농업용수관리자동화사업의 시행은 수자원관리 중에서 용수절약 및 유지관리비 절감을 위해 도입된 용수관리 개선방안 중의 하나이다. 현재 대부분의 수리시설이 수원공 관리인과 수로감시원의 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 2004년 수리시설물의 관리비 집행내역을 살펴보면 시설유지비 54.2 %, 개보수비 34.2 %, 적립금 및 기타 비용이 11.6 %를 차지하고 있다. 이 중의 시설유지비는 인거비의 상승으로 1999년 41.4 %에서 2004년 54.2%로 증가되었으나 개보수비는 같은 기간에 41.5 %에서 34.2 %로 감소된 것으로 나타났다(농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보, 2005). 따라서 농업용수관리자동화는 시설관리비와 개보수비의 절감 그리고 적정한 용수관리에 의한 용수절감을 위해서 더욱 확대 보급할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용수관리자동화 사업이 추진되어 운영되고 있는 충주지구를 선정하여 총사업비, 인건비, 유지관리비(통신료, 전력사용료 등), 수선유지비, 기타비용 등의 비용과 인력절감효과, 용수절감효과, 재해경감효과, 공익적효과 등의 편익을 분석하였다. 농업용수관리자동화시설에 대한 비용-편익 분석을 한 결과, 경제적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 사업의 시행을 위해서는 시설에 대한 교육, 전문인력의 보충, 운영 및 유지관리비의 투자가 병행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

This study analyzed the effects of dramatic play using Economic-fairy tales on young children's basic- economic understanding and the consumer behavior. The participants in this study were 42 young children who attended a kindergarten in G city. The mean age of participants was 70 months. The experimental group participated in 'Dramatic play using Economic-fairy tales' while the control group participated in a 'Discussion activity using Economic-fairy tales'. The experiment used 'The Basic-Economic Concept Test' and 'The Consumer Behavior Test' in the collection of data and T-test was used to statistically analyze the data. Significant differences were found between the experimental group and comparison group in both the post-test score of Basic-Economic Understanding and of Consumer Behavior NOTE. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that the technique of dramatic play using Economic-fairy tales which was developed in this study are probably effective in developing young children's basic-economic understanding and consumer behavior.

본 원고에서는 가동율향상, 안전성확보 및 경제성 제고를 위해 현대제어 및 기타의 제어 기법을 이용하는 문제는 필연적일 수밖에 없으므로 원자력 발전소에 대한 현대제어 연구현황을 분석하여 향후 연구방향에 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of traditional fairy tales on the basic understanding of economics and numbers for 4 year old preschoolers. The subjects were 20 children at one education center located in Seoul: Among them, 10 were in the experimental group and 10 were in the control group, based on random selection. The program for economic education was conducted for eight weeks; two times each week for the experimental group, while a general curriculum was conducted with several traditional fairy tale books related to economic education were given to the control group. The preschoolers' basic understanding of economics and numbers was examined using the scales of Park(2008) and Choi(2003). Collected data was analyzed by t-test and ANCOVA using SPSS 17.0 program. The results were as follows: there were significant differences in the understanding of economics and numbers according to economic education based on traditional fairy tales respectively. In conclusion, it is necessary to conduct a scientific study in order to develop an economic education program. Also, various activities were discussed to use the economic program for preschoolers.

아마미오오시마는 아열대 고립지역으로 많은 고유종이 확인되었다. 이를 장래 경제성이 있는 이도(離島)육성의 일환으로 도로를 개설하게 될 경우 이곳 제 환경에 동화될 수 있는 조건이 전재하여야 한다. 따라서 개설구간 각 요소별로 시설계획을 수립하고 수혜주민들과의 충분한 이해 성립이 요구된다.

Viewed from the framework of world system, international migration is connected sometimes to unequal power relations by prejudice and discrimination in destination areas, or to equal power relations by intentional effort for harmonious multiculturalism. According to the existing ethnic relation theory, assimiationism, it is natural that ethnicity is fading away as the foreign immigrants of different ethnic background have long limed in a destination area, and thus the relative urban ethnic places are weakened and finally dissapeared. Through the various examples particularly on the United States, however, ethnicity would not be easily fading-away but be sustained for long time. Also, the characteristics of ethnicity or ethnic place are sometimes reivented or reconstructed as the various situation of multiculturalism is affected by postmodernism. Whether it is the thing made by ethnic segregation or by ethnic congregation, ethnicity and ethnic place are evidently a kind of affluent resources of culture and economy in the destination areas.

