산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국생산기술연구원이 주관하는 "제8회 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상"시상식이 이번 달 10일 일산 킨텍스 그랜드볼룸에서 열린다. 미래지식산업인 패키징산업 종사자의 긍지와 자부심 함양의 계기를 실천하고, 패키징산업 종사자의 사기진작과 패키징산업 활성화를 도모하기 위해 매년 진행되고 있는 미래패키징신기술 정부포상은 패키징산업 기술인의 기술개발 의욕을 고취하고 패키징산업 기술성과 및 산업발전 기여도에 대한 정부포상를 실현하며 패키징산업 종사자간 정보교류 극대화 및 공동체 의식 함양으로 일체감을 조성시켜왔다는 평가를 받고 있다. 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상은 기업부문 및 학생부문, 그리고 공로부문으로 나누어 수상자를 선정, 진행되고 있다. 기업부문은 패키징 완제품, 친환경패키징, 패키징관련기계(설비) 및 관련부품, 패키징인쇄(라벨링), 패키징원부자재 생산 및 가공공정, 패키징디자인 등의 분야에서 신기술 개발 또는 개선으로 수출신장, 매출 수익 증대 및 발명특허 획득을 통해 패키징 기술력 발전에 기여한 기업의 패키징제품 또는 패키징디자인을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 학생부문은 패키징 디자인 관련분야 전공자로 패키징과 연관된 컨셉으로 상품성, 창의성, 표현성, 친환경성, 지속가능성 등이 어우러진 독창적인 패키징제품 또는 패키징디자인을 대상으로 진행하고 있다. 또한 공로부문은 패키징 산업 관련 산업계, 학계, 연구계, 유관기관에 종사하는 자로서 패키징 관련 핵심 기술개발, 경영, 마케팅 면에서 패키징 산업 발전에 기여한 공적이 뚜렷한 자, 패키징산업발전 정책연구 및 패키징산업 육성에 기여한 기업 또는 개인을 대상으로 하고 있다. 제8회 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상 심사 결과 (주)연우의 'One Material Pump-Bellows'를 비롯 총 4개사가 산업통상자원부 장관상 수상자로 선정됐으며, 공로부문에서는 (사)한국포장협회의 한용교 명예회장((재)한용교장학재단 이사장)과 김형빈 한국공업포장협회 부설 수송포장기술연구소 소장이 수상자로 선정됐다. 본 고에서는 수상작 및 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on leisure participation and leisure exploration of community-dwelling stroke patients through a multi-dimensional leisure participation evaluation tool. The subjects in this study were 35 people living with stroke in the community. As a result of study, the most involved leisure activities were in order of watching TV, communicating, and exercise alone. Most of the satisfaction level of leisure participation was 7-10 points, but exercise alone was 5.2 points due to the purpose of health management. Leisure exploration was the most frequent exercise alone and sports, and interest was 8-10 points. The most important obstacles for leisure participation were physical problems depending on the nature of the stroke disease. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to activate a stroke patient's discharge plan and activate a community stroke patient's leisure intervention program so that they can participate in leisure activities of their choice through voluntary leisure exploration.

This study focused on the Korean-wave content consumed in the global market and analyzed success/failure factors of services through business model analysis. It aims to offer an effective new media content platform model. ViKi, Drama Fever, Maaduu.com which are representative global OTT were researched on management strategy by case analysis. The success of the global OTT platform is organized into three factors, target customer coverage, revenue model and community activation. Clear and wide coverage of target customer is important to determine the value of the service. Also, revenue model based on the pay service and community for Korean-wave fandom are essential to make good performance in new media platform business.

This paper examined the settlement and evolution of the Namdo Food Festival holding in Nakan folk village since 1994. The Namdo Food Festival is a representative event tourism in Chonnam which beautifully displays Nakan eup-sung's folk landscape and Namdo's traditional food, a prime tourist resource. Since 1994, the Namdo Food Festival has steadily evoloved in the scale aspects of the program budget, and the number of visitors participating in festiva. In addition, the period of the food festival was fixed for a week, early in October. The majority of visitors to the festival was from Kwangju. Moreover, visitors from other provinces have steadily increased, in particular visitors from Yeongnam province such as Pusas and Kyeongnam provinces have increased since 1996. In order to settle down and develop the Namdo Food Festival, the followings should be done change of the ownership from public to private sector, training of professional entertainers, development of programs which can reinforce historical aspects and placeness of Nakan folk village, adoption of management technoques for the local economic activities, and extension of linkage with tourists places around Nakan folk village, reflection of tourists interests and needs through a continuoua tourist's behaviour analysis.

Despite the recent economic difficulties, the on-line market is overtaking the off-line market. Since US Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos mentioned that a delivery service using drones is possible, it has been creating new perspectives and values that have never been seen before. Drones are being used in various fields. Among them, the delivery service using drones will be the future growth engine of Korea in cooperation with the 4th industrial revolution. However, as drones are put into practical use, problems such as human life and property damage and personal information protection due to public collisions or falls are expected. The practical use of future drones is inevitable, not optional. As a method for commercialization of drones, first, securing safety through drone use and securing a national certification system, which is the minimum standard system for drone safety, and second, securing various infrastructures by activating drone use, and third, aviation regulations and personal information protection, etc. It needs to be supplemented in terms of laws and regulations.

