This paper seeks to better understand the focal issues and persons related to Rio Olympic soccer games through social data science and analytics. This study collected its data from online news articles and comments specific to KOR during the Olympic football games. In order to investigate the public interests for each game and target persons, this study performed the co-occurrence words analysis. Then after, the study applied the NodeXL software to perform its visualization of the results. Through this application and process, the study found several major issues during the Rio Olympic men's football game including the following: the match between KOR and PIJ, KOR player Heungmin Son, commentator Young-Pyo Lee, sportscaster Woo-Jong Jo. The study also showed the general public opinion expressed positive words towards the South Korean national football team during the Rio Olympics, though there existed negative words as well. Furthermore the study revealed positive attitude towards the commentators and casters. In conclusion, the way to increase the public's interest in big sporting events can be achieved by providing the following: contents that include various professional sports analysis, a capable domain expert with thorough preparation, a commentator and/or caster with artistic sense as well as well-spoken, explanatory power and so on. Multidisciplinary research combined with sports science, social science, information technology and media can contribute to a wide range of theoretical studies and practical developments within the sports industry.

Recently, the cosmetics industry considers male customers as a consumptive, active customer base who also have purchasing power with their stronger desire for their personal image enhancement. Male-preferred image brands have entered the era of unlimited competition through social media, thus increasing the acquisition of male beauty. Therefore, the information for designing favorable image strategies should be examined. This paper examines male awareness, determined by the degree of appearance management based on four categories (i.e., hair and skin care, makeup, foot and hand care, and plastic surgery). Based on the research, the paper proposes a data service to address the spatial and temporal separation problem between TV CF (the major media for recognizing information) and online $caf{\acute{e}}$/blog the major media for obtaining detailed information.

본 고는 정보통신산업의 성장.발전에 중.단기적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 영향요인들을 살펴본 후, 2001년부터 2005년까지의 정보통신산업 성장전망을 분석해 보기 위하여 작성되었다. 특히, 본 고는 최근 들어 정보통신산업의 새로운 성장엔진으로 부각되고 있는 인터넷, 이동통신, 디지털방송, 정보보호, 정보가전 등 신기술산업들의 성장세를 바탕으로 현재의 IT 경기 침체가 2002년을 고비로 회복세로 전환될 것이라는 다소 낙관적인 전제 하에 향후의 정보통신산업 발전가능성을 모색해 보았다. 향후의 정보통신산업 발전전망을 정확히 예측한다는 것은 어려운 일이지만, 현재의 상황을 정확히 파악함으로써 적시에 적절한 대책을 마련하여 추진하는 것은 국가 경쟁력 향상을 위해 매우 긴요한 일이 될 것이다. 마지막으로 본 고에서는 최근 발생한 미국 테러사태의 충격이 장기화하지 않을 것이라는 전제에도 불구하고 2001년도 정보통신산업의 생산시장 증가율이 1% 수준 이하에 그칠 것이라는 점을 지적하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the indicatives for the analysis of the effects of Gyeonggi-do Book Sharing Project on pre-schoolers of supporter' reading care and thereby, suggest some data useful to the establishment of a reading culture promotion policy in Gyeonggi-do. Preceding studies and cases were reviewed to analyze the effects of the book-sharing project on pre-schoolers of supporter' reading care and thereby, develop some measurement indicatives, and thus, the indicatives were verified by professionals using the Delphi technique. Then, supporter of 3~5 year-old pre-schoolers were sampled from 7 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do (Pocheon-si, Yangpyeong-gun, Yeoju-si, Dongducheon-si, Gapyeong-gun, Yeoncheon-gun and Yangju-si) to be divided into control and test groups and thereby, their reading care effect indicatives were compared before and after the test. The theoretical background is theory of family literacy, emergent literacy and parenting efficacy. As a result of developing the indicatives for analysis of pre-schoolers of supporter's reading care effects and comparing them for the sample pre-schoolers of supporter, before and after the test, the book-sharing project was found effective in improving reading care. The most difficult problem in pre-schoolers' earlier reading education involves acquisition of reading habit. So, it is deemed necessary to operate a regular book sharing project involving public organization and homes. As a result of developing the indicatives and analyzing the effects of the book-sharing project, it was confirmed that the project would serve to improve pre-schoolers of support's reading care and therefore, this study seems to provide some ground for the operation of a sustainable book-sharing project to narrow the education divide and promote a book reading culture in Gyeonggi-do.

