The domestic enterprises in order to secure the freshness location of market from the international competition which is keen are propelling a price and a quality high position strategy steadily. It is put in competitive situation with the overseas enterprises and even from construction industry it follows in construction market opening and there is not another idea to the research the management strategies, directions and focus competitive elements of the enterprise against, what it sees consequently and to rise to the priority where the competitive power reinforcement of the enterprise is important, it becomes. Competitive power of like this enterprise for a reinforcement the technique which induces a big interest 6 Sigma is technique from the many companies. 6 sigma preceding researches of manufacturing and service industry the fact that it is accomplished with the object which will carry most. The research which relates with construction industry is staying to an introduction of 6 sigma the investigation phase, the actual introduction introduces and "S" construction there is not only a possibility against the application result of having a limit because it is applying. It is like that but like referring to a minute description for the international competitive power security which it follows in the change which market environment is sudden 6 sigma the introduction will judge, indispensability development of the logical propriety against hereupon and it will reach and it verifies the question investigation for to lead, 6 sigma of the construction companies it confirms the application possibility and presents the propulsion model as 6 sigma the fact that overcoming the limit characteristic of that introduction application as objective of sample research means it will do.

Due to the changes in the distribution market, issues related to storage and distribution of agricultural, aquatic and livestock products, and storage and transportation of processed and fresh food are rapidly emerging, and as a result, Cold Chain is naturally receiving attention as one of the logistics services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the competitiveness of location in the construction of a cold chain cluster centered on the metropolitan area, which has attracted attention in relation to the distribution of cold chains, such as recently refrigerated frozen foods. To this end, this study evaluated the competitiveness of cold chain cluster candidates in the metropolitan area by utilizing the CFPR (Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) method that can efficiently extract and quantify expert knowledge. As a result, the location competitiveness was found to be superior to Incheon New Port's hinterland, Gyeonggi South Area (Yongin), Gyeonggi West Area (Gimpo Logistics Complex), and Pyeongtaek Oseong Logistics Complex. In particular, this study extracted the knowledge of refrigerated and refrigerated logistics warehouse operation experts, and conducted detailed competitiveness assessments for cold chain cluster candidates in the metropolitan area, and suggested the optimal cluster candidates. In the future research, it is necessary to classify the questionnaire into the owner, large business group, and public business group, etc., who have the right to purchase and build to secure ownership of the fresh food distribution center.

Since the late 1990s Vinacafe has gone through strategic changes in corporate governance and managements due to an increase in the introduction of coffee MNCs, a growth of global demands in sustainable coffee, aging coffee tree, and the deterioration of coffee production with climate changes in Vietnam. Vinacafe has attempted to cope with these kinds of changes through strategies for equitization. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to identify strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of the Vietnamese coffee industry by investigating changes in corporate governance and processes of coffee production and distribution. The equitization of Vinacafe has led to the enhancement of coffee competitiveness in two perspectives. Firstly, as it has decentralized decision-making from headquarter, subsidiaries have become able to strength their competitiveness themselves by introducing new technologies, improving coffee quality, and encouraging the introduction of eco-friendly production methods through cooperative relationships with stakeholders involved in coffee production and distributions in Vietnam. Secondly, it has also enhanced competitiveness through the diversification and effectiveness of coffee managements by intensifying the flexibility of contract with coffee farmers and diversifying coffee sales and supply chains in Vietnam.

현대는 정보의 홍수라고 할 만큼 많은 정보들이 존재하는 정보화 사회로서 정보 경쟁력이 중요시되는 시대이다. 이에 발맞춰 이러한 정보를 운영하는 정보시스템의 안전성이 많은 조직에서 이슈가 되고, 자신의 조직의 정보 자산을 보호하기 위한 방법을 모색한다. 이러한 방법 중 가장 광범위하게 적용되는 방법이 조직의 자산에 대한 위험분석이다. 위험 분석은 조직에 내재되어 있는 위협, 취약성을 식별하고, 식별된 위협 및 취약성에 대하여 보호대책을 강구함으로써 안전한 정보시스템 운영을 가능케 한다. 그러나 아직까지 외국의 위험분석 방법론에도 데이터 자산의 위험분석 방법을 구체적으로 기술이 되어 있지 않기 때문에, 실제로 데이터 자산의 위험 분석은 굉장히 힘들다. 그러므로 본 논문은 업무 중심의 위험분석 방법론과 이 방법론의 프로세스를 따라 데이터 자산의 위험분석 수행방법을 제안한다.

