The watchman routes which an watchman patrols the interior of given polygon moving along the route are classified to minimum length or minimum links. The watchman route with minimum links has minimum changes of direction and a weakly visible polygon consists of two chains which have mutually weakly visibility. In this paper, we present an Ο($n^2$) time algorithm for finding the watchman route with minimum links in the weakly visible polygons, where n is the number of vertices of a given polygon.

Expenses in the form of personnel expenses in the past, in modern times, machine guards to gradually transition has been. This is because the machine guard is more efficient than personnel expenses. But due to false alarms, despite the high expectations of the effects of electronic security in the operation of the electronic security system due to factors that hinder the development of machine guards growth slows. Defect removal aspects of this paper, using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) techniques to study the operation of electronic security systems and its importance in the development of machine guards, look at how high the technical aspects of electronic security systems composite type of malfunction to minimize crime sensor are presented.

Conventional truss optimization approaches, while often sophisticated and computationally intensive, have been applied to simple, minimum weight-cost models. These approaches do not perform well when applied to real-world trusses, which have costmodels that are complex and which often involve multiple objectives. Thus, this paper describes the optimization strategies that a clustering technique, which identifies members that are likely to have the same product type, uses for the optimal design of truss structures with real- world cost functions that consider the costs on the weight of the truss, the number of products in the design, the number of joints in the structures, and the costs required in the site.At first, the clustering technique is applied to identify the members and to generate a proper initial solution. A simple taboo search technique is then used, which attempts to generate the optimal solution by starting with the solution from the previous technique. For example, the proposed approach is a plied to a typical problem and to a problem similar to relative performances. The results show that this algorithm generates not only better-quality solutions but also more efficient ones

In times past, the awareness of security held good on the physical aspect, but it has been expanded to the aspect of information security and management security owing to the development of information and communication technology, therefore an effort is being made to meet multidimensional security needs. These realities are currently changing the viewpoint of consumers from manned guarding to machine-aided guarding. The change to the machine-aided guarding caused the profitability problem of manned guarding companies, and brought about a reverse side effect that prompt and correct countermeasure was inferior to that of manned-guarding. Therefore, this study proposes a 'smart time & attendance management system' that can be applied to various types of work and can minimize position information.

As of entering the 21st century, a trend in the field of a private security industry among the advanced countries have been increased a qualification system and train session to meet the needs of professionalism. Intensifying the professionalism in Korea, education and train system has been initiated to change but the oligopoly market already formulated due to impractical selection standard and management of education system. Issuing certification and offering basic training through a designated institution for the purpose of improving quality of the private security industry worker, its practical effectiveness were lower than expectation. Rather certification-holder or security agency, institution or truster's rent-seeking behavior have been increased by occupational licensing system. The founded results, which were associated to problems in selecting and educating to the private security guard, in this study were that any verification has been initiated towards dual-system in official approval and structural problems in education system, and non-existence of verification for professionalism and management capability to security agency owner and its upper managerial level. Current a dual system in an officially authorized verification system and completion of security guard credential requested change to an unified official qualification verification system to solve those problems. Ranges of an applicant to the unified official qualification verification system should be extend to the whole population in the private security industry. Moreover, minimization of the dead-weigh loss, which is caused by oligopoly phenomenon while using its market-dominant status, increasement number of designated institution, which allows self-regulating competition, and endowment of autonomy, which is in selecting education and agency, were requested to solve the problems in selecting and educating to the private security guard. In order to minimize stated problems while maintaining objectiveness, a new manage and supervise institution, which is called a 'private security industry committee', should be establish. The private security industry committee is a formation of governance network which are participated from professional group to civil organization.

