Purpose: We divide management characteristics into business strategy, operation management, information management, marketing, asset management. Also this will show effect on business performance according to management characteristics. Methods: For two months, from August to October, a manager (include an executive) participated in individual questionnaires. And the SPSS v14.0 was applied to analyze data of this study. Results: This study has shown that the management characteristics have an effect on the finance and satisfaction performance. In particular, the 'business strategy' and 'marketing' of management characteristics were important factors that affects finance performance and the 'business strategy', 'marketing' and 'operation management' were important factors that affects satisfaction performance. Conclusions: Consequently through this result, we should make an efforts to 'business strategy' and 'marketing' of management characteristics.

본 연구는 한국 영양사를 위한 급식경영관리교육의 필요성을 파악하고, 4년제 식품영양학과에 적용 할 수 있는 능력중심교육 원칙(competency-based education)을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 각 분야의 급식경영전문가 설문조사$\longrightarrow$영양사 설문조사$\longrightarrow$4년제 대학 식품영양학과 교과과정 검토$\longrightarrow$급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 급식경영전문가 설문조사를 통하여 한국영양사에게 필요한 47개 급식경영관리 수행능력을 결정하였으며, 이를 토대로 영양사 설문조사 (응답자수: 484, 회수율: 65%)에서는 위 수행능력의 중요도와 교육정도에 대한 영양사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 급식경영관리 수행능력이 현재와 미래의 영양사 업무수행에 있어 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 교육은 불충분하다고 대답하였다. 교육 불충분의 이유로는 급식경영관리 분야의 과목 부족, 실무위주 교육의 부족 등을 지적하였다. 교과과정 검토 결과 61개 과목 중 8과목(13%)만이 급식경영관리와 관련된 과목으로 나타났다. 두 가지 설문조사 결과와 교과과정 검토 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구에서는 능력중심교육 원칙을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 모형은 급식경영관리 전문 교육가에 의해 실행 전 평가 및 검토를 거쳤으며, 내용구성, 적용성, 형식 분야의 평가 결과 모든 분야에서 5.0 만점의 평균 4.6점을 획득하여 한국 영양사의 효과적인 급식경영관리 교육과정 개발에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 소상공인 외식업 창업가 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 경영성과 요인은 창업가 특성, 경영관리, 입지특성 요인으로 분류하여 소상공인 외식업 경영인들을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 외식업의 창업가 특성의 성취욕구와 자아의식 욕구는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 외식업 경영자의 성취욕구, 자아의식 욕구가 높으면 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 외식업의 경영관리 특성에서 고객관리와 음식관리는 경영성과에 유의하였다. 적극적인 경영관리를 위한 노력과 음식품질 관리는 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Although Korea's records management has achieved administrative development not only in private companies but also in public institutions, administrators and employees still lack awareness in records management. Nevertheless, knowledge management has been studied for a long time as a pillar of administration. Thus, this study compared and analyzed the records management process suggested in ISO 15489-1:2016 and the knowledge management process. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the records management components suggested by ISO 30301 and those of knowledge management suggested by ISO 30401, it was confirmed whether records management could be an axis of management similar to knowledge management. Moreover, an integrated model of records management and knowledge management was presented based on the comparative analysis of processes and management elements, and its implementation was presented from administrative and information governance perspectives.

RFID is a very important interface technology in a ubiquitous computing that is called new computing paradigms. that is, we can handle the data updating, recognizing and processing easily using a integrated the network and RFID technology in a ubiquitous computing. Therefore, we propose a business adminstration system that can able to change the passive management structure to active management structure in a u-business administration using RFID technology of ubiquitous computing. Proposed system has management server function that handle recording and management of information by business administration to improve structure of legacy passive management system actively, so that supply effect of reduce manpower and cost for the manager, and offer easy interface to user at the same time.

Goldratt의 제약이론에서 버퍼 관리는 지속적인 경영개선(POOGI: Process of Ongoing Improvement) 도구인 집중개선의 5단계 (Focusing 5 steps)와 함께 기업 경영에서 일상적으로 피할 수 없는 다양한 경영 의사결정에 중대한 역할을 담당한다. 특히 TOC DBR에서 시작된 버퍼 관리는 제조업 현장 관리를 중심으로 공급망 관리에 이르기까지, 또 Critical Chain의 프로젝트 관리에 이르기까지 그 적용이 확대되고 있다. 역동적인 시장 환경에서 기업의 내부 역시 전에 없이 민첩한 대응 행동이 요구되는 바, 최소한의 투자로 최대의 throughput을 창출하면서 변동으로부터 즉시 만회하는 시스템을 가능하게 하는 버퍼와 버퍼 관리를 통해 기업이 얻을 수 있는 폭 넓은 이점을 조망해 본다.

In the digital information environment records have an even closer relationship with business processes and become a core element of organizations' managerial activities. In practice, management is represented as congregation of business outcomes. The importance of records management is increasingly emphasized in terms of organizations' compliance, knowledge-management and risk management. However, there is currently no academic discussion on a between records management and managerial activities. In this context, the study has the notion that this should be defined and acknowledged for public institutions' effective records management. Based on the Malcolm Baldrige Model and ISO 15489, the study discusses a close between records management and management quality. The records management elements of the Malcolm Baldrige model and the managerial quality elements of ISO 15489 were analyzed. Based on the analysis, both common and neglected elements were explored in terms of records management.
