A Study on the Influence of Servant Leadership on Change-Oriented Behaviors and Job Exhaustion with Trust toward Supervisor as a Mediator: Moderating Effects of Organizational Support (서번트 리더십이 상사에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 변화지향행동과 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 조직지원의 조절효과)

  • In a changing environment of parallel management, members must respond more flexibly to customers and have the maximum service spirit, which makes servant leadership more important than the existing leadership style. This study will examine the impact of servant leadership on trust toward supervisor and the impact of trust toward supervisor on change-oriented behaviors and job exhaustion. Finally, this study will also analyze the moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship between servant leadership and trust toward supervisor. A survey questionnaire was conducted on nurses in university hospitals and general hospitals located in Busan. First, growth support, community building, and stewardship among servant leadership had a positively significant influence on trust toward supervisor but did not significantly influenced vision suggestion. Second, trust toward supervisor had a positively significant influence on change-oriented behaviors. Third, trust toward supervisor had a negatively significant influence on job exhaustion. Fourth, the interaction effect between the independent variable stewardship and moderating variable organizational support was significant on the dependent variable trust toward supervisor, but interaction effect between the independent variables that were vision suggestion, growth building, and community building and moderating variable organizational support was not significant.

The Effects of Fashion Product Salesperson's Emotional Labor, Self-Efficacy and Burnout on Customer-Oriented Selling Behavior (패션 제품 판매원의 감정 노동과 자기효능감 및 탈진감이 고객지향적 판매 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to extract the effects of emotional labor, self-efficacy and burnout on customer-oriented selling behavior of salesperson by literature review and to examine the effect variables on customer-oriented selling behavior empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 400 salespersons who were selling clothes, cosmetics, shoes, leather products and accessories in department stores located in Kwang-ju city during August 18-24, 2006. Data collected from 307 salespersons were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test, correlation, regression analysis and path analysis. The results were as follows: First, Salesperson's emotional labor was composed of two factors; emotional labor toward the customer and emotional labor toward the organization. Second, Salesperson's emotional labor had negative significant influence on customer-oriented selling behavior. Specifically, the emotional labor toward the organization negatively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior, but the emotional labor toward the customer positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Third, Salesperson's emotional labor positively influenced on burnout. Specifically, emotional labor toward organization significantly influenced on burnout, but emotional labor toward customer did not influenced on burnout. Fourth, Salesperson's self-efficacy positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Fifth. Salesperson's self-efficacy negatively influenced on burnout. Finally, Salesperson's burnout negatively influenced on comer-oriented selling behavior. The direct effect of salesperson's self-efficacy on customer-oriented selling behavior was large than the indirect effect of salesperson's self-efficacy mediate burnout. But the indirect effect of salesperson's emotional labor mediate burnout was large than the direct effect of salesperson's emotional labor on customer- oriented selling behavior.

Effects of Relationship Marketing Activities on Customer Equity Drivers and Customer Behaviors (관계마케팅활동이 고객자산동인과 고객행동에 미치는 영향)

  • For many firms, customers are their most valuable assets. This is a shift in the interest of managers and researchers from a traditional focus on product management to a more recent focus on customer management. And they manage their customers with relationship marketing. Despite the recent academic interest in the study of customer equity, prior research has focused on brand equity and limited relationship mediated variate such as satisfaction, commitment and trust. This paper suggests customer equity drives with mediated variate and examines how relationship marketing can generate drives of customer equity and influence on customer behaviors. The results are like this. First, customer equity drives include value, brand and relationship equity and they mediate between relationship marketing activities and customer behaviors. Second, financial, social and structural activities have significant impact on repurchase, positive word of mouth, and cross purchase through customer equity drives. Third, this study tried to organize literature on customer equity systematically. It will become the foundation of follow-up studies.

