In 2011, the overall construction markets in KOREA are highly depressed due to decreases in orders of domestic construction markets in both private and public field. Also, we are losing competitive advantages over Chinese and Indian companies owing to the market shares on plant construction projects excessively. It is recognizable, under the circumstances that we are in interior position on high value technique to other advanced countries, that the orders of mega building and plant construction projects tend to be placed through the" Pre-construction Service", the importance of which has been emphasized domestically and internationally in recent time. However, current domestic construction companies show scarcity in understanding the general idea of the Pre-construction Service and fail in building proper structure of it. It is obvious that they cannot have any competent strategy to deal with Pre-construction Service. The Purpose of this paper is to analyze the core competence throughout preconstruction phase and, and make up for the weakness in the current pre-construction service process.

도시로의 인구집중, 도시의 대규모화에 따라 고가의 부지에 대한 고밀도화가 요구되고, 주거부문에서는 그 대응 수단으로 초고층 공동주택의 건설이 증가 하고 있다. 부언하면, 대도시 도심부의 높은 지가 상황에서 가구당 건설비의 저감을 위한 고용적률화의 필요성, 새로운 도심지 주거스타일의 발생 및 그에 대한 대응, 도심지역 기능 재편 대책으로서 도심지역에 있어서의 상주인구 확보 등의 대응 수단으로서, 도시 주택의 한 타입인 초고층 공동주택 건설이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 도심지 초고층 공동주택 건설의 기반에는 근년의 초고층 건설기술의 진보 및 발전이 있다는 것은 두말할 나위도 없다. 본고에서는 초고층 공동주택에 필요한 각종 설비시 스템중에서, 주거환경의 위생성및 쾌적성을 확보에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 쓰레기처리 설비시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

미국에서는 정보통신분야를 미래의 성장잠재력이 가장 큰 분야라고 보고 그 하부구조인 NII(National Information Infrastructure)로서 정보고속도로(Information Superhighway)를 건설하려고 한다. 고어부통령이 앞장서 제창하고 민간부문이 뒷받침하고 있는 이 구상은 고어자신이 부에노스아이레스에서 열린 세계전기통신개발회의(WDTC) 연설에서 밝힌 GII(Global Information Infrastructure)계획과 같이 앞으로 미국뿐만 아니라 전세계적으로도 현안 과제가 될 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 민간부문을 중심으로 추진되어야 한다는 원칙을 표방하고 있는 미국의 NII구상을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라에서 추진될 초고속통신망의 모습을 미리 그려보는데 도움을 얻고자 한다.

Plant industry is very important industry that dominate 70% of standard foreign countries construction acceptance an order woe 2004 years. Technique of plant industry is state that secure part equipment connection detailed design and construction class' competitive power. But, high added value creation among plant industry need technique elevation because available plan, basic design technology is insufficient. This study is intended to examine the types of U-public service that can be introduced to the public sector by making an empirical analysis on Chungju City public officials. Specially, to analyze the public officials' recognition of the types of ubiquitous public service that can be introduced to the public sector, this study investigates the utility and necessity of ubiquitous information technology when making use of it in terms of administrative concepts. To achieve study purpose, this study examines what type of U-public service is highly likely to be applied and basically has to be applied when ubiquitous information technology is applied to the current environment of Chungju City in stages.

Quick identification of the condition of tunnel face and optimized determination of support patterns during tunnel excavation in underground construction projects help engineers prevent tunnel collapse and safely excavate tunnels. This study investigates a CNN technique for quick determination of rock quality classification depending on the condition of tunnel face, and presents the procedure for rock quality classification using a deep learning technique and the improved method for accurate prediction. The VGG16 model developed by tens of thousands prestudied images was used for deep learning, and 1,469 tunnel face images were used to classify the five types of rock quality condition. In this study, the prediction accuracy using this technique was up to 83.9%. It is expected that this technique can be used for an error-minimizing rock quality classification system not depending on experienced professionals in rock quality rating.

화석연료의 점진적인 고갈과 그 사용에 따라 발생하는 환경오염 문제의 해결 및 에너지 안보 차원에서 세계 각국은 수소경제로의 이동을 준비 중이며 현재 기술개발을 통해 상업화의 시기를 앞당기는 노력을 하고 있다. 국내에서는 2003년부터 본격적으로 정부 주도의 기술개발 및 실용화 사업을 추진하고 있으며 민간 부문에서는 국내 대기업들을 위주로 해외 전문업체와의 제휴를 통해 차세대 수종 사업으로 수소 연료전치 기술개발을 추진 중이나, 아직까지 기술력이 세계수준에는 이르지 못하고 있는 실정이다. SK는 산업자원부와 에너지관리공단에서 주관하는 대체에너지 기술개발 사업 중 수소연료전지 분야의 '수소스테이션(Hydrogen Station) 국산화 기술개발' 사업의 주관 기관으로서, 독자 기술로 개발한 수소 발생 장치를 중심으로 하여 2007년 수소스테이션 건설을 목표로 연구를 수행하고 있다. 수소스테이션 국산화 기술 개발은 2004년부터 2009년까지 총 5년간에 걸쳐 진행되며, 주관 연구기관인 SK는 수소 발생 장치의 개발과 이를 중심으로 한 수소스테이션의 건설을 총괄하고 있으며, 3개 국책 연구 기관 및 4개 대학이 위탁연구 기관으로 참여하여, 수소 생산 신공정 개발, 촉매 개발, PSA개발 및 탈항 기술 개발 등에 대한 요소 기술의 국산화를 목표로 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 고에는 2004년부터 현재까지의 주요 연구 결과 및 수소스테이션 건설 추진 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Nowadays, most domestic construction companies are concentrating their interests on IT areas, so a variety advanced techniques such as CRM, SCM, ERP have been adopted by them. this is one of the ways to survive in the domestic market. It is the current tendency in the construction business. But, Home Pages of domestic construction companies are composed of simple structures which are limited to simple advertisements of each company or simple system application. It has been reported that customers are still maintaining low participation in this situation. This study first will analyze implementation situations in other business area's and survey people's opinions in construction-related areas. Then we will provide basic data for web-site's stimulation of construction companies.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the airborne sound insulation performance between housing units and community facilities during the construction phase. Community facilities adjacent to housing units can lead to noise problems, hence it is necessary to minimize noise transmission during the design phase. However, flanking noise transmitted through gaps of structures, windows, pipes, and other openings may result in substandard sound insulation performance falling below the design standards. Therefore, It is crucial to measure airborne sound insulation in the field during the construction phase. The measurement was conducted using the survey method for the field measurement of the airborne sound insulation in accordance with KS F ISO 10052:2021. Although the noise standards caused by community facilities in apartment complexes are not specified in current laws and regulations, desired noise level was set based on international guidelines for indoor noise. First, the level of noise generated in community facilities was estimated, and then the sound insulation performance was evaluated to determine whether the desired noise level was achieved.
