The purpose of this study as a research of experience of sexual offenders who are in confinement in prisons and forensic facilities is to theoretically investigate fundamental structures of their experiences and to practically construct basic data to present intervention programs of sexual offenders. This study was conducted by hermeneutical and phenomenological methods invoked of the analytic framework of Van-Manen (1990) about seven sexual offenders. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, and the results of the interpretation are shown as perception that they were victims of public opinion, the mark of Cain, loss of opportunity of examination caused by show window, collective differentiation through distinction, expression of metaphysical being that wants to slip out of the skin, counterplot of scientific management techniques, undifferentiation from the Imaginary, sexual acts shown as inverted communication, discovering dominant domain as forming reaction to being controlled, not being free from capitalistic attributes in which even children's sex is commercialized, distortion in socialization of sexual identity, paternity stamped as embodiment of suppressed desire, recovery of lost virginity of mother through children, and family as a name broken to pieces.

본고(本稿)에서는 최근 북한(北韓)의 대서방(對西方) 합영노력(合營努力) 및 무역확대정책(貿易擴大政策)으로 대변되는 개방화정책(開放化政策)의 현황(現況)과 그 문제점(問題點)에 대하여 살펴보았다. 최근 북한(北韓)의 경제활성화(經濟活性化)를 위한 새로운 움직임은 중공(中共)과 같이 실용주의(實用主義)로서의 수정(修正)이나 사회주의시장경제체제(社會主義市場經濟體制)로의 전환(轉換)이 결코 아니고 경직(硬直)된 북한경제(北韓經濟)의 구조적(構造的) 침체(沈滯)를 타개하기 위한 방편에 불과하다. 즉, 관료적(官僚的) 중앙집권경제운용방식(中央集權經濟運用方式)을 따르는 북한(北韓)의 경우 경제개방(經濟開放)의 선행요건(先行要件)인 사적소유제도(私的所有制度)의 부분적(部分的) 허용(許容)과 경영관리개선(經營管理改善) 등 어느 정도의 시장기능도입(市場機能導入)이 이루어지지 않는 한 서방(西方)과의 합작투자(合作投資)에는 명백한 한계가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 북한(北韓)의 산업(産業)은 대외경쟁(對外競爭)으로부터 보호되어 왔기 때문에 비교우위(比較優位)에 의한 국제적(國際的) 전문화(專門化)를 이룬 경험이 없고 외화부족(外貨不足), 기술낙후(技術落後), 사회간접자본(社會間接資本) 미비(未備) 등 제반 제약요인(制約要因)으로 북한(北韓)의 무역증대(貿易增大)는 크게 기대하기 어렵다.

The Purpose of this study was to discover type of hope among korean middle-aged adult and to identify the major threads that structure various patterns of hope experienced by them. It is necessary to understand that experiencing hope of middle-aged adult experiencing numerous problems and loss at the transition of life. Q-methodology involves five steps in its approach. Collected Q-statements are 112 from 200 adults through 4 open-ended questions. Among them, 34 statements were decided as a Q-sample, The Q-sorting was carried out in 21 middle-aged adults. Three types of subjective experiences of hope emerged as : (1) Passive Wish Type, (2) Positive Pragmatic Hope Type, (3) Active Internal Value-Oriented Hope Type.

MMORPG is being progressed through Quest and the level and the balance are realized. Also, Quest plays a strong role of motivation through compensation related with Avatar such as items and experience points rather than a role of story transfer. This situation finally made MMORPG become a difficult game that players should study the compensation of Quest for growth of a character, so it causes fixation of the user class. As a solving method of the fixation of the users, the possibility of Quest capable of strengthening play motive of various users through clarification of motivation structure of the Quest play and pluralistic understanding about players was investigated. The pluralistic understanding method of players will have values as a tool that can design and evaluate Quest satisfying preference of the various user class.

This study analyzes life experiences and prospects of poverty/welfare exit of the poor with work ability utilizing Mixed methodology. Based on Sequential Exploratory Design, it qualitatively analyzes 3 waves of qualitative panel data linked to Korea Welfare Panel Study(KWPS) and presents life changes of 14 poor in the context of their prospects of welfare/poverty exit. Then it proposes hypotheses on the role of education, household economy expectation, self-esteem in the prospects of poverty/welfare exit following the sequential exploratory design to quantitatively test qualitative findings utilizing KWPS(7th). The outcomes of the Structural Equation Model(SEM) suggest that household economy expectation plays mediating role between education and the prospects of welfare/poverty exit. This implies that anti-poverty policy needs to consider a psychological approach to enhance household economy expectations of the poor as well as other material support.

