  • The ion implantation technology changes the chemical state of the surface of a material by implanting ions on the surface. It improves the wear resistance, friction characteristics, etc. Plasma ion implantation can effectively reinforce a surface by implanting a sufficient amount of plasma nitrogen ions and using the injection depth instead of an ion beam. As plasma ion implantation is a three-dimensional process, it can be applied even when the surface area is large and the surface shape is complicated. Furthermore, it is less expensive than competing PVD and CVD technologies. and the material is The accommodation range for the shape and size of the plasma is extremely large.   • 스마트 팩토리의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라, 스마트 팩토리 구축을 위해 산업용 Ethernet 기반 장치의 활용이 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있다. PROFINET은 SIEMENS사에서 개발한 산업용 이더넷 프로토콜이며, 현재 다수의 스마트 팩토리가 PROFINET 기반 제품으로 구축되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 산업용 사물인터넷(Industrial IoT) 기반의 다양한 서비스 개발 및 활용을 위해 PROFINET 기반의 제조 장비에서 각종 센서 데이터 및 정보를 수집하여 엣지 컴퓨터로 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 IIoT 디바이스가 필요하며, IIoT의 주요 메시징 프로토콜인 MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)를 활용한 데이터 수집 IIoT 디바이스 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

조선소 내 스마트 안전모에 적용한 다대다 통신 소음 저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on Noise Reduction in Many-to-Many Communication Applying to Smart Helmets in the Shipyard)

  • This paper implements many-to-many communication between users and develops a multi-functional smart helmet for worker protection and environmental safety in the shipbuilding and shipping industry. First, the communication situation is recorded in the field to perform signal processing for noise that interferes with communication. Then, it deals with the contents of developing smart helmets, data acquisition, algorithms, and simulations. The simulation results analyzed by applying the adaptive algorithm are shown, and their usefulness is confirmed. In conclusion, looking at the optimization process for the convergence factor of the Least Mean Square and Filtered-x Least Mean Square Adaptation Algorithm was possible. It is thought that it has laid the foundation for implementing many-to-many communication, the function of smart helmets that reduces or removes various noises at the shipyard in the future.

WC-Co의 고품위 평면 연삭가공 (Surface grinding of WC-Co with high quality)

  • Presently, abrasive processing is on eof several methods for cutting and grinding brittle materials, and high quality in dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are often required as a structural components, therefore most of them has to be ground. In manufacturing of tungsten-carbide components, grinding by diamond wheel is usually adopted in order to provide configurational and dimensional accuracy to the components. The present study proposes the experi- mental research of optimum condition to the high quality surface grinding of the WC-Co material using diamond abrasive wheel in order to minimize the damage on the ground surface and to pursue the precise dimension by conventional grinding machine. Brief investigation is carried out to decrease the dressing is constant, theoretical grinding effect such as machining precision is changed according to the speed of workpiece. Accordingly, normal and tangential grinding forces, which are Fn, Ft were analyzed for the machining processes of WC-Co material to obtain optimum grinding conditions, 3-point bending test is carried out to check machining damage on the ground surface layer, which is one of sintered brittle materials.

연속 드레싱 공정을 이용한 엔지니어링 세라믹스의 평면 연삭 가공에 관한 연구 (A study on the surface grinding machining of Engineering ceramics using "In-process dressing" method)

  • Engineering ceramics have some excellent properties as the material for the mechanical components. It is, however, very difficult to grind ceramics with high efficiency because of their high strength, hardness and brittleness. In this paper experiments are carried out to obtain the effect of "In-process dressing" to grind the Engineering ceramics with high efficiency. To save running time for dressing process and obtain restraint effect of diamond grain wear, "In-process dressing" system usint WA stick type honing stone is proposed. Representative High Strength Engineering ceramics A1$_{2}$O$_{3}$ and Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$are ground with diamond wheel. Also bending strengrh test is carried out to check upward tendancy of mecahnical properties as the result of machining defact restraint through the grinding maching method using "In-process dressing" process. Some results obtained in this study provide useful information to attain the high efficency grinding and the high mechanical properties of Engineering ceramics.rties of Engineering ceramics.

