations and detection rules from the e-finance accident data of an actual domestic(Korean) bank. We then compared the results of our decision tree-normalized detection rules with the results of a sequential detection and confirmed the efficiency of our methods.

Antecedents and it's Consequence of Local Consumers Trust in MNC's Product: The Moderating Effect of Global Corporate Citizenship (다국적기업 제품신뢰의 선행요인과 성과: 글로벌 기업시민주의의 조절효과)

  • Buyers' Trust in suppliers is critical in all commerce, but particularly in the relationship between foreign provider and local consumer due to the liability of foreignness. This study examines (1)how local consumers trust in the product of MNCs is affected by their perceptions of the product attributes, (2)does the product trust affects customers loyalty, and (3)whether Global Corporate Citizenship moderates the relationship between the product attributes and trust. Based on previous researches, hypotheses are formulated and the statistical method used to test them was a moderated regression analysis using SPSS 20. 330 respondents from the university student group in Korea were used for this analysis. The results of this study are follows: Service communication and product perceptions such as quality, technological newness, design, and brand value have a significant effect on the product trust. The Effectiveness of product-related service communication had greater than that of the physical characteristics of product. But, price fairness is not significantly. The trust then has a positive relation to customers loyalty. When global corporate citizenship as the moderating role is introduced into the model, the interaction terms with 'price fairness' are verified to be significant. Therefore, global corporate citizenship moderates the relationship between price fairness and product trust. The results of the empirical study provide important implications for Korean firms operating in foreign markets. But, the findings are limited to the University students and to manufacturing sectors. Thus, the generalization of the results of this research remains limited.

Effects of the LOHAS Image of Restaurants on Involvement and Willingness to Pay (레스토랑의 로하스 이미지가 관여도 및 지불의사에 미치는 영향)

  • With the changing consciousness of consumers, there has been an increasing interest in nature-friendly lifestyles and safety of food ingredients. Therefore, the LOHAS image, which has value in social health and sustainability, is expected to be a factor that helps restaurants establish differentiation strategies. This study examined the LOHAS image of restaurants on involvement and willingness to pay. The results were as follows. First, eco-friendly food ingredients and interiors among the LOHAS image factors of restaurants had a significant effect on involvement. Second, the perception of LOHAS in the LOHAS image factors of restaurants had a significant effect on involvement. These results may be due to the lack of a conceptual understanding of LOHAS among restaurant customers, who fail to properly grasp its meaning. Therefore, in order to promote the LOHAS image of restaurants to customers, it is necessary to consider presenting POPs or signs that will enable customers to understand the concept of LOHAS inside the restaurant. Third, consumers' involvement turned out to have a significant effect on their willingness to pay. Thus, it is necessary to imprint the image of a LOHAS restaurant using eco-friendly colors, sculptures, and agricultural products so that customers can perceive food ingredients or interior elements as eco-friendly.

A Proposal of the Social Commerce Strategy for the Public Services' Performance Improvement (공공행정서비스 성과향상을 위한 소셜커머스 적용 전략 제안)

  • Social commerce is a new internet business model which are types of joint purchase, social link, promotion, and on-off association etc. The recent public organization has the dual target to increase sound finance, and to improve customer satisfaction and the quality of public service. The purpose of this study is to propose the strategy of public social commerce which makes it's customers become positive purchasers. We analyzed 31 public organizations, and found that the type of social link interlocking with SNS site in the various purpose of public, and the offline association type using the service of location base would be utilized very highly. We also found that the joint purchase type and the promotion type would be used in the area of public and private selective services intending to make a profit. The anticipated performance are as follows: rapidity and reliance, customer made thing and goodwill, convenience for the service environment quality, publicity and diffusion, and sales promotion, productivity increase and new finding of revenue model for the profit increase outcome.
