The purposes of this study is to investigate the influence of career recognition upon career development competencies and educational needs. To achieve this, the survey was carried out and 362 undergraduates participated. The findings of the survey were shown as follows: First, the students perceived that career management was needed the most, and then came career information searches. Next, career transition technologies, positive self-concept formation, career planning, and effective interpersonal relationships were in order. Second, the influence of career recognition upon the level of the preparations showed statistically significant differences, however, the influence of career recognition upon the level of the requirement did not reveal statistically significant differences. Third, the rating of the educational needs was identical from the first place to the third, but different from the fourth to the sixth. These results will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of career education.

This study investigated effects of college students' multicultural contacts on multicultural competency. This study also examined mediating effects of perspective taking and prejudice. Multicultural contacts were divided into quality of contacts and quantity of contacts. Effects of quality and quantity of contacts on multicultural competency through perspective taking and prejudice were separately analyzed using two models. For the purpose, 642 Korean college students completed the questionnaires including multicultural contacts, multicultural competency, perspective taking, prejudice and demographic information. The results indicate that both quality and quantity of contacts are associated with multicultural competency, but quality of contacts are more strongly associated with multicultural competency. Also, perspective taking and prejudice mediate the relationship between quality of contacts and multicultural competency while mediators did not mediate the relationship between quantity of contacts and multicultural competency. The results indicate that intimate and positive contacts with outgroup members help enhance college students' multicultural competency through increased perspective taking and prejudice reduction. Future multicultural education for undergraduate students should focus on increasing the quality of multicultural contacts and help them with perspective taking, and reducing prejudice.

급속한 정보화의 사회적 확대는 정보화가 기업의 성패를 좌우하는 중요요소가 되었다. 이로 인해 효율적 정보화를 위한 정보화전략계획의 중요성은 증대되고 있다. 그러나, 많은 기업들이 정보화전략계획의 실제 수립과 적용 과정에서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이는 정보전략계획평가를 통한 계획의 내실성확보가 학계는 물론 실제 기업에서도 주요관심사가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요성에 평가영역을 정보화전략계획 평가와 정보화지원평가의 2개 영역으로 가지는 정보화전략계획 평가체계를 개발하였다. 정보전략계획평가는 정보화전략계획 자체의 완결성을 확보하고 문제점을 최소화하는 역할을 수행하게 된다. 더불어 정보화지원 평가를 통해서 기업이 가지고 있는 정보화에 대한 역량과 환경을 평가 및 분석할 수 있다. 본 평가체계를 17개 공기업의 정보화전략계획평가에 실제 적용하여 각 기업에게 검토의견서를 제공하였다. 이를 통해 평가 체계의 실무 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 최근 고등학교기관(대학)의 평가에서 가장 중심 단어가 되고 있는 있는 '핵심역량' 관련 최근 연구들의 주요 키워드들과 그들간의 네트워크를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 2011년부터 2020년까지(최근 10년간)의 '대학 핵심역량' 관련 등재지(등재 후보지 포함)에 발표된 총 176건의 관련 연구물들을 언어 네트워크 분석 방법론을 활용하여, 주요 키워드 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시, 주요 핵심어들 간의 관계성(의미망 네트워크) 분석 등을 진행하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 관련 학자들이 연구를 진행할 때, 대학 관계자가 학교단위 교육활동 계획 기획 및 평가활동을 할 때 매우 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This study is intended to look into the effects of SCM(supply chain management) competency and process improvement on operational performance in small and venture companies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 179 small and venture manufacturing companies. The findings showed that the SCM competency had a significant effect on the process improvement and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting all hypotheses. And the process improvement had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between SCM competency and operational performance in small and venture companies, adopting hypothesis 4. As for the findings, strategic alliance, technology development, competency concentration as SCM competencies and starting preparation, detailed planning, implementation management as process improvements were factors that have positive effects on quality performance, cost reduction and profit increase as operational performances in small and venture companies. In other words, the better process and performance by the maximized SCM competencies require selective input strategies for strategic alliance, technology development and competency concentration in small and venture companies. And for its early application and settlement, the starting preparation and detailed planning of business process within small and venture companies need to be jointly put in action under clear company-wide goal management. Consequently, the expected performance can be maximized when strict management and implementation lead to these attributes.