1990 년대 후반부터 다양한 디지털 통신망을 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 하지만, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 전달 및 이용을 위한 기반 구조들의 독자적 발전 및 다양한 통합적 관리 체계 시스템으로 인해, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 표현 방식의 호환성 문제, 혼재하는 네트워크 전달 방식과 단말 방식의 호환성 문제 등의 잠재적인 문제점이 발생한다. 이런 문제의 대안으로 현재 존재하는 기술 및 기반 구조들 사이의 연동을 통한 큰 프레임워크인 MPEG-21이 진행 중이다. MPEG-21 의 목표는 표준화 목표를 구체화하는 것부터 진행하여, 최종적으로 “다양한 네트워크 환경과 단말기에 있어서, 투명하고 통합적으로 멀티미디어 자원의 이용을 가능하게 하는 것”이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화 작업이 진행 중인 MPEG-21 을 기반으로 하는 Testbed를 제안한다. Testbed는 server, client, DIA(Digital Item Adaptation) 의 세 모듈로 구성된다. Server 의 역할은 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 Digital Item(DI)으로 생성하고, client 가 DI를 요구할 경우 DIA 모듈을 통해서 변환된 DI를 client 에게 제공한다. DIA 모듈은 server 에서 동작되며 client로부터 요청된 DI를 분석하고 client로부터 전송된 환경 정보를 이용하여 client 환경에 적합하게 변환된 (adapted) DI를 생성하는 것이 주 기능이다. Client 는 server 에 저장되어 있는 DI를 선택하고 user preference, terminal capability 등의 필요한 정보를 server로 전송한다. Testbed 에서는 스포츠 경기의 동영상, 정지 영상, 경기 내용 역사를 기록한 파일 등의 DI를 이용한다. 표현 언어는 XML이며, HTTP 기반의 Web 환경에서 구동되도록 설계된다.스템 사이에 의미 있는 데이터 전송, 지식 획득을 위해 정보 기술 분야에서 활용해야 할 영역으로 XML Web Services, Multi-agent Systems, 전문가 컴뮤니티를 위한 그룹웨어 연구 개발에 관해 사례 중심으로 발표한다.다 신선한 공기를 넣어 주었을 때는 배의 발달이 많이 늦어져 배양 3주째에 다른 처리보다 배의 수가 훨씬 적었다. 체세포배가 발달하는 동안에는 산소를 많이 요구하지 않으나 성숙하는 동안에는 산소를 많이 요구하는 것으로 생각된다.적인 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 곡선형은 물론 직선형에서도 열교환 튜브의 배치밀도, 튜브 길이 및 두께 등의 변화에 따른 최적화 연구가 수반되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.에서 제공된 API는 객체기반 제작/편집 도구에 응용되어 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 제작에 사용되었다.x factorization (NMF), generative topographic mapping (GTM)의 구조와 학습 및 추론알고리즘을소개하고 이를 DNA칩 데이터 분석 평가 대회인 CAMDA-2000과 CAMDA-2001에서 사용된cancer diagnosis 문제와 gene-drug dependency analysis 문제에 적용한 결과를 살펴본다.0$\mu$M이 적당하며, 초기배발달을 유기할 때의 효과적인 cysteamine의 농도는 25~50$\mu$M인 것으로 판단된다.N)A(N)/N을 제시하였다(A(N)=N에 대한 A값). 위의 실험식을 사용하여 헝가리산 Zempleni 시료(15%$S_{XRD}$)의 기본입자분포로부터 %$S_{XRD}$를 계산한 결과, 16%$S_{XRD}$의 결과값을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 도출한 관계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.할 때 약간의 증가

