의료관광은 전 세계적으로 고부가가치 산업으로 각광 받고 있으며, 우리나라 지자체들도 의료관광 활성화를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 안동시 의료관광 활성화에 중요한 평가항목 요인들의 구성요소들의 우선순위를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과 상위계층에서는 인프라, 중위계층에서는 의료서비스에 대한 신뢰성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었다.

This paper proposes DPA(Dynamic Priority Assignment) MAC protocol to improve the traffic QoS on the HFC-CATV(Hybrid Fiber Coax CAble TeleVision) network. In results, DPA MAC protocol is the best performance compare with to IEEE 802.14a MAC in mean request delay, mean access delay. Also, the paper prove a reliability of proposed protocol through comparison between performance analysis and simulation result of DAP MAC protocol.

최근 중대재해처벌법 등 근로자의 안전 및 건강관리를 위한 인식이 확산되며, 기업들의 근로자 건강관리 솔루션으로 디지털헬스케어의 건강관리서비스 플랫폼이 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내 디지털헬스케어 시장에서 건강관리서비스 플랫폼은 사업화 단계에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인건강기록에 기반한 맞춤형 건강관리서비스 플랫폼의 성공요인의 우선순위를 도출하여 효과적인 운영을 위한 실질적 전략의 시사점을 제시하였다. AHP 방법론을 통한 플랫폼 공급자와 수요자 측면 전문가 집단 연구 결과 법/제도, 데이터 분석 및 플랫폼 설계, 시스템 보안성, 시스템 안정성순으로 나타났다, 본 연구의 우선순위 결과를 통해 건강관리서비스 플랫폼, 나아가 국내 디지털헬스케어의 활성화 및 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

WATM(Wireless ATM)에서의 매체접근제어(Medium Access Control)는 QoS를 보장하기 위해 다양한 방식들이 제안되어 왔다. 현재까지 제안되어 온 매체접근제어 방식들은 시분할 다중화 방식 (TDMA)과 예약경쟁방식을 주로 사용하고 있다. 이때 활용되는 기능에는 QoS를 보장하기 위해 통계적 다중화, 스케쥴링 또는 예약 방식 등이 있는데 경쟁 방식은 아직까지 slotted-ALOHA를 그대로 사용하고 있다. Slotted-ALOHA방식의 단점을 개선하기 위하여 통계적 방식으로 경쟁을 제어하거나 물리적 방식으로 경쟁을 분리시켜 그 효율을 향상 시켜왔으나 우선 순위가 같은 이동국들이 많을 경우에는 해결할 방법이 없었다. 이러한 문제점들은 기지국 중심의 경쟁방식이라는 점이 그 문제를 해결하는데 있어서의 걸림돌이다. 본 논문에서는 이미 슬롯을 할당받은 동료 이동국에게 예약요청을 피기백킹(piggybacking)함으로써 신속하게 슬롯을 할당을 받을 수 있는 분산 경쟁방식을 제안한다.

With the maturity and fierce competition of domestic logistics market, Korea government is actively working on the overseas investments in global logistics market after establishing the basic plan since 2006. In particular, India is selected one of promising countries for logistics investments since it has more 1.1 billion people and is regarded as post-China. In fact, a number of global logistics enterprises have started their businesses in the logistics market of India so that the competition already started. In this regard, it is highly necessary to find out feasible investment projects and then detemin the priority of the alternatives for successful investments. Therefore this study proposes a fuzzy-based AHP model by which the overseas investment problem was systematically structured and then evaluated. The model was established by exploiting a fuzzy theory and AHP for capturing the inexactness and vagueness of information. The results show that the investment of port operations is the number one priority in the India's logistics market and ODCY operations, road transportations, forwarding operations, inland depot operations in order. Finally the proposed model will help Korea's policy makers to have a better reliable investment strategy.

The goal of this paper is to set up the order list of performance measurement factors according to the its weights. For this purpose the AHP method were implied. The research of this paper is carried out in two steps. At first step, the performance measurement factors are crystallized through review of the korean and foreign researches. In second step, the weights and order list of critical success factors of Hospital Information System were complete. The AHP method were performed in second step. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their weights and priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance of HIS. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Hospital Information System in Korea.