  • SP(sales promotion)전략을 지향하는 백화점은 강 한 개성으로 다양하게 변화해 가는 소비자의 욕구충 족을 위해 대 고객차원의 편의성 및 쾌적한 쇼핑환 경을 마련하며 아이디어는 항상 특별하고 새로워야 한다. SP 전략으로서의 VMD (visual merchandi sing)는 상품의 시각화계획 등 통일된 시각(visual identity) 연 출을 통해 고객의 그룹이나 개인의 취향에 맞는 타켓 마케팅 (target marketing) 으로 백 화점 은 고객 의 중심에서 그들의 삶을 윤태하게 하며 아름답고 즐거 운 소비문화를 주도해갈 수 있는 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. 1999년 말 IMF 이후 최근 막강한 자금력과 경쟁 력을 가진 대형 외국 할인 업체의 부상과 계속되는 장기적인 경제위축으로 백화점의 마케팅활동은 기존 고객과 관련된 단기적 욕구만을 충족시키는 점에서 벗어날 수 없었다. 이렇게 심각한 경기불안과 유통환 경의 급변으로 인해 소비자의 구매력이 약화되고 매 출이 감소하는 등 백화점의 한계성과 업태간의 경쟁 이 심화되어 갈수록 진정한 서비스개념의 합리적 목 적을 띤 VMD가 SP전략의 실질적인 형태로써 존재 되어야 한다. VMD는 이러한 불경기에 대응하는 백화점의 생존 고용식 전략으로서 좀더 강하고 적극적인 글로벌 마인드 ( (global mind)를 갖고 보다 넓은 시장에 대한 장기적 안목을 필요로 한다. 특히 대 고객 감성의 글로벌화 로 광범위한 상품의 장르와 감각적인 투자로써 신 고객창출을 도모하는 한편 고객에 대한 세심한 배려 와 구체화된 전략을 통해 불황을 극복하는 등 국내 유통문화의 선진화를 가속시켜 나갈 수 있는 것이다.   • The purpose of this paper is to discuss marketing strategies for school library. The writer divided marketing environment of school library into macro-external environment, micro-external environment, substantial environment, and operational environment. And analyzed characteristics of four target audiences-school administrator, teachers, students, and parents and local society-for school library marketing and suggested approach strategies to each target audiences. Four communication strategies of school library media specialist for effective marketing are discussed ; administrative communication, behavioral communication, cooperative communication, and social communication.

Factors influencing the customer orientation of clinical dental hygienists (임상치과위생사의 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the impact of clinical dental hygienists on customer orientation and prepare basic data for the rational and efficient human resource management of dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 220 dental hygienists from July 7 to August 8, 2019. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The customer orientation of clinical dental hygienists was 4.09, internal marketing was 3.10, organizational citizenship behavior was 3.97, and self-efficacy was 3.91. The variables that most influenced their turnover intention were those related to organizational citizenship behavior. These factors showed a 28.8% variance among dental hygienists. Conclusions: This study recommends the development and application of a program that enhances dental hygienists' customer orientation, recognizes them as internal clients, and improves dental productivity.

  • This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One such example of nontraditional job behavior is organizational citizenship behavior and service quality, for they are part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). Stimulated by conceptualizations of justice in organizations by such theorists as Homans(1961), Admans(1965), and Walster, Berscheid, and Walster(1973), organizational researchers devoted considerable attention in the 1960s and 1970s to testing propositions about the distribution of payment and other work-related rewards derived from equity theory. Although reviews and critiques of equity theories once dominated the pages of organizational journals, more recently it has been the subject of far more attention(Reis, 1986). In one notable recent trend, researchers and theorists have expanded on conceptualizations of procedural and distributive justice by turning attention to the interpersonal aspects of justice, the perceived fairness of the way people are treated by others. With the rapid and uncertain changes of organization, such voluntary behaviors as OCB, service quality, and innovative behavior have become more important for the development and survival of organization. Thus it is very important to keep the organization fair for keeping employees participative in organization. Here it is reviewed the relationship between organizational justice and it's related factors(OCB, service quality and innovative behavior).

