  • 신뢰성성장시험은 주어진 기간 동안에 고장모드를 체계적이고 영구적으로 제거하여 신뢰성을 향상시키려는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 활동은 대부분 매우 제약된 시간에 이루어져야 함으로 신제품개발프로그램에 있어서는 가속수명 시험이 필수적인 신뢰성성장시험 도구로 적용된다. 본 연구에서는 가속수명시험 하에서 신뢰성성장을 계획하고 분석하는데 유용한 도구로 사용할 수 있는 가속 신뢰성성장모델을 제시하였다. 시험전략은 test-find-test 전략으로서 시험중 고장모드가 발견되어도 이 문제에 대한 근본적 조치는 시험이 완성된 이후에 이루어지는 경우를 가정하였다. 이는 시험을 중간에 중단하고 시작하는 비용이 매우 높거나, 시스템이 고도로 복잡하여 완전히 분해하는데 어려움이 있는 경우에 적용된다.

  • 전사적 아키텍처 (Enterprise Architecture)는 단순한 정보자원관리의 수준을 넘어 한 조직의 비전을 달성하기 위해 정보자원을 전략적으로 활용 할 수 있는 도구로 발전하고 있다. 서비스 지향 아키텍처 (Service Oriented Architecture)는 EA구축 시 구성요소를 추출하고, 추출된 구성요소 간 전사적 정렬(alignment)을 유도해내는 도구로 활용할 수 있다. 서비스 지향 전사적 아키텍처 방법론(Service Oriented Enterprise Architecture Methodology)은 SOA기반의 EA구축방법론으로 상위 계획자 수준의 EA로부터 하위 개발자 수준 EA까지 조직의 정보자원을 어떻게 구분 짓고, 구분된 항목 간 연관정보를 어떻게 구성해야 할지에 대한 절차와 방향을 제시함으로써 전사적 정렬(Enterprise Alignment)을 위한 구체적 해결 방안을 제시하고 있다.

  • An integrated water resources management is highly required to use efficient water and preserve water quality due to the limits of water resources development and water pollution. K-WEAP was developed, which supports the water resources planning and evaluation within a fully integrated interactive system. In this study, we present three applications of K-WEAP. First, we examined the usefulness of K-WEAP as a water resources planning tool through its application to the National Water Resources Plan. Second, the conjunctive use of surface water and groundwater in the Geum river basin with K-WEAP was evaluated, and its results show how to support to set up a sustainable groundwater management plan. Finally, we confirmed the function of the integrated water quantity and quality management in K-WEAP, which conducted by comparing the simulated results of water quality in both QUAL2E and K-WEAP.

  • The initial planned annual cost is frequently adjusted under the construction process in construction projects. If the annual cost is reduced than the initial planned cost, the number of possible activities is also reduced from initial planned progress schedule. In such cases, project manager need to replan the progress schedule with possible activities within changed annual cost. However, most project manager will proceed as planned schedule without any change. After the project cost has been exhausted, there are many cases to stop the operation of the construction site. This study developed active 5D CAD system that can replan the progress schedule within changed annual cost and simulate the cost status according to the changed schedule for cost visualization. This system can be used as a decision-making tool in the replaning progress schedule and will be able to increase the practical usability of 5D CAD system.

  • To achieve project successfully in domestic construction site, pre-management of risk is important factor. Synthesis Construction Document made early construction is representative as means of pre-management of risk. But, Synthesis Construction Document is not working properly for pre-management of risk because the level is low as Synthesis Construction Document is made formally and the time is too late to pre manage the risk for various factor. A epoch-making method that differ with existing need to solve this deep-rooted problem of domestic construction site. So, this study is analyzing to achieve subject to heighten level Synthesis Construction Document and shorten creation period with "S"construction company(introducing 6sigma by tool of management innovation 6 sigma)'s data and offering an opportunity that heightens effectiveness and goes forward and aims possibility about construction site suitability of 6sigma by confirming Pilot Test.

  • In order to provide realistic traffic to the cyber warfare training system, it is necessary to prepare a traffic distribution plan in advance and to create a training data set using normal/threat data sets. This paper presents the design and implementation results of a method for creating a traffic distribution plan and a training data set to provide background traffic like a real environment to a cyber warfare training system. We propose a method of a traffic distribution plan by using the network topology of the training environment to distribute traffic and the traffic attribute information collected in real and simulated environments. We propose a method of generating a training data set according to a traffic distribution plan using a unit traffic and a mixed traffic method using the ratio of the protocol. Using the implemented tool, a traffic distribution plan was created, and the training data set creation result according to the distribution plan was confirmed.