The genres of fantastic of Korean films created in the 90s are diverse. The fantastics of these works are not manifested only in 'Ghosts' movies. For example, If the film Mystery Of The Cube, which is based on the mystery of Lee Sang, has a story of structuralist fantasy, we can say that a movie like Tell Me Something has a psychologically conventional fantastic. This study examines the fantastic of contemporary Korean films through 'completion of allegory based on realism'. For this, we borrows the fantastic concept of Etienne Souriau. In some films, fantastics can be found directly in the developing nature. In this case, the human being who justifies their domination of nature by upgrading their position as the objectifying subject of nature becomes 'alienated' in return. The notion of this alienation in film narratives is often revealed through allegories, particularly in the manifestation of fantasy by Étienne Souriau in the early 'personal experience'. Kim kiduk's film is a representative example of allegorizing elements of society through individual experience. Focusing on Kim Giduk's Bad Guy, this essay analyzes the process in which fantastic films of Korea in the 90s build up aesthetic fantastic through imitation of society.

Lacan gives an explanation on our real actual world by the concepts the "Real", the "Imaginary" and the "Symbolic". Although this three registers are not far from each other, they never can be unified. Among animals, only human has interest in the "truth". The concept of truth is discussed and debated in several contexts, including philosophy and religion. Many human activities depend upon the concept, which is assumed rather than a subject of discussion, including science, law, and everyday life. Language and words are a means by which humans convey information to one another, and the method used to determine what is a "truth" is termed a criterion of truth. Accepting then that "language is the basic social institution in the sense that all others presuppose language", Lacan found in Ferdinand de Saussure's linguistic division of the verbal sign between signifier and signified a new key to the Freudian understanding that "his therapeutic method was 'a talking cure'". The purpose of this paper is to understand Lacan's psychology and psychoanalysis by using the mathematical concepts and mathematical models, especially geometrical and topological models. And re-explanation of the symbolic model and symbols can help students understand new ideas and concepts in the educational scene.

This study tried to understand the structural relationship of consumer characteristics on consumer emotions and satisfaction in online shopping. First, consumer characteristics derived various tendencies through previous studies. Next, consumer emotion was defined as positive and negative emotions in the six purchasing processes from information search to use, and satisfaction was defined as the overall satisfaction of the purchasing experience. To this end, this study measured consumer satisfaction and positive/negative emotions in the six consumption processes in their 20s and 40s with online clothing shopping experience within the last month. Finally, structural equation modeling(SEM) was conducted. As a result, the model fit was good, and impulse purchase tendency, conspicuous consumption tendency, innovation tendency, and trendy shopping tendency only affected negative emotions. On the other hand, it was confirmed that information search tendency, hedonic shopping tendency, and economic shopping tendency directly affect positive emotions and indirectly affect consumer satisfaction. Through this, implications for improving the consumer experience in online shopping were presented by identifying consumer characteristics and enhancing consumer emotions.

Wornen's lahor market participation as well as the policy concern for wider utilization of married women, have continuously grown up. However, research efforts on the determinants of women's labor market participation, in the context of the relationship hetween life courses and active entry into lahor market, has been far behind the growing interest in this field. This study has conducted an event histoiry analysis of women's labor market transition utilizing personal occupational history data collected by the Korea Institute for Women's Development in 1991. The analysis is divided into tow parts: First part introduces logit regression to analyze the determinants of women's labor market participation and exit. The second part employs Cox regression to see the variation of transition rate between employment and non-employment. The result shows that there is a wide variation in women's labor market participation according to age, cohort, and family formation. Special note is needed for the significantly negative effect of marriage and child birth on labor market participation. The transition pattern of lower class women with less education fits well to the prediction of neo-classical economics; but the tendency of highly educated women's regression to non-employment reveals the strong influence of the unfavorable labor market structure, which can be better explained by the neo-structuralist perspective. There is a strong trade-off between productive and reproductive labor of women, which can only be corrected by strong policy implementation, such as extended child care facilities, abolition of discriminatory employment practices, and expansion of flexible part-time employment.

This article purposes to investigate opening process of the 21st National Assembly in the middle of severe conflicts between two major-parties, and predict the changes it will bring to the operation of the National Assembly. With incumbent party's taking all leadership positions of standing committees, it broke the practice since 13th National Assembly, that is, distribution of the standing committees based on the seat-ratio. It means that our National Assembly has entered a new phase in the decision-making process. While the incumbent party, with overwhelming victory in general election, emphasizes that it should dominate legislative process to support the government, the out-party claims that they should take leverage to check over government. Two opposing trends are characteristically observed in the operation of the Korean National Assembly. First of all, due to the experience under authoritarian regimes, the National Assembly has been institutionalizing decision-making processes in the direction of enforcing cooperation between parties. On the other hand, the polarization in political parties has been stronger, making it difficult to reach consensus between parties. This article claims strongly that the 21st National Assembly need to find a balance amid such two-conflicting trends. To do so, three necessary conditions are proposed: observing decision-making procedures, securing diversity within party and National Assembly, and deliberative legislative activities.
