In this paper, we propose an efficient indoor environment management system which provides the environment management service in ubiquitous computing environment. It is designed to gather data from the user's environment and keep it pleasant with respect to indoor air quality regulation. In order to offer such service Ubiquitous Computing Environment used distributed framework based on the active model for its development and support, while supporting service integration and also we used service oriented architecture. In order to verify the performance of the environment management system, components showed operation while environment management service showed the result through GUI screen.

For the foundational study on automatic review of the barrier free Environment certification for the socially disadvantaged using BIM modeling information, we first confirm the need of the automatic review by analyzing the barrier free Environment certification an by investigating the existing studies on barrier free Environment certification. After that, we select a primary approach for our research by investigating the related works such as automatic review of the building code. As a next step, we generate the BIM modeling information, extract the classification system, analyze and extract items in the barrier free Environment certification according the extracted system, compares the items with the BIM generation information, and allocate them. And, we showed the potential usability of automatic review by deriving a process to prepare the ruleset structure for the automatic review and to prepare a criteria for BIM modeling guide.

Recently the social movement which emphasizes the new balanced relationships between human and its environment has been arisen. In the field of forestry also the new paradigm which requires to manage forest resources in a sustainable way has been issued. Furthermore forest policy environment in Korea has been rapidly changed. The Forest Law era lasted over 40 and more years was ended and the new Forest Basic Law era which emphasizes the sustainable forest management just started in 2006. Under these circumstances this study explored the attitudinal changes of the Korea Forest Service employees, who have strong influence in forest policy making and implementing, on the multiple use issues of national forests, the new environmental paradigm and resources management paradigm between 1993 and 2006. The study results indicate that there are no significant differences on attitudes and beliefs between the staff and line employee groups. But there are attitudinal changes between 1993 and 2006 groups. Generally the KFS employees favored using national forest lands for the timber production and recreational uses, but they did not favor the livestock forage and mineral development. The KFS employees have pro-environmental attitudes and beliefs. On the other hand they perceive the KFS policy position is more toward commodity production or neutral.

With the rapid advancement of information and communication technology and industrial technologies, a hyper-connected society is being realized to connect human beings, all programs and things via the Internet. IoT (Internet of Thing), which connects a thing and another thing, and things and human beings, gathers information to realize the hyper-connected society. MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is a push-technology-based light message transmission protocol that was developed to be optimized to the limited communication environment such as IoT. In pursuing the hyper-connected society, IoT's sensor environment information is now being used as a wide range of information on people's diseases and health management. Thus, security problems of such MQTT include not only the leak of environmental information but also the personal information infringement. To resolve such MQTT security problems, we have designed a new security MQTT communication by applying the initial-value sensitivity and pseudorandomness of the chaotic system to the integrity and confidentiality. The encryption method using our proposed chaotic system offers a simple structure and a small amount of calculation, and it is deemed to be suitable to the limited communication environment such as IoT.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was investigating the differences in temperament, personality, and cognitive function among athletes and non-athletes, as well as differences within athlete groups participating in different-paced sports like baseball and basketball. Methods : A total of 57 professional basketball players, 51 professional baseball players, and 44 non-athletes subjected to temperament and characteristics inventory assessments and computerized neurocognitive function test. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to analyze the average differences in demographic characteristics, temperament, personality traits, and cognitive functions among the three groups, followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests. Comparisons between starters and non-starters within the athlete groups were conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. Results : In the analysis of temperament, the basketball and baseball player groups exhibited higher reward dependence and persistence compared to the control group. Additionally, in the assessment of personality traits, both basketball and baseball player groups scored higher in self-directedness and cooperativeness compared to the control group, whereas self-transcendence scores were lower. In cognitive ability assessments, baseball and basketball players outperformed the control group in emotional perception tests. Both baseball and basketball players showed lower card movement counts compared to the control group. Conclusions : This study compared the differences in temperament, personality, and cognitive abilities between professional basketball and baseball players and non-athletes. These results provide valuable insights into the temperament, personality, and cognitive abilities of professional athletes, contributing important information for athlete development and coaching goals in the future.