본 논문은 자료포괄분석(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)을 이용하여 국내 SI회사를 대상으로 효율성을 측정하고 효율성의 연도별 추세를 분석하여 개별기업 및 산업차원에서 변화의 방향을 파악하였다. 기업집단의 소속여부에 따른 비효율성의 차이와 효율성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 평균적으로 국내 SI회사의 기술적 효율성은 약간 하락하고 있으며, TE 및 PTE의 표준편차와 최대값-최소값의 범위는 상당히 증가하고 있어 양극화가 심화되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 기업집단 소속인 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업의 효율성을 분석한 결과 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의함을 검증하였다. 한편, 효율성에 영향을 미치는 각종 요인과 TE 및 PTE 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 내부매출비중, 정보생산성, 인당매출, EBITDA율, 부가가치율, 투하자본 수익률(ROIC) 등과 TE 및 PTE 간에 모두 강한 상관계수를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 효율성의 분석을 통해 SI산업의 지속 가능한 경쟁력을 확보하고 개별 기업의 효율성을 향상하기 위한 전략적 벤치마킹과 정책적 의사결정에 기여할 수 있다.

Recently, a lot of effort has been made to reinforce the profitability of the company through successful overseas expansion as one of the major ways to secure the competitiveness and to increase the business value these days. So, this study aims to try to analyse of the status of the overseas expansion case for the recent power industry through the case of the Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. as a measure of the management efficiency strategy of the public sector organization, and to present the policy implications about the management efficiency in the future by drawing upon the management efficiency strategy. This paper suggests alternatives as follows: First, the competitiveness should be reinforced through continuous change and innovation and the management efficiency should be developed. Second, the governance system for public-private sector should be constructed. Third, the efficient management of the global human resources is needed. Fourth, the mutual confidence-building through the active contribution to the community activities is required.

In order to have market competitiveness in the area of massage chair in domestic, it is necessary to establish a tactical promotion plan in terms of developing new technology and rethinking competitiveness. So, this research addresses four things, The first is to report an analysis that is for external environment changes and competitors the current situation through surveying the market trends of massage chair. The second is current technology of massage chair through surveying current technical trends of massage chair. In the basis of the surveying, the third is to establish alternative future technology for the chair. Finally, the last is to establish a counter-plan by analysing internal status and competitive power of each enterprise. On the basis of four things above, the future promote strategy and subject are proposed in this paper by producing the four strategic subjects.

The purpose of this study is to develop Korean-style tractors of international comp etitive advantage which satisfy consumers' needs based on the research of large size ones. The overall process of this study is to generate appropriate design process and to apply quantitative analysis method to each steps of it and finally to suggest objective product design development system. For this, we firstly selected important trac -tor design concepts from the analysis of current market and consumer perception, next did conjoint analysis with the extract -ed design attributes and attribute levels. Finally, we decided preferred designs of ea -ch segments based on conjoint analysis. Here we selected only one most preferred tractor design of all due to narrow domest -ic market situation. This study may contribute to the customer oriented design development with the appli cation to many other fields of design. Also, it may contribute to all design related not only academic fields but to practitional fields.

The hypothesis suggested by Porter and van der Linde claims that innovating firms operate in a dynamic competitive situation which allows global diffusion of environmental-friendly technologies. Therefore, countries that are subjects to more stringent environmental regulations may become net exporters of environmental technologies. In the context of Porter hypothesis, this study investigates the impact of importing countries' environmental regulation on Korea and Japan's export flows of technologies for renewable energies and energy efficiency by estimating the gravity equation. The estimation result shows that : (1) our results are consistent with the Porter hypothesis where environmental regulation represents a significant source of comparative advantages, (2) Korea's export flows of technologies for renewable energies and energy efficiency with respect to the importing countries' environmental regulation are more sensitive than Japan's, and (3) the adverse relationship between export flows and importers' environmental stringency in developing countries does not hold in the renewable energies and energy efficiency related sector.

The major trade area of the South Korea is divided into Asia, America and Europe. Generally, marine transportation is the main method of mass cargo transportation, but unlike others, rail transportation is available in the Europe area. Also, as a result of China's growth, South Korea's position as northeast Asia logistics hub has weakened. That is the reason why we need to pay attention to rail transportation, an alternative competitive structure. In accordance with this background, this study focuses on analyzing economic feasibility comparing transportation routes to Europe using Trans-Korea Railway and Trans-Siberia Railway. Factors of analysis are transportation distance, period, cost and additional cost As the result, considering economic feasibility, TKR-TSR route(Route1) is the best transportation approach for six routes. Therefore, using TKR-TSR railway will be the best way to increase nation's competitiveness, in response to Russia government's far-east development strategy.