The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

대한설비건설협회는 지난 2월 26일설비건설회관 대회의실에서 제38회 총회(정기)를 개최하고 2008회계년도 사업계획을 수립했다. 2008회계년도 사업계획은 지난 1월 1일부터 일반·전문간의 겸업제한이 폐지되었으나, 기계설비공사업종만 4년 유예됨에 따라 유예기간 동안 △설비건설 발전을 위해 협회 역량을 집중하고, △새정부의 공공공사 예산 절감방안에 적극 대처하기 위해 계약제도와 원가제도 보완을 추진하며, △정부위탁업무를 신속·정확히 처리하여 회원사의 이익과 편의를 도모할 방침이다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the competence of nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school. The knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the nursing teachers were verified and the competency groups and sub-competencies were verified and priorities were suggested. To do this, 23 nursing teachers who were currently working in the Specialized vocational high school were selected as expert panels and the study was conducted using Delphi and Layered Analysis(AHP) technique. The results of this study were as follows. First, the competency group of the nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school showed teaching and learning methods & techniques, student guidance, curriculum development and operation, school management support, industry-academy cooperation, self-development and professionalism improvement. The total number was 6. Second, the sub-competency is composed of knowledge and skills related to the curriculum, planning and preparation of instruction, instruction operation, guidance of experiment and practice, instruction evaluation, development and utilization of teaching and learning medium, instruction environment, guidance on student education activities outside the curriculum, career guidance, life guidance, class management, guidance of technology and qualification, development of school curriculum, organization and operation of school curriculum, planning and operation of field practice, work planning, school management support, teacher evaluation and personnel management support, leaning support(practice place and equipment), establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, strengthening community cooperation, public relations in the school(department), field research for improvement of educational activities, participation in conferences and training, exploration of new knowledge and technology, The total number was 26. The most important of the relative importance was the curriculum development and operation. The subordinate competencies that have a high priority in each competency group were guidance of experiment and practice, guidance of technology and qualification, planning and operation of field practice, leaning support(practice place and equipment), management and work planning, establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, exploration of new knowledge and technology. The competency system derived from this study will be applied to the training and evaluation of nursing teachers in the future and can be used as basic data for related research.

OECD 회원국 사람들의 생활시간 보고서에 따르면 필수적인 자기경영시간이 10시간 52분으로 나타났다. 자기 경영은 그만큼 현재의 나의 모습, 미래의 모습을 변경할 수 있는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 보다 높은 수준의 자기경영을 하기 위해 경영학 이론인 PDCA 모델과 SMART 조건을 사용한 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 시스템의 SWOT 분석을 통해 자신의 역량 위치를 파악하고 기회와 위기를 알 수 있게 해주며 극복 방안도 설계하게 된다. 또한 이 시스템은 목표를 이루기 위한 계획을 진행해 나가면서 자신의 역량을 확인할 수 있고, 계획한 부분에 대해서 타인과 공유를 할 수 있으며, 문서 인쇄 기능을 통해 자료를 보존 및 휴대할 수 있다.

This study is empirically intended to put forward the modeling and process improvement measures for the SCM capability in small venture firms. The findings are summarized as follows. There were strategic alliance, technological development and centralization in the modeling of strategic planning for supply chain, not the least of which is strategic alliance, followed by centralization and technological development. There were routing scheduling, network integration and third party logistics outsourcing in decision making, not the least of which was network integration. There were customer service management, productivity management and quality management in management control, not the least of which was quality management. And there were order management choice, pricing demand, shipment delivery and customer management in transaction support system, not the least of which was order management choice. As for the above-mentioned findings, to maximize the SCM capability and operate the optimized process in small venture firms, the existing strategic alliances can optimize the quality management and stabilize the transaction support system through the network sharing and integration from the perspective of relevant organizational members' capability and process improvement. And the strategic linkage between firms can maximize the integrated capability of information system beyond the simple exchange relation between electronic data, achieving a differentiated competitive advantage. Consequently, the systematization and centralization for the maximization of SCM capability, including the infrastructure construction based on the system compatibility and reliability for information integration, should be preceded before the modeling of the integrated capability for optimum supply chain and the best process management in the smart era.