PHR(Personal Health Record) to support the lifelong healthcare of their medical information to consumers anytime, anywhere can view and manage health information to help direct input can be defined as a service. The PHR is to provide services efficiently and PHR systems and health-related information systems should be integrated and linked. However, the current healthcare information systems field in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems, and accordingly continues to increase budget for information, but the current system, although the association between a variety of system integration and linkage is being made. This paper proposes a Integrated information system on Healthcare based on Web service to solve problems mentioned above. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is a major method of integrating services on the Web. It enables new requirements to be added to existing systems without modification of legacy services, so it makes rapid adaption to varying business environment. Therefore, In this paper, PHR services based on SOA as a platform for the health care sector to design and implement an integrated information system by web services based PHR services for the construction of a new integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model.

Social enterprise in Korea has faced with many problems such as small size, management capability, lack of technology and weak ability to obtain resources despite its quantitative growth, raising concern over sustainability of social enterprises. Despite such tough environment, unique feature of social enterprise, differentiated from commercial enterprise is that it has clear social mission. In addition, social enterprise has the organizational feature in that vulnerable social group of workers coexists with ordinary workers, and plays a role of helping independence of vulnerable social group. Due to this feature, successful organizational socialization of members in social enterprise is a very important feature. Based on assumption that social mission of social enterprise can be utilized as the unique competitiveness of social enterprise through vision-sharing in the organization, and may give positive effects on successful organizational socialization of organization members, this study aims to conduct empirical research on relationship between vision-sharing and organizational socialization and to explore mediation effects of organizational health as organizational environmental element in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. This study was conducted on 156 employees working at social enterprises. As a result of study, first, vision sharing is found to have positive effects on organizational socialization at social enterprises. Second, vision sharing in social enterprise has positive effects on organizational health. Third, vitality and community-oriented in social enterprise are found to have mediation effects among lower elements of organizational health in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. In conclusion, it is confirmed that the more visions of organization are shared, the more members recognize their organization healthy, resulting in successful organizational socialization. This study is meaningful in that it presents the plans for successful organizational socialization of members of social enterprise including vulnerable groups and that it is the empirical study on plans of social enterprise on human resource management.

Jeongseon-gun has the SaBuk Public Library, 17 small libraries, and the Jeongseon Educational Library. In 2023, with the completion of the Jeongseon County Public Library, there is a need to establish innovative library policy strategies that consider balanced development by region. The primary goal of this study was to set the direction for the future of Jeongseon County's public libraries and provide appropriate strategies. To achieve this, an examination of the local situation and characteristics of Jeongseon County was conducted, followed by an analysis of the operational status of the public libraries. Additionally, a satisfaction survey and demand analysis were conducted among the residents of Jeongseon County regarding the libraries, to analyze directions for library improvements. Ultimately, taking into account the local characteristics, library status, and residents' needs, an optimized strategy for the region was presented. As a result of the study, the operational goal to achieve the vision was set as "a life-friendly library that shares the healthy lives of residents of Jeongseon-gun," and emphasized its role as a companion close to daily life for the healthy lives of Jeongseon-gun residents. The four strategic tasks to promote the operational goals were expressed as "a library that grows with local residents," "a library that provides multicultural exchange," "a sustainable future-oriented library," and "a library that cooperates with the local community."

This study investigated the effect of digital agriculturalization factors on business performance with the use of financial support as a moderating variable for agricultural firm workers. The factors of digital agriculture were divided into digital technology innovation orientation, administration innovation orientation, healthiness of ecosystem and entrepreneurship orientation, and business performance was set as a dependent variable. 212 questionnaires collected from workers in agricultural businesses located across the country were used for empirical analysis. Analysis results using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 are as follows: First, digital technology innovation orientation, administration innovation orientation, and entrepreneurship orientation have a significant effect on business performance, and the effect of ecosystem health on business performance is appeared to be insignificant. Second, the use of financial support was found to significantly moderating the relationship between digital technology innovation orientation and business performance, entrepreneurship orientation and business performance. On the other hand, it was found that the relationship between operational innovation orientation, business performance, and healthiness of ecosystem and business performance were not significantly moderated In addition, as a follow-up study, a study on the mediation model formed by the discovery of mediators and a study for a moderated mediation analysis through a conditional process model with additional mediators are required.
