The Research on the Curve of Maintenance Cost from Newly Constructed Steel Box Girder Bridge (최근 가설된 강상자형 교량의 보수.보강 공사비곡선 추정에 관한 연구)

  • 최근 우리나라의 건설 분야에서는 생애주기비용(Life Cycle Cost;이하 LCC)/가치공학(Value Engineering; 이하 VE)을 적용한 구조물 설계가 실시되고 있다. 이는, 건설교통부에서 공공건설사업의 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 실시하고 있으며, 대통령령에 따라 "건설기술관리법시행령"을 제정하여 공공사업분 수행 절차와 기준을 법제화 하였으며 이후 시행령 38조 13의 "설계의 경제성등 검토" 실시를 의무화하는 시행지침을 작성하여 수행하고 있다. 이러한, LCC/VE의 검토에서 보수 보강 공사비 산정은 유지보수공사 프로파일링을 통한 보수 보강 시기를 산정(건설교통부, 2003)하여 교량 구성요소별 보수 교체 주기를 산정(건설교통부, 2001)에서 제시한 기간을 적용하여 LCC/VE를 평가하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 보수 보강 공사비의 적용은 일괄적인 적용이며, 예전 국내의 교량 건설기술이 현재와 같이 발전된 상태에서의 현황이 아니므로 본 연구에서는 현재 고속국도에 완공되어 운용중인 교량 구조물을 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 시행령(2008)에 따른 "시설물의 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 지침"에 의한 교량의 초기점검, 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단 자료를 조사 분석하여 보수 보강 공사비 곡선을 추정하려 한다.

  • Earned Value Management System(EVMS) has been institutionalized as an advanced management technique of construction project lately. And its research has been in the active progress in order to utilize the earned value concept as a project management tool for construction project ordered by both government and private sector. However it is necessary to test and prove the EVMS's adaptability to our construction environment by EVMS's several of operations before its introduction. Project forecasting phase of EVMS is the Estimate at Completion by utilizing earned value data. So, the purpose of this study is to propose EAC evaluation method for evaluation the accuracy of the EAC and encouraging cost realism, and to test for proving the validity of the evaluation methods through hypothesis testing.

  • As constructions are changing variously from the size and efficiency, the role of supervision services tend to reach beyond mere monitoring or supervision to prevent fraudulence, but tend to extend toward a system that manages all the stages of the construction industry. There are growing demand to improve government operated corporation systems to secure high quality public facilities, and reviews on construction supervision system and supervision services roles, function, responsibility and obligations have been the topics among advanced researchers. However, the circumstance is that researches on the construction supervision service compensation and supervision services assignment criteria that serve as basis of such construction supervision system improvement are insufficient, and for practical development of construction supervision system, researches on construction supervision service compensation and supervision services assignment criteria will need to precede. Hence, this research purports to propose improvement directions of construction supervision system by deducing problems through condition survey on the construction supervision services ordered by public organizations.

  • This study refers to development of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and Activity sample for integrated cost and schedule control system of sample bridge work in the field. The conclusions from this study may be summarized as following 1. It showed that the level of detail to network's activities depend upon schedule's intended purpose. 2. It is more effective 'activity to cost package model' than 'activity to resource model', for integrated cost and schedule control reflect the characteristics of domestic construction industry.

  • A construction site survey is carried out for the Construction Standard Unit Price(CSUP) in order to establish a standard for the appropriate estimated price. This paper proposed the revised plan by surveying the 56 sites under construction from March to October 2022 for interior finishing work and Carpentry work. It is expected that the revision of the CSUP for interior finishing work and Carpentry work will more accurately reflect the actual construction situation and contribute to improving the adequacy of the CSUP.

  • Construction cost index (CCI) has been published for last 10 years, it's contributed to update the historical cost data, analysis cost fluctuation and evaluate the market price for construction works with direct or indirect manner. CCI is a secondary or processed statistics using the basic statistics of input output table (IO table) and producer price index (PPI) from the Bank of Korea (BOK). So once the basic statistics change, it is required to modify the calculating model of CCI. Recently the BOK changed some fundamental principles and the base year (from 2005 to 2010), that can be used in IO table and PPI. This research analyzed the recent revision of basic statistics and their impacts on CCI, and improved the previous CCI model in response to it. Also the validity of new CCI was verified by analyzing the items and weights utilized in CCI and comparing the related index.

Analysis of Loss Costs and Risk Reserve due to Risk Events for Aircraft Runway Construction (활주로 건설공사의 위험사건에 따른 손실비용 및 위험예비비 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive risk events that occurred during aircraft runway construction and analyze loss costs for project participants. For this purpose, design change data, contracted statement and completed statement were investigated. The results of this study are as follows: There were 12 risk events in the process of construction, 5 design errors and 7 construction errors. The increased construction costs due to such risk events were calculated as KRW 726 million. Of the KRW 726 million that was increased due to risk events, about 52.57% was spent by the ordering agency, and about 47.43% contractors. The increased construction costs due to such risk events are about 4.86% of the direct construction costs of KRW 14.9 billion. Based on the results derived from these case studies, a method for estimating reserve costs and construction costs considering risk events is presented.

거푸집공사의 재해 위험성 평가에 관한 연구

  • 건설공사의 공종 중 거푸집공사는 전체공사기간의 대략 25%를 차지하고 있으며 공사비 비율은 일반적으로 전체공사비의 10~15%, 철근콘크리트공사비의 20~30%를 차지하고 있어 구조물의 안전성, 경제성 및 작업성과 품질관리에 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 거푸집은 콘크리트가 양생되면 곧 해체되는 가설구조물로써 작업상에서 많은 위험요소를 포함하고 있으며 특히, 아파트공사의 경우 전체 재해발생의 17%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 이와 같이 거푸집공사는 가장 우선적으로 관리하여야 할 위험공종이며 전체공기를 좌우하는 주공정으로서 이를 재해발생의 측면에서 제어하는 것이 안전관리에 있어서 가장 효율적이며 큰 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.(중략)

  • The construction duration in apartment construction is an important factor which affects project cost. Henceforth, the time shortening is essential to retrench project cost and project risk when there adopt Five-Day Workweek and introduce apartment sales after completion of construction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine closely the affecting factors on the duration of framework which forms about $40\sim50\$ percent of total time in apartment construction by analyzing the schedule mechanism of typical floor and to show the reasonable time shortening methods by case study. The shown schedule mechanism and basic schedule table can utilize as a guideline in case of scheduling of framework in the existing construction method. Also, the shown time shortening methods by three case studies will guide the direction and process of time shortening while there need time shortening in many-sided projects.
