  • 본 논문은 소프트웨어 공정 시 발생하는 결함을 찾아내고 원인을 분석하여 제거하는 동시에 제품 개발의 진척도를 관리하여 결함을 미리 예측하고 재 발생을 예방한다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 생산성을 높이며 개발주기를 줄이는 동시에 높은 수준의 제품출하를 이루어 타 회사보다. 앞선 경쟁력과 Speed 경영을 이룰 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 MBASE 기반의 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 모형과 함께 OT를 설계하고 구현하여 제품의 결함을 줄이고 공정의 진행사항을 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 구현하였다.

  • There are many defects that cause the schedule and qualify problems during software development. This paper designs the opportunity tree framer work that removes and manages the schedule and quality problems as well. For the similar projects, we can estimate defects and prepare to solve them by using domain expert knowledge and the opportunity tree framework which can greatly improve the software process. This research provides solution of schedule defect problem and detection of defect and its causes that happen on software development.

  • This research provides the solution of defect problem and detection of defect and its causes that happen on software development. For developing a reliable software, a key factor is to find and manage defects that are during software development. Based on defect items analysis, we understand associated relation between defects and design defect opportunity tree. Developing the similar project, we can estimate defect and prepare to solve defect by using defect management opportunity tree.

  • There are many defects that cause the process improvement of lifecycle problems during software development. This paper propose the management method of risk items that removes and manages the lifecycle problems as well. For the similar projects, we can estimate defects and prepare to solve them by using domain expert knowledge and the state analysis of defect items, which can greatly improve the software process. This research provides solution of management of risk items problem and detection of defect transition and its prevention and causes that happen on software development. Also, In this paper propose to making quantity of degree and transition phase.

  • Problems encountered during software development or pteration nay result from defects in the software,ghrdware,or their oterations.Because of their diversity,the determination of the sources of a problem and its corrective adtion requires a centrally controlled system for monitoring provlems and detemining systematiccauses. In the paper,the SPR/SCR management system was developed and applied for the collection and analysis of the error data,process data and product data delected by each phasd in SDLC.There are four objectibes in the SPR/SCR management system.The first is to assure that software errors are documented,corrected,and vot forgottem. The second is to assure that SPR.are assessed for their validity.The third is to provide feedback on SPR status to the developer and the user.The fourth is ot prvide data for measuring and prediciting sofware quality and reliability.These goals could be satisfied by the application of the SPR/SCR mangement system.Also,the accomplishment rate of software reliability,criterion of test completion,estimation of release time, efficient development and management can be reflected by applying the SPR/SCR management system.