In February 2020, Gyeonggi-do paid the world's first Data Dividend to local residents of Gyeonggi Province who produced data using local currency. Currently, Data Dividend is being paid to consumers who have produced data, but this paper studied the expansion of Data Dividend qualifications according to the contribution to creating added value. First, it raised the question of whether it is right for the recipient of Data Dividend to have only the consumers who produced the data. Second, by analyzing the four elements of data valuation criteria that influenced the creation of added value identified the objects that influence the creation of added value. The 4 factors were divided into productivity, effectiveness, concreteness, and usability, and the objects corresponding to each factor were analyzed. Accordingly, it was determined whether platform workers contributed to the creation of added value. In conclusion, it was confirmed that not only consumers, who were the first data producers, but also platform workers who contributed to the concreteness of data valuation to create added value can qualify for Data Dividend. Since this paper focuses on the necessity of data allocation centered on platform workers among the objects, the validity of objects that influence added value other than platform workers are excluded.

The purpose of this study is to discover a drone utilization model tailored to local characteristics, propose directions for building a drone demonstration city based on demand surveys for drone activation, and suggest ways to utilize and support a drone application system. First, according to the survey results, there was a high understanding of and necessity for drone demonstration projects, particularly in addressing urban issues, which were deemed to have a significant impact. Second, based on the analysis of priorities and short- and long-term approaches, disaster-related tasks were evaluated as a priority, requiring an approach through medium- to long-term strategies. Third, it was noted that budgetary considerations emerged as the most critical issue during project implementation. Practitioners and experts expressed willingness to actively introduce drone-based technologies into their work when budget and technology were ready. Budgetary constraints were identified as the most significant obstacle to proper implementation, emphasizing the need for resolution. Fourth, the necessity of demand surveys during project development was identified in certain areas. Demand surveys were deemed essential for drone-based demonstration city construction, and a survey indicated that public leadership in this regard was also necessary. Fifth, concerning approaches in specific areas, the field of safety and disaster management was highlighted as the most crucial for application.

As the importance of Culture Technology (music, publication, mobile, film, video, cartoon, animation, character, game, broadcasting etc) is increased, the field of character industry recently has been recognized as an independent brand value beyond the existing view point of simple designing; it also has been given much attention as a main axis leading the cultural industry of the 21 st century. The character of a local government plays roles such as a symbolic part of a region, parts of tourism and public relations, and a profit-making function, which results into generation of regional image and activation of regional economy. However, the present application strategy of the character is only limited to an early stage of regional advertisements. In this context, this study is aimed to investigate and analyze the character development of local governments, especially 31 cities and goons of Gyeonggi Province, comparing with those of local governments of Japan. In the long run, this will provide some suggestions for strategy of character applications. Then, this research is expected to be used as basic reference materials for character development of other local governments and government agencies.

This paper introduces a ZigBee network-based four-lane lap time measurement system that can be set up for short-distance races. The instructions "Ready-Set-Go" can be announced at the entry point node when the start button is pushed, and foot switches installed at the exit point node can be stepped on by the runner for lap time measurement of the race. The start and exit point nodes are connected to a ZigBee network to communicate time synchronization packets. The exit point node maintains synchronized local time within 10 ms at most. The system does not need expensive measurement equipment and provides lap time recording in a more convenient manner than conventional lap time measurement methods.

This study explores experiences of male siblings without disability who are caring for their adult siblings with intellectual disability. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted based on phenomenological qualitative research methods, and documents such as newspaper articles and broadcasting documentaries covering the care of participants were also used as materials. Data collection took place from August to October, 2017, and four brothers without disability participated in this study. Findings are presented as five themes: a sibling with a disability-centered life, living with complex emotions including emotional ambivalence, cautious life at all times, life to receive consolation, and life trying to achieve balance and harmony. Based on the results, political and practical considerations for brothers without disability and their families who support their adult siblings with intellectual disability are discussed. Implications for social workers are suggested.