해상보험증권의 해석상 작성자 불이익의 원칙의 적용에 관한 연구 (A study on the Application of the Contra Proferentem Rule in the Interpretation of Marine Insurance Policies)

  • In the absence of any guidance under statutory law, such as the Rules for Construction of Policy, MIA 1906, judges should follow the general principles of interpretation that apply to all contracts. In simple terms, Contra Proferentem Rule means that if the contents of the terms and conditions are ambiguous, they are interpreted against the writer of the terms and conditions. In the Anglo-American Contract Law, the 'default rule' is an important judicial tool that can supplement defects in contract norms and reinforce the principle of private autonomy through gap-filling techniques related to the interpretation of contracts. In Korea, it is sometimes mentioned in case of precedent, and it has been established as a clear rule. This study analyzes the interpretation of terms and conditions is not in the form that the interpretation of other general contracts and other interpretation principles are valid, but contracts based on terms and conditions are also contracts, and as a general rule, the interpretation of terms and conditions is explained like the general contract interpretation.

GMO 교육을 통한 인식개선 효과 연구: 경남대학교 학생을 대상으로 (A Study on the Effect of Perception Improvement through GMO Education: A Case of Kyungnam University Students)

  • This study conducted to examine the effects of a GMO education(n=108 university students). Although the experience of encountering GMO was 84.3%, awareness was moderate or lower for 76.9%, 62% were unaware of GMO labeling, and 44.4% had no previous education on GMO. After the education, GMO positive perceptions, specifically in terms of improving work efficiency(p<0.05), negative perception(p<0.001), and GMO knowledge increased significantly(p<0.05). The need for expanding GMO labeling (p<0.05) and adjust to 0.9%(exclusion criteria) for labeling(p<0.001) increased significantly. Moreover, there was a significant increase in the need and willingness to accept a price increase for the full labeling system(p<0.01), with a significant increase in the willingness to pay up to 20%(p<0.05). The pre-contemplation stage showed a significant decrease(p<0.001). The preparation and behavior and maintenance stage showed a significant increase(p<0.001). Based on these findings, it is suggested that GMO education be implemented to provide accurate information and emphasize the necessity of consumers' right to know and choose through the implementation of the full labeling system of GM foods.

상황인지 기반 데이터센터의 전력절감 모니터링 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Energy Saving Monitoring System of Data Center based on Context Awareness)

  • 최근 IT기술의 발전에 따라 2025년 전 세계의 데이터 규모가 현재보다 10배 정도 증가할 것으로 예상한다. 이러한 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전은 데이터센터 내에서 서버시스템의 고사양화와 저장매체의 대용량화 등을 초래하며, 이는 데이터센터의 전력 소비를 증가시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 데이터센터의 서버시스템에 대한 전력 소모패턴을 분석하여 에너지 절전정책을 추천하고 이를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 데이터센터의 개별 서버시스템에 대한 전력 소모패턴을 모니터링하고 분석할 수 있으며, 서버시스템의 실제 동작 시간을 효율적으로 관리하여 데이터센터의 전체 전력소모량 대비 10% 내외 정도가 절감될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 최근 들어 리얼 버라이어티가 TV 프로그램의 주를 이루면서 인체 기관에 자극을 주는 다양한 음식을 먹는 것이 게임에 등장하고 있다. 특히, 까나리액젓이나 레몬 빨리 씹어 먹기 등 인체에 자극을 주는 벌칙 게임들이 펼쳐지고 있다. 레몬은 모든 독의 해독제라고 할 만큼 우리 몸에 이로운 점이 많으나 과하거나 급할 경우 오히려 병이 될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대체 및 예방의학에 이용되는 중요한 요소 중 하나인 식이요법에 대한 효능을 입증하기 위한 방법으로 음성신호 분석 기술을 적용하여 레몬 섭취에 따른 성대 진동의 변화를 측정하고 이에 대한 분석을 통해 레몬과 음성과의 관계를 규명하는 연구를 수행하고자 한다.