본 연구는 필리핀 국제결혼 이주여성들이 한국사회에 적응하는 과정에서 나타나는 초국가적 행태의 원인을 국가, 시장, 사회의 상호작용을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 자본주의적 시장경제체제 하에서 시장의 역할은 확대되고, 국가의 시장통제와 사회보호는 약화되며, 사회는 이러한 환경에 적응하기 위한 선택을 하게 된다. 지구화의 영향으로 교류와 접촉의 기회가 증가함에 따라 국제결혼의 가능성이 다양한 수준으로 확대된 것은 사실이다. 그러나 국제결혼이주를 선택하는 많은 수의 필리핀 여성들은 시장경제체제의 소외계층에 속하며, 이들을 맞이하는 한국 남성들도 많은 경우 국내 결혼시장에서 소외된 계층에 속한다. 이들의 초국가적 행태는 지구화 시대에 국경을 넘나들며 다양한 외국어 능력을 갖추고, 타국 문화에 익숙하며, 품위 있는 직장을 가진 '세계시민'의 그것과는 대조적이다. 오히려 시장경제체제 하에서 소외된 사람들의 생존전략의 하나로 볼 수 있다. 기존의 초국가주의 논의가 이주자 개인의 삶과 출신지의 변화에 초점을 두었다면, 본 연구의 국제결혼이주와 연관된 초국가적 행태는 생존전략으로서의 선택이라는 측면과 정착지 사회의 변화에 초점을 두었다.

Urban development-related growth in recent years has become a qualitative growth based on regional identity, rather than a hardware-based growth. For this purpose, strategic approaches to the value of cultural assets of the city are required for competitiveness of the city. In this paper, I seek a model for urban regeneration and regional development through empirical case studies of cultural assets and utilize the 'Seoul Fairy Tale Festival' in terms of strengthening regional competitiveness. By analyzing detailed elements of the 'Seoul Fairy Tale Festival' case, the hardware infrastructure, software and governance structures, diverse contentsware, ecosystem characteristics centered on the humanware, and circular structure was studied. As a feature of cultural assets, combined with the management of physical assets and operations of several programs, was the basis for creating a synergy effect of creating an identity for the region. In addition, it was confirmed the possibility of a regional-rehabilitation type of urban regeneration that is based on the expansion of existing facilities, and a regional-innovation type of urban regeneration that is based on a fusion of characteristics. This analysis is significant in terms of the possibility of large urban regeneration based on cultural assets associated with the festival, as well as physical assets and by combining various governance stakeholders for the festival, it can be concluded that it provided an indigenous virtuous cycle.

최근의 용접관련 산업계의 동향은 용접구조물이 점차 경량화 되어가는 추세다. 용접방법도 자동, 반자동화률이 커지면서, 재료수요의 Pattern도 변하고 재료의 수명 Cycle도 짧아지고 있다. 초기의 Maker는 자본의 영세성과 변화하는 경영환경에 신속하게 대처하지 못하여 부침이 심했다. 앞으로 급변하는 경영의 내외적인 환경에 적응하고 살아남기 위해서는 원가절감과 신제품개발 그리고 적정규모의 설비투자를 추진하여 경영의 본질을 개선해 나가야 할 것이다. 국내시장규모나 경제여건으로 보아 이미 구축한 해외시장도 지속적으로 확대해 나가야하며 국제시장에서 새로운 중진국과 NICS 등의 추격 및 도전에도 신속하게 대처해야 할 것이다. 첨단기술에 보조를 맞춘 용접재료 개발도 큰 부담이며 과제인 것이다.

과학기술에 대한 역사적 고찰과 생산자동화기술에 대한 발전과정에 대하여 논의하였다. 현재 일차적인 우리의 과제는 지금까지 개발된 기술을 완전히 이해하여 이를 효과적인 생산시스템을 구성하는데 필요한 지혜로운 지식으로 승화시키는데 있다. 기술에 요행이 없으며 과대포장도 있을 수 없다. 기술은 있는 그대로 사회경제에 영향을 미친다. 국내의 기술실태를 고려할 때 우리들은 기반요소기술부터 복합요소기술, 대규모 software시스템 기술 및 폐기물 재활용기술에 이르기까지 거의 모든 분야의 기술을 동시에 개발 통합시켜야할 입장에 있다. 15세기 세종대왕때 우리가 누렸던 과학기술문명의 세계적인 우월성을 21세기에 실현시킬 수 있는 그날이 오기를 고대한다.