  • In this study, I tried to provide the basic data for planning the public library space to meet the new needs of the users in digital generation by survey and literature review on factors in planning the digital space of public libraries. In 2000, a separate space for digital materials has been prepared at the most of the libraries as a part of informatization program of public libraries. However, it is not sufficient to provide a number of different needs of the users due to the identical design of all the libraries. For the prioritization, 50 factors have been deducted by review of preceding studies, evaluation factors and criteria of library of each institution. Factorial analysis was performed on the factors with the importance which was higher than average. Also, the relationships among the factors with similar properties were understood to categorize the factors in space planning by each factor. Based on these factors in planning the digital space, further space evaluation of the public library and user satisfaction survey could be followed to provide a fundamental basis for the specific space planning.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for school STEAM education diagnostic assessment. Literature reviews, the developmental study of a prototype instrument, experts' advices, and pilot study were administrated. The school STEAM education diagnostic assessment was consist of five areas: 'STEM education action and sustainability plan,' 'STEAM curriculum and instruction,' 'STEAM professional development,' 'process-based evaluation,' and 'community and partnerships.' Each area had one to five sub-areas. A total of 14 diagnosis items were developed, including items that can diagnose the school's STEAM environment base and STEAM education execution level at the school unit and member level for each area. The validation of the diagnostic assessment was conducted through the content validity of the expert group and the validity of a survey targeting school teachers. For applying the instrument for STEAM Education School Assessment to schools, a total of 267 elementary, middle, and high schools participated. As a result, the average of the five areas was 1.46 to 2.18. This instrument comprehensively diagnoses and evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of STEAM education in schools, and is expected to be used as basic data and core data for implementing STEAM education.

  • This study aims to develop a Park Performance Assessment Tool (PPAT) to qualitatively evaluate the level of urban neighborhood park services. The Park Performance Assessment Tool (PPAT) development process is as follows. First, a pool of evaluation items was formed by analyzing domestic and foreign cases related to the Park Performance Evaluation Tool (PPAT). Second, evaluation items were refined considering domestic park conditions through expert advisory meetings and pilot evaluations. Third, the reliability of the Park Performance Evaluation Tool (PPAT) was verified through pilot evaluations. Fourth, weights for each evaluation item were derived through an expert survey and AHP analysis. Fifth, a Park Performance Evaluation Tool (PPAT) evaluation table and evaluation guidelines were prepared. The developed Park Performance Assessment Tool (PPAT) was applied to 22 neighborhood parks in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to evaluate the quality of the physical environment. As a result of the evaluation, several urban neighborhood parks that need improved park services were identified. The Park Performance Evaluation Tool (PPAT) is expected to be used to establish a basic plan for parks and green spaces, select priority and project promotion methods for park maintenance projects, and certify excellent parks

  • 금강 유역과 같이 복잡한 하천유역 시스템의 관리를 위해서는 시스템 요소들을 통합적으로 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 의사결정지원 도구가 필요하다. K-MODSIM 모형은 단기 물관리, 장기 운영계획, 가뭄 대비계획 및 물관련 분쟁 해결을 위해 보다 개선된 유역관리 전략을 수립하기 위한 컴퓨터 기반 도구로 개발되었으며, 본 연구에서는 K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성한 후, 두 단계의 모형 검정을 수행하였다. 먼저 물리적 검정을 통해서 전체 대상 수계의 상하류 물수지를 검토하고, 다음 단계인 운영 측면의 검정에서 물리적으로 나타나는 상황이 댐 운영이나 제약 조건 등에 부합하는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적 운영률의 개발은 동적계획법 소프트웨어인 CSUDP를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 여기서 사유한 접근법은 음해 추계학적 동적계획법이다. 이 접근방법은 유입량 시계열을 추계학적으로 모의발생시키고, CSUDP 모형은 모의발생시킨 유입량 시계열에 대한 최적운영률을 찾기 위해 사용하며, CSUDP의 최적화 결과에 대한 통계적인 분석을 통해 월단위 운영률을 도출하였다. K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성하고, 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적연계 운영를을 개발하여 다음과 같은 운영 시나리오들을 개발하고 평가하였다. $\cdot$ 금강수계에 대한 용당댐의 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 댐 연계운영시 수요량 변화에 따른 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 하도추적을 고려한 일별모형의 검증 개발된 운영률과 하도추적방법을 K-MODSIM 모형에서 검증하기 위해서 vb.net 스크립트 파일을 개발하여 적용하였다.L이하로 이를 유등천 상류부에 공급할 경우 유등천의 수질은 BOD 6.7mg/L, TN 9.80mg/L, TP 0.90mg/L를 나타낼 것으로 예측된다. 고도처리시설의 도입 후 금강 합류점에서 갑천의 예측 BOD는 7.4mg/L로 현재 9.0mg/L에 비하여 개선되지만 이는 금강수계 오염총량 관리계획의 시$\cdot$도 경계지점 목표수질인 5.9mg/L를 만족시키지 못하므로, 이를 만족시키기 위해서는 방류수 BOD 7.2mg/L이하로 처리해야 할 것으로 판단된다.which support only concepts or image features.방하는 것이 선계기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 밸브 개폐에 따른 수압 변화를 모의한 결과 밸브 개폐도를 적절히 유지하여 필요수량의 확보 및 누수방지대책에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.8R(mm)(r^2=0.84)$로 지수적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 유거수량은 토성별로 양토를 1.0으로 기준할 때 사양토가 0.86으로 가장 작았고, 식양토 1.09, 식토 1.15로 평가되어 침투수에 비해 토성별 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이는 토성이 세립질일 수록 유거수의 저항이 작기 때문으로 생각된다. 경사에 따라서는 경사도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 $10\% 경사일 때를 기준으로 $Ro(mm)=Ro_{10}{\times}0.797{\times}e^{-0.021s(\%)}$로 나타났다.천성 승모판 폐쇄 부전등을 초래하는 심각한 선천성 심질환이다. 그러나 진단 즉시 직접 좌관상동맥-대동맥 이식술로 수술적 교정을 해줌으로써 좋은 성적을 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.교하여 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 HSP 환자군에서도 $IL1RN^{*}2$ allele 빈도와