2023년 8월 3일 다중이용시설과 운송시설이 맞닿아 있는 서현역 부근의 다중이 밀집한 장소에서 차량돌진 및 흉기난동의 묻지마 범죄가 발생하였다. 차량을 인도로 몰아 보행자를 들이받은 뒤 백화점 내부로 들어가 흉기를 휘둘러 차량돌진으로 5명, 흉기난동으로 9명의 피해자가 발생하였다(리차드김, 2023). 서현역의 묻지마 범죄 이후, '살인예고 지도' 서비스의 등장하면서 많은 이용객이 상시 붐비는 번화가 및 백화점 등의 다중이용시설을 이용하는 시민들의 불안감이 전국적으로 크게 확산하고 있다(김잔디 & 최윤선, 2023). 급격히 늘어나는 국민의 불안감으로 정부에서는 '묻지마 범죄'를 '이상동기범죄'로 명명하고 근절을 위해, 사실상 테러와 비슷한 수준의 강력한 대책을 추진하고 있다(강은민, 2023). 이상동기범죄에 따른 강력한 대책으로 국무조정실(대테러센터), 경찰청 등 관계부처의 다중이용시설 대한 안전대책들이 강구되어지고 실정에서 「경비업법」에 따라 시설의 위험발생을 방지하는 업무를 담당하고 있는 민간 경비원에게 이용객의 안전을 보호하고 피해를 최소화하기 위한 일선 역할이 중요해졌다. 하지만, 이상동기범죄에 대한 일선의 초동대응이 인력과 장비, 정당방위에 대한 법제도의 뒷받침 미흡 등으로 인해 민간 경비원의 실질적인 대응이 어려운 실정이다. 많은 사람의 왕래가 있는 다중이용시설에서의 민간 경비원 최소 경력배치 기준, 현행범 제압을 위한 무기사용 기준, 이용객 보호를 위한 경비원 위력 사용 기준 등의 제도적으로 마련되어 있지 않아 민간 경비원이 범죄로부터 시설 이용객을 보호하는 것은 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중이용시설 묻지마 범죄 등의 위험성과 민간 경비원의 무기사용과 관련한 법제도적 한계점을 고찰하여, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper describes the application of genetic algorithm for the discrete optimum design of reinforced concrete continuous beams. The objective is to minimize the total cost of reinforced concrete beams including the costs of concrete, form work, main reinforcement and stirrup. The flexural and shear strength, deflection, crack, spacing of reinforcement, concrete cover, upper-lower bounds on main reinforcement, beam width-depth ratio and anchorage for main reinforcement are considered as the constraints. The width and effective depth of beam and steel area are taken as design variables, and those are selected among the discrete design space which is composed with dimensions and steel area being used from in practice. Optimum result obtained from GA is compared with other literature to verify the validity of GA. To show the applicability and efficiency of GA, it is applied to three and five span reinforced concrete beams satisfying with the Korean standard specifications.

버스의 크기에 따른 운행시격과 승객 대기시간의 Trade-off 는 대중교통 운영정책의 중요한 기본개념의 하나로서 여태까지 선진 구미의 여러 교통공학작들에 많은 연구가 수행되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 전체의 최적화(System Optimization )라는 측면에서 차량비를 포함한 버스회사의 총 운행경비와 버스 승객들의 대기시간과 주행시간을 금전으로 호나산한 사용자 경비를 합산한 총비용을 최소화 사키는 적정 버스크기(=좌석수)를 산정할 수 있는 모델식을 개발코자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 수집된 자료들의 회귀분석을 통해 버스 운행경비와 버스크기와의 관계를 규명하였으며 이를 토대로 하여 버스 좌석수를 결정변수(Optimizable Variable)로 하는 총비용에 관한 목적함수식을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 모형의 적절성을 검증하기 위해 미국 수도 워싱턴 지역에서의 교통자료를 인용하여 사례조사를 하였으며 이를 통해 본 연구에서 도출된 모형식의 실용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 본 연구에서 개발된 수식들은 국내의 버스운행 여건과 실태를 잘 반영할 수 있도록 광범위한 자료조사를 통해 수정되어야 할 것이다.

With rapid social change, by culminating the social hazards and the safety problems about it are on the increase too. According to the needs for the safety the demand of the private guard & security provided the safety and security service against danger is also increasing. As the need for the safety is increasing, so recently the private guard & security industry is extended. Therefore the purpose of this study is to grasp and carry out researches into the legal structure on the Security contract, is to analyze the formation of contract and find out the ensuing problem in order to prevent or settle the dispute which is apt to occur between the specific client and the security companies. In order to minimize the dispute going with security relationship in particular, it is necessary that one should write down the agreed contents as the document explicitly to make a security contract with the parties. Hereupon in the plan which standardizes the security contract with each parties autonomously, it is suggested that this study should present the model of Dispute Resolution Clause Especially it is the best means that it is amicable consultation or negotiation as the effective way of settlement methods of private dispute arising from the concerned parties. In inevitable case it recommends the method which solves the dispute by means of an arbitration than litigation at administration of justice(in terms of jurisdiction). If the parties wish to settle the disputes by arbitration, they must come to an arbitration agreement in the form of a arbitration clause in the security contract. After the test and evaluation through application utilizing it in actual security field, the security standard contract regulates about it and this terms should widely apply a individual case to whole industry.