온라인 증권거래 서비스의 고객만족 요인에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 증권거래 서비스 품질과 고객만족 나아가 고객행동을 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며 조사원이 직접 증권사 객장을 방문하여 운라인 증권거래경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 40개 증권사, 420여개설문이 회수되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 온라인 증권거래를 이용하는 고객층을 분석하면, 여성보다는 남성이 온라인 증권거래를 활발히 이용하고 있으며 연령별로는 40대, 50대, 30대 순으로 나타났으며 직업은 대부분 근로생활자가 많이 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 전체 50%이상이 매일 접속하고 거래하는 것으로 나타났으며 운영 규모는 1천만원이하가 다수로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 증권거래 서비스 품질요인으로 지각된 신뢰성, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 유형성, 지각된 응답성 순으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 신뢰성은 약속된 서비스를 정확하게 수행하는 능력에 대한 지각으로 나타내며, 지각된 편의성은 온라인증권거래를 이용하기에 얼마나 용이한 지에 대한 지각을 나타낸다. 지각된 유형성은 물적 시설, 장비, 사람, 의사소통 도구의 외형과 같은 부분에 대한 지각을 나타내는 것이다 지각된 응답성은고객을 돕고 즉각적인 서비스를 제공하려는 의지에 대한 지각을 나타낸다. 마지막으로 고객만족은 재이용이나 구전의도에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고객지향적인 온라인 증권거래 서비스 시스템 구축 및 운영이 이용확대에 중요한 요인임을 제시한다. 본 연구는 온라인 증권거래에 대한 고객만족의 탐색적인 연구로써 보다 심도 있는 연구를 위한 기초를 제공하였다는 점과 온라인 증권거래 성과측정요소로써 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시했다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다.에 의해 유도된 single-strand 절단을 억제하였다. 이상과 같이 간세포 일차배양에서 양파추출물은 t-BHP에 의해 유발된 간독성, 간세포 생존율 감소, 지질과산화를 농도 의존적으로 억제시켰고 또한 t-BHP에 의해 억제된 GSH-Px, GSH-Rd 및 catalase의 활성을 증가시켰다. 이와 같이 양파추출물의 간보호 및 항산화 효과는 항산화 효소, 특히 catalase의 활성 증가와 hydroxyl radical에 의해 유도된 산화억제 및 이에 따른 지질과산화 억제에 기인하는 것으로 사료된다.chno-economic paradigm)의 시각에서 제시하는 한국경제의 성장 ${\cdot}$ 고용 ${\cdot}$ 분배를 위한 정책방향은 다음과 같은 동태적발전과정으로 요약할 수 있다 : 기초과학연구능력 확충 ${\rightarrow}$ 소화 ${\cdot}$ 흡수 ${\cdot}$ 개량 ${\rightarrow}$ 토착화 능력의 배양 ${\rightarrow}$ 자체기술개발, 선진기술 도입, 산업간 및 산업내 기술확산, 국제기술협력 ${\rightarrow}$ 기술혁신의 촉진 ${\rightarrow}$ 총요소생산성과 기업경쟁력(자원 및 역량, 프로세스 경쟁력, 품질경쟁력, 시장경쟁력, 고객성과, 시장성과, 재무성과)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 가격경쟁력(임금, 금리, 물류비용, 환율 등)과 비(非)가격경쟁력(디자인, 에프터서비스, 품질, 운송 등)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 국가경쟁력의 제고 ${

  • This study presented the analysis results and implications by identifying the structural relationship between the image of food tourism products, the long-term orientation of attachment, and the behavioral intention. The convenience sampling method of the non-probability sampling method was used, and the survey was conducted non-face-to-face due to COVID-19. This study was conducted for customers who live in Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do and have experienced local traditional food. As for the survey method, the main researcher's acquaintances and related experts were consulted and utilized to select the survey subjects, and the survey was conducted by sending/returning them by mail or e-mail. Statistical processing was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 statistical packages. As a result of the verification, the relationship between the image and attachment of food tourism, the relationship between the long-term orientation in the attachment of traditional food, and the behavioral intention in the attachment of traditional food are significant. A significant positive (+) relationship was formed in the relationship of hypothesis setting according to the research purpose of the relationship.
