A mobile healthcare application is a healthcare software application designed to run on mobile devices such as smartphone and tablet computers. Mobile healthcare applications have enormous potential for monitoring and care everyday living of patient with chronic disease. In fact, mobile healthcare applications are found to be active in various fields. However, the development is rarely done in Korean medicine field. The aim of this study was to develop the healthcare application based on the tongue diagnosis. The process included planning, designing, programming, and revising. Through a pilot study, the application was found the improvement requirement, and to be usable in the real-life settings.

스마트 폰 시대에 발맞추어 대형 병원에서는 환자들의 이용을 돕는 애플리케이션을 선보였다. 환자의 '진료 예약', '예약일 알림' 등 단순한 관리에서부터, 병원에서 받은 검사에 대한 결과를 환자가 직접 확인할 수 있는 '차트보기' 까지, 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구자는 이러한 앱에, 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 게임화를 접목시켜 암 환자의 암 치료 후 건강관리 시스템을 만들어 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 시스템을 만드는 연구의 사전 연구로서 우리나라 5대 병원의 현재 애플리케이션을 조사하고, 게임화로 발전 가능한 부분을 알아보고자 한다.

Mobile health industry has been combined with IT technology and is attracting attention. The health application has been developed to provide users a healthy life style. First of all, 5 mobile health applications were selected and reviewed in terms of their service trend. It turned out that none of those applications had any emotional data but physical one. Secondly, to extract users' emotion, technological researches were sorted into different categories. And the result implied that text-based emotion recognition technology is the most suitable for the mobile health service. To implement the service, the application was designed and developed the process of emotion recognition system based on the contents of the research. One-dimension emotion model, which is the standard of classifying emotional data and social network service, was set up as a source. In last, to suggest the usage of health application has been combined with persuasive technology. As a result, this paper prospered a overall service process, concrete service scheme and a guidelines containing 15 services in accordance with the five emotions and time. It is expected to become a direction for indicators considering a psychological individual context.

본 논문에서는 키넥트 센서 기반의 노인 건강 관리 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 체조하기 모드와 두뇌 게임 모드로 구성한다. 체조하기 모드는 모션 인식 기능을 활용하여 스트레칭을 비롯한 다양한 체조 동작을 반복적으로 따라 함으로써 사용자의 건강을 관리할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 두뇌게임 모드는 사용자의 기억력을 증진함으로써 치매를 예방할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 또한, Unity의 핸드트래킹 기술을 이용하여 두뇌 게임을 하는 동시에 자연스레 팔과 어깨의 운동을 할 수 있도록 게임 화면을 구성한다.

국내 전체 가구 중 반려동물을 키우는 가구가 15%를 차지하고 있다. 반려동물에 대한 관심도가 증가하고 인식이 달라짐에 따라 반려동물 시장 또한 점차 커지고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 반려동물 보호자들이 반려동물의 건강을 쉽게 관리할 수 있도록 돕고자 한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 애플리케이션을 통해 세부적인 항목을 제시하여 반려동물의 건강 관리하는데 있어 놓치는 사항을 줄일 수 있도록 한다. 애플리케이션에서 제공하는 동물병원 찾기, 산책 지수, 만보기, 케어 가이드 기능을 이용하여 어렵지 않게 반려동물 관리할 수 있도록 돕는다. 반려동물과 보호자들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 기여할 것이라고 기대된다.

The present study aimed to investigate the information needs and information seeking behavior of consumers who attempted to quit or maintain the ceasing of smoking and analyze the effects of the health information obtained at different stages. In particular, we examined how consumers use mobile health applications(health apps) as aids to change unhealthy behaviors and how their use of health apps influence health behavior changes. For 7 months from December 2017 to July 2018, the researchers observed changes in smoking behaviors of college students who use smoking-cessation apps and conducted face-to-face interviews. Regarding the effects of smoking-cessation apps, the participants in the action stage reported that they were encouraged to quit smoking by visualized information such as the number of days of smoking cessation, change of health status, and the saving of money due to smoking cessation. The participants in the maintenance stage highlighted that smoking cessation apps were helpful in recognizing the importance and achievement of smoking cessation by sharing experiences and social support with other attempters in the app community. The study provided theoretical implications in the field of information behavior in that it identified the particular types of information needs and information-seeking behavior of the consumers who were using mobile apps in their behavior modification process. In addition, those findings can contribute to designing the contents of the smoking cessation apps that reflect the information needs of those who attempt to cease smoking and further suggest practical insights to health information services that promote effective information intervention strategies in health behavior change.

Air pollution due to the fine dust level updating every day, and the problem of indoor air pollution due to ventilation difficulties and indoor discharge pollutants is also serious. In order to improve the indoor air quality, the air purification effect using the plants is prominent. In this study was started to investigated the living environment of modern people, the risk of indoor air pollution and the improvement function of plants, and to activate plant application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main functions and design status of domestic and overseas plant - related applications, and to understand the actual use of modern plant applications and to help them learn more convenient plant - related knowledge. Therefore, this paper attempted to establish a basis for suggesting a new plant application by conducting a survey on the health effects of indoor air pollution and user awareness of plant - related applications. The results and contents of the study are as follows. First, as a theoretical review, indoor air pollution is more dangerous to modern people who have a high proportion of indoor living time and adversely affects their health. In order to solve such a problem, it has been shown that air conditioning and stress reduction can be effectively achieved by placing plants in the indoor space. Second, the analysis of the previous study shows the risk of indoor air pollution and its adverse effects on health. In addition, I have been able to find some researches related to the improvement of the indoor air by using the air purifying plants, and I can see the improvement of the user's behavior through the development or improvement of the application. Third, as a result of the survey on the status of domestic and overseas plant application, the main function of the application having high installation number was watering notification, provision of basic information of plants, and most of the functions were plant discerment through cameras. Fourth, most of the survey respondents have either raised or raised plants. Those who have little experience with plant applications have also shown positive feedback in the future on the use of plant-related applications. In addition, due to social problems such as air pollution, air purification using plants and functional plants showed high interest. Based on these results, we propose the need for a multi-functional plant application that can improve the indoor air pollution and facilitate the provision of information related to it.

These days, computer system has been introduced for work in most areas, including manufacturing, medical service, education, logistics, and other services. To increase work efficiency, mobile system has been more applied. However, on the basis of Android applications, it is hard for laypersons who have no enough knowledge of Android, or computer team members in general firms to develop mobile App. As a result, work efficiency comes to low. Therefore, this study designed and developed the mobile application for anthropometry data input of medical checkup with the use of App Inventor. As shown in the designed and developed mobile application, it is expected to develop a work process mobile App, it is expected to develop a work process mobile App easily and quickly with the use of App Inventor and to increase work efficiency even though there is not much knowledge of mobile application development.

최근 스마트폰 시장과 안드로이드 기반의 스마트폰을 사용하는 사람들이 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 많은 사람들이 꾸준한 관심을 갖는 건강 및 식단 관리가 가능한 애플리케이션을 제안 및 구현하였다. SmartC는 사용자가 먹은 음식의 종류와 양에 따라 칼로리를 계산해주며 섭취한 영양소의 양도 계산해 준다. 저장된 리스트를 보면서 사용자는 앞으로의 운동 및 식단 계획을 세울 수 있다.