시스템반도체는 스마트 및 융합이라는 동인에 적합한 미래유망 산업 및 서비스 창출에 핵심이 되는 부품으로써, 다양한 산업 경쟁력에 미치는 파급효과가 대단히 높은 분야이다. 또한 대외 수출 의존도가 높은 산업구조에서 메모리반도체 세계 1위라는 성공을 발판 삼아 4배나 큰 시스템반도체 시장을 확보해야 하는 것은 당면한 과제 중 높은 우선순위에 속한다고 하겠다. 본고에서는 국내외 시스템반도체 산업 및 시장 동향, 경쟁국의 지원정책 동향, 국내 팹리스 기업의 현황과 문제점, 시스템반도체를 설계 및 검증하는 기법의 진화, 그간의 정부 지원정책 성과분석 등을 통해 향후 시스템반도체 산업과 팹리스 기업들의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 저가 시장에 신규로 진입하는 브랜드들이 급격히 증가하면서 메가엠지씨커피, 빽다방, 컴포즈커피, 더벤티, 커피에반하다, 요거프레소 등 중견 커피 프랜차이즈 경쟁도 치열해 지고 있다. 최근 중견 커피 프랜차이즈 시장 변화가 입지요인에 미치는 영향을 AHP기법 적용하여 우선순위를 도출하였고, 이를 5년 전 결과와 비교하였다. 입지요인 중 과거의 연구에서 높은 중요도를 보였던 '경쟁업체의 수'는 본 연구에서 중요도가 낮아진 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적으로 중요도가 낮았던 '경쟁업체와의 경쟁력'은 상위를 차지하는 결과를 보였다. 본 연구를 통하여 중견 커피 프랜차이즈의 주요 입지요인을 도출하여, 과거의 입지요인과 비교하여 그 원인을 파악하고 향후 커피 프랜차이즈의 발전방안에 대해 고려하고자 한다.

In the recent years, a variety of projects have been conducted in order to enhance competitiveness of leading businesses and their followers in the market. Accordingly, the importance of project portfolio management has risen in the open market industry. Project portfolio management refers to crucial decision-making processes which aim to maximize benefits by selecting projects most suitable for a strategic objective among multiple projects with limited resources. In this study, the trend of project portfolio management studies is introduced. The study also presents a mathematical model of the problem, which aims at maximizing project values, possibility, and similarity between projects in the limited resources. We use the genetic algorithm to obtain the priority orders of projects. In order to verify this study, we compare the results of this study and the existing schedules of the E-open market in South Korea. This study ultimately reduces project risks, improves efficiency of development and continuity of tasks by properly ordering projects and assigning developers to the projects.

국제화(國際化)가 진전(進展)되면서 무역(貿易) 및 무역정책(貿易政策)이 갖는 경쟁정책적(競爭政策的) 의미(意味)는 경쟁정책당국(競爭政策當局)에게 중요한 관심사항으로 부각될 것이다. 본고(本稿)에서는 국제화(國際化)와 관련된 경쟁정책(競爭政策)의 주요문제(主要問題)를 소개하고 국제적(國際的) 차원(次元)의 통일된 경쟁규범(競爭規範)인 국제공정거래제도(國際公正去來制度)와 개별국가차원(個別國家次元)의 경쟁정책(競爭政策)이라는 두가지 측면(側面)으로 양분(兩分)하여 논의(論議)를 전개(展開)한다. 특히 국별차원(國別次元)의 분석(分析)에 있어서는 국제거래행위(國際去來行爲)의 주요유형(主要類型)이 갖는 경쟁정책적(競爭政策的) 의미(意味)를 분석(分析)하고 무역정책(貿易政策)과 경쟁정책(競爭政策)의 연계성(連繫性)에 대한 고찰(考察)을 중심으로 하여 국제화(國際化)에 대비한 경쟁정책방향(競爭政策方向)을 제시하고자 한다. 본고(本稿)에서의 논의(論議)를 중심으로 한국(韓國)의 정책현황(政策現況)을 살펴볼 때 자유주의적(自由主義的) 무역정책(貿易政策)의 채택과 함께 경쟁정책(競爭政策)의 명시적(明示的)인 적용범위(適用範圍)가 국제거래(國際去來)를 포함하도록 재조정(再調整)하고 무역정책(貿易政策)과 경쟁정책간(競爭政策間)의 상형관계(相衡關係)를 해소(解消)하며 양자간(兩者間) 우선순위(優先順位)를 재조정(再調整)하는 등의 과제(課題)가 부각된다.
