Demand of Natural Gas (NG) consumption is continuously increasing by long service life and low environmental impact than other fossil fuels. Because of this reasons, Gas wells exploration and huge LNG plant construction project are being boosted world-widely. Especially, overseas NG pipe-line projects are emerging by considering safe and efficiency at the inter-country sections. At the same time, Korean contractors are being achieved to record-breaking performance at 2011's overseas construction market and 80% of new-record was attained from overseas plant construction projects. Nevertheless, Korean contractors are behind than overseas leading contractors by geographical distance from gas wells and concentrated demand for storage plant. In these reasons, this paper aims to develop the standardized business process model(BPM) for overseas NG pipe-line project at project planning phase to support the project entry. To this aim, first of all, extract the BPM through the broad literature and overseas construction market review and domestic/overseas pipe-line project analysis. Second, Test-bed was performed to confirm of practical applicability by 4 experts. And then 15 experts survey were performed to validate the usability and effectiveness of BPM for overseas NG pipe-line project. Consequently, if Korean contractors are using this BPM with their own know-how and experiences, it will be returned to more reasonable and rational references for decision making in overseas NG pipe-line project.

This study is intended to look into the effects of SCM(supply chain management) competency and process improvement on operational performance in small and venture companies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 179 small and venture manufacturing companies. The findings showed that the SCM competency had a significant effect on the process improvement and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting all hypotheses. And the process improvement had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between SCM competency and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting hypothesis 4. As for the findings, strategic alliance, technology development, competency concentration as SCM competencies and starting preparation, detailed planning, implementation management as process improvements were factors that have positive effects on quality performance, cost reduction and profit increase as operational performances in small and venture companies. In other words, the better process and performance by the maximized SCM competencies require selective input strategies for strategic alliance, technology development and competency concentration in small and venture companies. And for its early application and settlement, the starting preparation and detailed planning of business process within small and venture companies need to be jointly put in action under clear company-wide goal management. Consequently, the expected performance can be maximized when strict management and implementation lead to these attributes.

In this paper we propose a knowledge management plan for the home shopping industry. Among whole business areas we focus on the business area of the Broadcasting Management and Operation(BM&O). We analyze problems embedded in the business area BM&O, design a knowledge management model (including business processes, information systems, organizations, regulations, and culture) for overcoming the problems, and finally make an action plan for implementing the model into the home shopping company. We expect the proposed model and action plan will be used as an useful reference model for maintaining one's competitive power in the home shopping markets.

The embodiment of working process fitting in characteristics of business each other in ERP system is indispensable factor. But, general ERP system is not so much profitable for the way of production management of footwear of domestic midge and small company that is dependant on most of the way of OEM production. Therefore, the development of ERP system fitted for present situation of the footwear manufacturing companies is necessary. For this, first, the business process for footwear production, for development of this system, have to be standardize and second, the model of Integrated system process based on standard business process have to be design for programming. In this paper, we proposed a method to build up standard business process and execute BPP in the point of the foundation for introduction and development of the resource planning systems only used by production of footwear and suited to the way of production management of the domestic companies manufacturing footwear. With this, we presented a process model of resource planning systems for footwear production. This study is focused on construction of integrated process model for production resource planning of ERP subsystems and the integrated process model consist of 13 modules.

Project plan and control is a highly skilled task which is vital for business success, and Project control systems are important for successful project execution. To support construction process management effectively, an integrated cost and schedule control function is required to collect quality data in a timely manner and to provide quality historical data for future planning of new projects. In Korea construction industry, the development and implementation cases of a project control system which to efficiently support construction project planning and controlling processes, have been increased to ensure a project success and the profitability of a construction company. To contribute to improving practical effectiveness of a project control system, the paper reviewed and analyzed the current trends and functional features of current project control systems. And it also described the pending issues and their solutions faced on previous project control systems.

A government agency has been announced to increase 23,663 hundred million wons by cost of design change which occurred in the pre-construction and construction phase. As design change is a phenomenon to occur by means of a characteristic of the building design that standardization is difficult, even if it is said that a perfect design is done in design phase, design change is prevented, and it is going to decrease, and there is a limit. Because there are some causes in all of the construction project, it is change order of client, relative system, unfit design and field condition, etc. In this study, we are suggested logic and basic model of the decision making support process model that it should selecting the optimal alternative through complex and quantitative analyzed: that is cost, performance and constructability as respect Owner or CMr is executing project under the CM delivery system construction project which it occurred design change.

오늘날 급변하는 경영환경에서 기업은 존속과 성장을 위해 기업 내외부에 걸친 경영혁신의 노력을 끊임없이 전개하고 있다. 특히 자동차부품산업의 제조자원계획 업무는 기업의 자본(Money), 인력(Man), 물자(Material), 설비(Machine) 등과 같은 중요한 경영자원을 활용하여 부가가치를 창출하는 업무이다. 본 논문은 국내의 자동차부품 기업을 대상으로 기존 자재소요 계획(MRPI) 업무를 AS-IS 분석에 따라 문제점을 찾아내어 타 업무와의 수평적인 통합에 의해 MRP 업무를 혁신적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고, 제조자원 계획의 관점에서 새로운 TO-BE 모델을 도출함으로써 자동차부품 기업의 수주-생산-자재간의 업무연계를 통하여 제조자원관리(MRPII) 업무를 개선하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 레거시 시스템을 컴포넌트 기반 시스템으로 재공학하는 절차 및 기법을 제공하는 마르미-RE의 전체 단계 중 계획 단계에 대한 상세한 프로세스를 서술한다. 계획 단계는 11개의 작업으로 이루어져 있고, 이들은 각각 4개의 활동인 현황 파악, 개선 비즈니스 도출, 개선 전략 수립, 개발 계획 수립으로 그룹핑 된다. 현황 파악 활동은 업무의 전반적인 정보 분석을 통해 조직의 구조와 업무의 흐름 및 문제점을 파악하고, 개선 비즈니스 모델 도출은 유스케이스 모델링과 객체 모델링을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 수집하여 개선 업무 모델을 도출한다. 개선 전략 수립 활동은 변환을 위한 전략을 수립하고, 마지막으로 개발 계획 수립 활동에서 변환을 위한 프로젝트 계획서가 작성된다.

To reduce uncertainties and make rational plans, the presumption of contingency against a failure of projects and an occurrence of unpredictable risks is important with accurate estimations as the work progressing. Therefore, if the presumption of contingency reflecting uncertainties carries out at a decision making point of time, be able to prepare for risks. The purpose of this paper is to present a management process of contingency through the performance analysis of project. In the cost planning phase, this study offers a process which is predictable contingency and predicts the range of fluctuation of the cost, laking an advantage of EVM in construction phase. With reflecting the results from this procedure, this study presents a process, rationally manageable contingency.