본(本) 논문(論文)은 졸고(拙稿)(1989)에 이어 정부규제(政府規制)의 폐해가 특히 심각한 방송광고산업(放送廣告産業)에 초점을 두고 한국방송광고공사(韓國放送廣告公社)(KOBACO)라는 규제기구(規制機構)가 중심이 된 각종 규제(規制)의 쟁점(爭點)을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 규제(規制)가 폐지 혹은 완화되어 방송광고(放送廣告)의 시장기능(市場機能)이 활성화(活性化)되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. 조속(早速)한 시일내(時日內)에 규제개선(規制改善)이 필요한 정책과제(政策課題)는 방송광고시간규제(放送廣告時間規制)의 단계적 완화, 토막광고규제(廣告規制)의 단순화, 중간광고(中間廣告)의 허용, CATV 등 신규방송매체(新規放送媒體)의 확충, 규제요금(規制料金)의 단계적 인상, 매체별(媒體別) 시급구분(時級區分)의 자율성 확대를 통한 요금체계(料金體系)의 합리화, "rotation time"제(制) 도입, KOBACO의 수탁수수료(受託手數料) 폐지, 민간대행수수료(民間代行手數料)의 인상, 계열(系列) 비계열(非系列)의 수수료차별화(手數料差別化) 폐지, 복수대행(複數代行)자유화, 한국언론회관(韓國言論會館)의 정부광고독점대행권(政府廣告獨占代行權) 폐지, 방송광고사전심의제(放送廣告事前審議制) 폐지, 매체(媒體)의 대행사(代行社) 소유(所有) 지배(支配) 경영(經營) 차단 등이다. 한편 시청률조사(視聽率調査), ABC 등의 조기정착과 광고산업에 대한 공정거래법(公正去來法)의 적용 등은 시장기능(市場機能)의 전제(前提)가 되는 정책과제로서 제시되었다. 또한 KOBACO 독점대행권(獨占代行權)의 완전폐지, 방송광고요금(放送廣告料金)의 완전자율화, 시간규제(時間規制)의 추가적 완화 등은 이러한 규제개선을 완결시키는 과제로서 제시되었다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은 이러한 정책과제가 효율적으로 추진되려면 경제행정규제완화위원회(經濟行政規制緩和委員會)와 공정거래위원회(公正去來委員會)가 중심기구가 되어야 함을 강조하였다. 규제기능이 사라진 KOBACO의 위상변화는 본(本) 논문(論文)이 고려하지 않았던 지출기능(支出機能)의 평가에 따라 결정될 것이지만, 규제폐지에 관한 한 그 존재의의는 사라진다.

The outsourcing has become a general part of the convergence in modern game development process for generating a higher profit margin. This study examines and defines the work competences required for the game graphic designers in a collaboration performance of outsourcing. In this study, we introduce the basic concept and advantages of the outsourcing and extend prior work on identifying three work competencies of graphic designers. We conducted in-depth case studies of outsourcing system used by North America's major game developer. The findings from this study offer insights into the essential core competencies expected for graphic designers, providing effective guideline from the practical perspective.

In our knowledge-based society, a corporation's main growth engine consists of its unique core competences and how these are organized rather than materialized competitive advantage. Intangible factors such as creative organizational culture, learning capability, brands, marketing ability and technology are notable examples of such core competencies. To ensure constant development of a corporation, it is important to understand the environment in which these factors operate. Drawing on literature research, this paper looks at organizational culture and change, and employees' attitudes and resistance factors to such change. To strengthen the explanation of this study the Korea Asset Management Corporation was used as a case study. From the point of view of information science, knowledge has been viewed as that which is found in books and databases. Such "knowledge" is storable, passive and unchangeable. However, more recently it is seen by many researchers that this approach is limited in that it ignores the knowledge that "sits" in human "bodyminds" and organizations. Such knowledge forms the backbone of organizational culture and should be considered in any meaningful study of information.

These days the theme of " ERP" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on M.I.S. and other IT related area, this paper reviewed the ERP Implementation success factors and found that there would be significant differences between large an small business ERP success factors. For the more practical and successful ERP Implementation, this paper proposed a new university-industry cooperation model of ERP implementation for small and medium Enterprises. Other this study related implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship among R&D spending and variables of technology trade, and to explore promoting R&D activities and revitalizing technology trade. To analyze the causal relationship, we built a multivariate model that consists of government R&D spending, private R&D spending, technical importation and export of techniques, and employed the Granger-causality test based on an error correction model. The results show that there are five Granger-causality relationship among them in the short run, as well as there are eleven Granger-causality relationship among a total of twelve causal relationship, excluding only a unidirectional causality relationship from the government R&D spending to the export of techniques, in the long run. Besides, we attempted the impulse-response analysis on them to observe the reaction of any dynamic system in response to some external change. The significance of this paper is to make sure the causal relationship between R&D investments and the technology trade by analyzing empirically, and to suggest several implications for promoting the R&D activities and revitalizing the technology trade.
