이 연구에서는 경찰공무원의 음주 및 흡연의 정도에 따른 결근 및 징계의 정도를 살펴보았다. 독립변수인 음주는 음주경험, 음주빈도, 음주량 그리고 흡연은 흡연유무, 흡연량으로 종속변수인 결근은 결근의사, 결근실행, 거짓결근 그리고 징계는 징계경험, 징계종류로 구성하여 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다.

This study was to examine the actual conditions and contributing factors of absenteeism in manufacturing workers. Subjects were 1,184 workers employed in Taejon city and the observation period for absenteeism was 3 months (June to August), 1992. We obtained the following results. 1. Percentage of the absentees among the studied subjects were 21.1% in gross absence and 6.9% in sickness absence. Gross absence rate of subjects was 1.2% and sickness absence rate was 0.5%. 2. In the group of absentees, mean days of absence was 2.8 days and those of sickness was 4.4 days. Mean days of sickness absence due to injury was higher than that of illness, but the total days of sickness absence was high in extremity injuries, trunk injury, general fatigue, head injury, musculoskeletal problem in that order. 3. Variables contributing to the absence were job classification, education level, working hours per day, exposure of noxious factor, worker classification. 4. In the group of absentees, variables influencing the gross absence rate were working atmosphere, body mass infer, working environment, working hours per day but those of the sickness absence were working hours per day, education level and working atomosphere.

연구는 소방공무원 각 신체 부위별 근골격계질환 관련 자각증상과 질병 및 사고 결근과의 관련성을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전국의 소방공무원 8,368명을 대상으로 온라인을 통한 자기기입식 설문 조사를 하였으며, 통계분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과 지난 1년간 질병 결근은 12.9%, 사고 결근은 5.9%가 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 질병 결근 및 사고 결근 모두 신체부위(목)과 신체부위(어깨)의 근골격계질환 관련 자각증상과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 질병 결근의 경우 신체부위(목) 증상자의 20.9%, 신체부위(어깨) 증상자의 19.0%, 사고 결근의 경우 신체부위(목) 증상자의 12.1%, 신체부위(어깨) 증상자의 10.9%로 파악되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 소방공무원의 결근과 근골격계질환 관련 자각증상이 관련이 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 추후 질병 및 사고 결근 감소를 위하여 소방공무원의 근골격계질환에 대한 관리 및 건강관리 프로그램의 운영이 요구된다.

이 연구에서는 경찰공무원의 탈진감에 따른 결근 및 징계의 정도를 살펴보았다. 독립변수인 탈진감은 이미 많은 선행연구 연구에서 높은 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)를 활용하였다. 종속변수인 결근은 결근의사, 결근실행, 거짓결근 그리고 징계는 징계경험, 징계종류로 구성하였으며, 독립변수와 종속변수 간 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다.

The purposes of this paper are to describe relationship between drinking, smoking and negative behaviors especially absenteeism and discipline among police officers in Korea and to identify the correlation among these variables. And ultimate aim of this study is to provide basic information for the health improvement of police officers in Korea.

The purposes of this paper are to describe the burnout, absence and disciplinary action among police officers in Korea and to identify the correlation among these three variables. And aim of this study is to provide basic information for the health improvement of police officers in Korea. Studies have shown significant static correlation between the practice of absence from work and the absence from work that is false, but the coefficient of correlation is very low. In addition, there was no significant correlation between burnout and disciplinary action. Regression analysis showed significant relationships with burnout and absence intention, practice of absence and types of disciplinary action, but they were very poorly explained. So you can see that the burnout of police officers generally has a small effect on absence, but not on the disciplinary action. Future studies should include supplementary studies of these associations.

Percent dormant root and percent missing root were investigated in ginseng (Panax ginseng) plantations and correlated with soil chemical characteristics. Percent dormant root showed no consistency with root age and significant positive correlation with percent missing root in many cases. Percent dormant root showed significant positive correlation with available phosphorus and phosphorus-moisture ratio in soils. Percent missing root showed significant negative correlation with moisture and calcium in soil and positive one with phosphorus - moisture ratio. Above results strongly suggest that excess phosphorus and water stress are the common causes of dormancy and missing of root.

This study used Korean work environment surveys data to confirm the relationship between exposure to harmful and risk factors and absenteeism of manufacturing workers according to the survey period. Accordingly, 8,318 workers in the manufacturing industry were analyzed for the same questions of harmful and risk factors in 2011 (3rd), 2017 (5th), and 2020 (6th). Work-related hazards and risks, vibration, noise, high temperature, dust inhalation, vapor inhalation, chemical handling, and infectious material handling were found to affect absenteeism more than 3/4 of the time of exposure in 2020 compared to 2011. In conclusion, it was found that non-exposure to work-related hazards and risk factors increased one survey after another, and that the time of exposure to work-related hazards and risk factors affected absenteeism.

본 연구는 매장의 인력을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 매장 운영시 매장 직원의 갑작스런 결근으로 업무의 공백이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 결근으로 인해 매장이 정상적으로 인력을 보충하지 못하여 발생하는 문제로 인해 업장 운영에 큰 차질을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 결근으로 인한 업무의 공백을 미연에 방지하기 위한 기능을 제공한다. 본 연구는 매장 관리를 위해 필요한 실시간 채팅, 캘린더, 인수인계와 같은 다른 애플리케이션들의 기능을 하나의 애플리케이션에서 처리하고, 대타 및 보충 인력을 사전에 또는 긴급으로 보충할 수 있도록 하였다.
