현상설계 - 안산시종합운동장

  • 안산시는 시민을 위한 사회, 문화적 기반시설의 확충으로 사회체육활동 공간과 지역 주민의 공동체 의식을 확립할 수 있는 장으로 시민건강 증진을 위한 종합운동장 건립을 추진, 현상설계경기를 실시하여 지난 96년 10월16일 아도무건축(장석웅)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 가작으로는 공간건축(정종영)안과 유신건축(김지덕)+제일건축(정원심)안이 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 가작 중 공간건축안을 게재한다.

  • 도시에는 다양한 종류의 기반시설들이 있고 이들은 계획방법에 따라 건축적으로 활용될 수 있는 가능성도 충분히 가지고 있다. 기반시설의 건축적 활용은 가용지가 부족한 도시에서 유휴공간으로 방치될 수 있는 도시 내 잃어버린 공간을 재생시킨다는 의미도 가지며 공공시설의 통합디자인이라는 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 연구는 이 점에 주목하여 도시 내 기반시설 중 교통관련 시설인 교량, 도로, 교통섬 등을 활용하여 공공공간을 계획한 사례들을 중심으로 계획특성을 고찰하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • 빛은 공간의 존재를 인식시키는 조형적 요소로서 사용되면서 시각적 감성을 자극하는 하나의 요소로 다양한 변화를 내포하고 있다. 빛은 다른 공간 요소들과의 상호작용을 통해 새로운 이미지를 형성시키고, 여러 요소와의 다양한 커뮤니케이션의 역할을 부여한다. 즉, 공간에서의 빛은 새로운 조형성과 공간감을 생성하고 조형적인 빛의 요소로 새로운 공간의 의미를 창조하고 변화시키고 있다. 공간에서 빛은 공간을 특화 시키고 감성적 호소력까지 제고하기 위한 주된 수단이 되고 있음에도 불구하고 지금까지 공간에서의 조명효과에 관한 체계적인 연구는 크게 다루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시의 공간에 나타난 빛의 다양한 조형적 표현 특성을 연구함으로써 공간에서 조명의 새로운 활용가치와 가능성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빛을 이용한 미래지향적인 공간으로 탈바꿈시키기 위한 연구를 목적으로 하고자 한다.

Space Design Marketing of Floating Architecture and Its Spatial Demands (플로팅건축물의 공간디자인마케팅과 공간수요 예측)

  • Currently, image of floating architecture has been positively improved based on the normalization of a domestic representative floating building 'Some Sevit'. Features of the floating architecture are as follows: special experience (29.9%)> landmark (27.6%)> enjoyment of marine culture (21.5%)> center for tourism and regional development (16.0%)> eco-friendly space solving global warming (4.8%). Floating building has a distinctive image and at the same time offers a unique spatial experience to the public. Therefore, space design marketing of floating building is a communication process to exchange its spatial identity and image between the local government and the public, the corporation and customers. It is essential for the effective space design marketing that the spatial demands should be reflected into its program such as commercial, cultural and marina facilities. The unification of project leader and operator is also important. The transformed conditions would help the construction market to be active in the future.

  • Based on the characteristics of cultural expressions, this paper compares and analyzes the cases of representative commercial architectural spaces of six largest cities in China.In order to promoting the sustainable development of the indoor space culture of modern commercial buildings in China.Six cases were analyzed from the viewpoints of cultural tradition, locality, popularity, technology, and ecology. The results are as follows. First, the tradition of culture requires the emphasis on the traditional elements of specific areas in the interior space of commercial architecture.Second, the regional character of culture is closely related to the social and natural environment factors such as the economic development of the interior space of commercial architecture, historical intrinsic space, geographical environmental conditions, and climate.Fourth, the technicality of culture is to integrate construction method, structure form, and material with local culture into commercial architecture interior space.Fifth, cultural ecology places attention to placing plants in the interior space of commercial architecture and creating a healthy, pleasant and safe environment.

  • This study examined the landscape characteristics of Daniel Libeskind's architecture by analyzing the perceived form characteristics visually and the sense of space recognized inside and outside the building in Daniel Libeskind architecture. The results showed that Libeskind is to deconstruct not only the 'temporal boundaries' but also the 'morphological contradiction' through sketch and public architecture by de-constructive language. These series of works could be interpreted as the space perceived time and space in the past by the 'Blurredness of temporal and spatial borderline'.

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the meaning of architectural space of Alvar Aalto, which is based on architectural theories of periodic flows and the form of the space with the various elements applied to the works. Method: It analyzes the interrelationships of light, form and material in triangular composition by synthesizing the architectural vocabulary of Alvar Aalto from the viewpoint of modernism. Results: The architectural works of Alvar Aalto are centered on the combination of light, form, material, and space diversity, emphasizing social awareness and linking the human scale with the building environment. Conclusion: The structure of the Alvar Aalto is a synonym of nature and culture, society and individuals, standardization and diversity, universality and locality, intellectual and emotional, scientific and human psychological. It is possible to apply reciprocity elements to architectural spaces in a comprehensive manner while being different from each other in terms of rationality and immediacy.

  • The essence of architecture is space acquired as a result of architect's design act, but the object of the design is not the space and it is the physical elements to construct it. The masters of modern architecture have described the types of spaces that can be composed of these elements, but there is a difficulty in constructing the space because they does not mention how to construct it. From this point of view, if architecture is the techniques for human behavior and the art of building space, it is recognized that there is a need for concrete research on how to construct a space with ambiguous substance. Therefore, I conducted research on the extensibility of diagonal spaces through '4 Logements Studio' by Henri Ciriani, a representative architect of Neo Corbusian. The 'network for identity' method proposed by Ciriani was examined as a methode to realize spatial expansion and the furniture should be designed as an element of reading space and 3 optimal alternatives for 4 housing arrangements were obtained based on the Equivalence, Lighting, View, and Community life.

  • 월간 <건축사> 4월 호의 표지를 장식한 '차이커뮤니케이션 사옥'은 강남구 학동대로 뒤쪽에 있는 광고 회사의 사옥이다. 이 건축물은 여백과 절제를 통해 단순하면서도 정갈한 입면을 구현해 내어, 새롭고 오래된 건축물이 혼재된 강남구에서 그 자체로 심플하면서도 힘 있게 자리한다. 제한적인 대지 규모에서, 개개인의 창의성을 중요시한 오픈형 사무공간에 도시와 자연을 동시에 담아내 다양한 외부공간을 접하게 한 차이커뮤니케이션 사옥을 설계한 박일훈 건축사(반 건축사사무소), 지난 3월 12일, 그를 만나 건축적 목표 등의 이야기를 직접 들어봤다.

  • Part of public arts, environmental sculpture not only enhance the beauty of a building, but also a landmark having intimate values with the city environment and symbolic meanings. 'Space storytelling' is not only a connecting bridge between the space and human, but also plays a role in promoting creation of story like a catalyst. Storytelling is expanding to many related industries and one of which is artistic structure, and the storytelling of residental space is getting widely applied to establish the competitive superiority. The purpose of this study involves logically examination the service deliver process of space storytelling based on the residential space. And this study expected to research the influencing factors about purchase and service delivery process of artistic structure.
