The purpose of this study tried to find ways to improve service quality for customers and effective program of organizational support to increase the hotel employees' job satisfaction to empirically analyze causatively impacted relationship between the perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and service quality in the hotel industry staff recognize. Data were collected from 217 and surveyed from 1 to 30 in November 2011 in hotel. To summarize the results of the study, first, satisfaction of individual job environment, satisfaction of work environment support concerned in support for personal values both was not affected significantly. Second, support for work environment was also affecting more than support for personal worth to improve the quality of customer service and in support for the organization Third, satisfaction of the individual's work environment affected adaptability, conviction, and corporality in job satisfaction variables while support satisfaction for working conditions effected conviction and adaptability without corporality. In order to enhance adaptability to customers who employees serve, it should be created work environment to make employees feel satisfaction in individual's work environment. Therefore, hotel managers have to entertain feelings of loyalty for their hotel and make employees satisfaction with their job and their duty by enhancing support for work environment of hotel employees in order to increase business performance by improving service quality for customers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of internal marketing factors on organizational commitment and emotional labor in the elderly Care Worker. The data are collected through structured questionnaires. The Subjects of the final analysis is 191 persons working in the elderly care facilities in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk provinces. Hypothesis testing of the research model is performed using AMOS 18.0. The main results of this study are as follows. Internal marketing factors influenced only internal communication and management support for job satisfaction, internal support for managerial support for emotional labor, internal communication and management support for organizational commitment. The results of this study suggest that in order to enhance the organizational commitment of long-term care workers, it is important not to strengthen internal marketing capacity but to increase job performance first, and secondly, to improve job performance, It is necessary to establish a more diversified research on the variables of service quality of job satisfaction and emotional labor.

모바일 정보통신 사용자들에게 있어서 모바일 상거래는 기존에 존재하던 정보에 대한 통신 및 네트워크 접속 등 이용상의 제약을 뛰어넘어 정보이용의 활성화에 있어 주요한 전환점을 가져오고 있다. 모바일과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 금융정보화 투자가 촉진되어 금융중개기관의 경영전략 사무합리화 업무효율화 및 고객과의 관계 등과 같은 부분에서 여러 가지 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 금융산업계에서는 고객들의 금융 서비스 욕구가 다양해지고, 고객 중심의 금융시장으로의 전이로 인해 고객을 최우선으로 하고 고객과의 관계를 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하다. 그 노력의 일환으로 IT기술을 활용한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 금융산업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 모바일 환경을 고려한 CRM 성공요소들이 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주목적은 모바일 기술의 대표적 특성인 이동성과 편재성이 CRM 성공요소(최고경영자지원, 고객지향 조직문화, 부서간 상호작용, 고객정보 통합성)와 CRM 성과 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 연구는 국내 대학 기관레포지터리의 사례를 심층적으로 분석함으로써 경영자의 개입으로 통제 가능한 요인이 실제 기관레포지터리의 성공에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 문헌연구를 통해 기관레포지터리의 성공요인을 도출하였으며, 국내 대학 기관레포지터리의 대표적인 사례를 분석하고, 실무자와 심층면담을 수행하였다. 그 결과 기관계획의 일환으로 재정지원을 확보하는 것은 기관레포지터리의 지속가능한 관리 체계 확립을 가능하게 하며, 특히 연구자의 업적평가, 연구성과 관리와 연계하여 기관레포지터리가 운영될 경우 연구자의 연구성과물을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기관 내 연구자의 참여를 독려할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 따라서 기관레포지터리가 도서관만의 사업이 아닌, 기관 사업의 일환으로 운영되는 것은 기관레포지터리의 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이를 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 최고 경영층의 이해와 관심을 이끌어내기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

보안 취약성이 끊임없이 보고되고 있다. 이는 보안솔루션의 초기 효과수준을 유지하기 위해서는, 새로운 취약성이 보고되면 즉시 대처하는 지속적 관리활동이 필요함을 뜻한다. 한편 기업성과 개선을 위한 IT투자성과관리가 강조되는 가운데, 정보보호 솔루션 도입 시 재무적 타당성 증명이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 형태의 ROSI(Security ROI)가 제시되었으나, 지속적 보호활동에 따른 관리비용이 중요하게 다루어져야 함에도 불구하고 비용에 대한 고려가 적고 효과산정에만 치우쳐, 경영자의 의사 결정을 지원하는 실제적인 재무 성과지표로 활용될 수 없었다. 이에 본 논문은 조직수준의 비용효과 최적화를 추구하는 정보보호 관리체계에 기반을 두어 효과를 산정하고, 비용 산정은 지속적 관리활동이라는 특징을 반영하여 TCO에 기반을 둔 개선된 ROSI를 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 ROSI를 활용한 보안솔루션 평가사례를 제시한다. 증명이 어려운 정보보호 분야 투자타당성 증명은 물론 보안솔루션 선택 시 실제적인 의사결정 판단근거로서 활용될 수 있다.

This study analyzed the effect of internal audit on the performance of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system to understand the internal audit of companies and propose measures to activate the company's internal audit process. It was identified with the empirical analysis that 'The internal auditor competence, internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, infrastructure, culture/environment, and CEO support' to characterize IATF 16949 internal audit of automotive quality management system affects the internal performance and business performance of the company. In addition, I checked the size of the company and the period of certification period as moderating variables according to the sales based on the presented as factors that can improve the performance of the company, and how the moderating effects are seen in the relationship with the performance of the organization. I did analysis of technical statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, and multi-regression analysis with SPSS program. I summarized the results of the study, as a result of that, it was found that the internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, culture/ environment, and CEO support of independent variables affected the parameter and dependent variables (the internal performance and management performance of companies).

The purpose of this study is to examine the implications of the business start-up mentoring that overcomes limitations of government support projects' mentoring. The start-up mentoring of 'Creative Maestar Job Creation Project' supported to match mentors and mentees regardless of location, provide a SNS mentoring that allows 24-hour open consulting, and visit a products production site accompanying mentors and mentees. These institutional devices encouraged the preparers of design start-ups to develop effective communication skills and managerial mindset, not material support. In addition, mentors and mentees have become facilitators of learning that grow their mutual capabilities by constantly exchanging new ways of thinking, behaviors, and values. As a result, this study implies the importance of mentoring a talented person focusing on cultivating the qualities of a one-man design entrepreneur and a mentor's relationship with a mentor based on human trust.
