This study attempted to understand the effect of subjective class consciousness on the quality of life of female elderly people and to verify the multi-mediated effect of expectation of living standards and depression. To this end, an analysis was conducted using the SPSS Process Macro for 8,070 female elderly people aged 55 or older in the data of the "2018 Aging Research Panel Survey 7" of the Korea Employment Information Service. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the higher the subjective class consciousness of the elderly women, the higher the quality of life. Second, the higher the subjective class consciousness of the elderly women, the higher the expectation of living standards and the lower the depression. Third, in the relationship between the subjective class consciousness and quality of life of female elderly, when expectations and depression of living standards were simultaneously put into the regression equation, both variables were found to have significant mediating effects. Based on these research results, practical and policy implications for improving the quality of life of the elderly women were discussed together.

This study is a report about the two summer camps of 2009 and 2010, which were held by some gifted classes of Liberal Arts areas in Chungnam Province. The students' self- directed methods, making an own project topic and an outline plan for that by students themselves before the camp, raised up the students' satisfaction of the camp effectively. Staying with their peer students and teachers for 3 days gave the gifted students a chance for relationship, self-confidence, and self-sufficiency. These joint summer camps provided the students with cognitive development, motivations and a chance to meet other gifted students. Teachers' preparation for the camp, their concrete feedback to each student's project, and students' time spending on one's own camp project were correlated with the students' satisfaction of the camp program. Experience of teacher training in gifted education made significant differences in understanding gifted students and expectations of students' social and emotional development throughout and after the camp.

This paper describes an in-depth study on the effect of students' writing of a reflection journal on academic achievement in Linux courses. For this purpose, students who took a Linux class were surveyed. Those participants were divided into two groups; an experimental group and a control group. Their academic achievement was compared and analyzed for this study and reflection journal was applied for 6 weeks after middle test. The results suggests that task achievement, expectation, learning persistence, self-efficacy, learning attitude, satisfaction in writing a reflection journal, and subject study were improved for the students who wrote a reflection journal. In addition to this, it suggests that the writing of a reflection journal has a significant effect on academic achievement in Linux subjects. It is meaningful for teaching skill of computer engineering education.

This study is to develop the curriculum for training students with practical business skills which medical business needs. We surveyed businesses which have employed graduates who majored in medical information. The survey was conducted into the expectation of business for graduates, their job competence and business needs for curriculum utilizing the self-reported questionnaire. We analyzed correlation, frequency and regression among job class, business types and job positions of those surveyed. The result shows that medical information businesses express high expectation in personality education rather than major knowledge and think that field practice is important in the college curriculum. We expects the study will contribute positively to improve the curriculum for raising the employment rate of college graduates.

The efficient preservation and improvement of stock buildings including houses have become a significant national issue coming into the 21st century. The increase rate of new house demands have lessened and the efficient management and usage of old buildings have become more important. However, lacking research on the effects obtained through remodelling and the perception that it is less profitable than reconstruction have interfered with the vitalization of the market. Also, the excessive profit rate contractors insist have caused conflict between the residents and contractor and weakened market stability. This research examines the related codes, the strengths and weaknesses of marketing positioning in apartment remodelling a rational method for analyzing each project and the working process. A survey was performed to investigate preferences and priorities between the business methods in order to obtain advices that can smoothly progress each project and improve overall building quality. Through this study, the flow of remodeling market is elevated reaching the level in advanced nation.

This study noted the recent impact of Coronavirus Disease-19 (Corona 19) on the environment surrounding the library, and investigated the libraries' response activities. In addition, related issues on news media and social media were detected based on text mining techniques to engage environmental changes surrounding the library. Key issues were derived from 1,852 news reports on the library related to the Corona 19 situation and 227,983 tweets related to the library during the Corona 19 epidemic. Through this, implications were derived: prolonged 'Untact' situations, increased e-book lending, improved expectations for online services and librarians, and re-conceptualized library space. In addition, the direction of future services was discussed by selecting representative examples of library services provided in the non-face-to-face (untact) situation and dividing them into books, services, and spaces.

Many of the universities in Korea recently is changing the school policy oriented from the supply approach to the demand as the case of business companies. Customer orientation is the key point of the customer satisfaction. But there are few studies focused on the satisfaction of students as a customer. In this paper, we studied the components of satisfaction in university life, the factors affecting on the satisfaction of students, and the relationship among them. The principal components of satisfaction in university life are services related to the activities of students, the utilization of welfare facilities, curriculum, the adminstration on students, and the department office. Factors affecting on the satisfaction of students are expectation, pride, self evaluation on learning, and special activities. Demographic variables, for example, sex, grade, colleges, and so on are also important factors. We also found the fact that the pride was the most important factor, and it gives positive drive on the satisfaction of students in university life. It gives us the important implication to the school policy.

In this paper, The purpose of this qualitative research was to explore the experience of a nursing simulation practice focused on patients with cardiac arrest with 50 4th-year nursing students who participated the simulation practical education. The data collection period was from 12/4/2017 to 12/6. Subjects were asked to write a self-reflection journals with a narrative style in order to explore the cardiac arrest simulation practice experience. Data were analyzed using Thematic Analysis by Braun & Clarke. The results were "Expectation for types of simulation education", "A great deal of regret", "Pre-experience in cardiac arrest situation", "Cognition in the importance of team interaction", "Active reaction", "Extended role from a nursing student to a nurse." The results indiate that understanding the experience of a nursing simulation education for nursing students will be able to be used as baseline data which is needed to manage the method of the simulation education effectively.

In this study, using KLoSA data, it was verified whether subjective expectations and depression had a multi-mediated effect on life satisfaction of the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment. As a result of the analysis, first, it was analyzed that the higher the IADL of the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, the lower the subjective expectation, the higher the depression, and the lower the life satisfaction. Second, it was analyzed that as the subjective expectations of the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment increased, depression decreased and life satisfaction increased. Third, it was analyzed that IADL in the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment not only directly affects life satisfaction, but also indirectly affects life satisfaction through subjective expectations and depression, so it has a multi-mediated effect. Therefore, it is necessary to expand subjective expectations by expanding service providers that can support daily life restrictions for the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, providing regular programs by experts to reduce depression, and establishing new national pension benefits for dependents.

As a means of treatment for people with disabilities, there is a growing interest in horse riding. Horse riding improves physical conditions such as muscles, joints, and cardiopulmonary function, alleviates tension, and encourages confidence through large animals such as horses. The various therapeutic effects of therapeutic horse riding have been recognized by many medical professionals, including the American Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Association. On the other hand, in Korea, there is not yet a scientific basis for the therapeutic effects of specific diseases or clinical treatments. The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of rehabilitation related professional worker's therapeutic horse riding. Recognition and use experience of therapeutic horse riding were generally low, but doctors who wanted to use it when the expectation of effectiveness and therapeutic horse riding education were assumed were relatively high. Based on these results, it can be confirmed that the therapeutic horse riding will be recognized as a clinical treatment method in the future.
