Current U-Healthcare has become specialized in Wellness center in the prevention of future health care concept of a health center, treatment. Wellness is the development of which has been emerging field of fitness system to evolve along with the key areas of U-Healthcare. Traditional Fitness system, one between the trainer and the user: 1. Consultation was only possible, the number of trainers are limited, this problem can be reduced individual coaching time existed as more number of users who can receive coaching at certain times of the day. In this paper, we design a mechanism that allows management by grouping field value of a DB table in the user's BMI(Body Mass Index) index and fitness trainer system to efficiently coaching a plurality of users similar BMI index.

In recent, hospital information systems are widely used to electronically record, manage and share the data collected in hospitals. Such systems have contributed greatly to improving the work efficiency in modern hospitals, however, the collected data concerning the patients should be appropriately processed and reused to provide the healthcare service providers with decision supports. Especially, this paper proposes the patient flow monitoring system for the operations management of the outpatient department for patients with chronic diseases, and discusses the related issues. The proposed system visualizes the standard process model extracted from the patient history data and various performance measures, and this enables the managers to evaluate and enhance the operations of the outpatient clinic. In this paper, the patient flow monitoring system is applied to the rheumatology clinic, and the prototype system optimized for I-pad is illustrated.

Due to the development of health promotion and health care technology of smartphones paradigm from treatment to manage change, and this is increasing the fitness in time for the user. However, fitness club, users find the right exercise law-personal trainer must be costly to pay companies describes the management system is required in order to operate the high costs strain. In this paper, such as scalable servers to OpenWrt Fonera is mainly based on the client to configure the server iOS mobile sensors collect a user's movement through the history of the user's input. This data is sent to the Web and check whether the receiving system via a trainer is to record the users through weight training and to receive feedback.

U-healthcare is maintaining of users' health without limitations from where and when they are. As it is important to guarantee compatibility between heterogeneous systems in U-healthcare, a medical information standard is compulsory. An adequate standard means that it is easy to understand and it can cover wide range of information types and various medical devices. Among them, HL7(Helath Level 7) has those traits, but HL7 is not adequate for non-text message, especially for medical waveform. JAHIS suggested an appropriate standard, that is MFER. MFER has many advantages for representation of medical waveform, but it is still not good for real-time applications. In U-healthcare, there are lots of needs for real-time application, so we need a standard that can have useful properties of MFER and HL7, and support real-time. In this article, there are two main topics. The first one is introducing MFER and HL7. Second, the new scheme(TS-MFER with HL7) is developed by modifying MFER and HL7 for real-time applications.

This study determined the communicative characteristics of public libraries through locality, communality, interactivity, and organism and sought to measure the validity of their components to define the role of libraries based on the analysis. According to the analysis results, there are four communicative characteristics of public libraries: locality, communality, interactivity, and organism. This study defined the role of public libraries according to communicative characteristics. First, libraries should encourage the formation of a healthy society by providing a space for diverse community activities, contributing to the building and strengthening of their local communities, and offering the necessary information to do so. Second, libraries should contribute to the formation of local cultural communities and strengthen interpersonal relations among community members to reinforce a sense of community, while also supporting the heightening of social adaptability to foster a sense of belonging and community activity participation among members. Third, libraries act as a space for sharing ideas between generations, provide a space to carry out leisure activities, and enable the cultural prosperity of local communities. Lastly, as a representative space of local communities, libraries raise the value of the residential environment and contribute to their communities and members.

This study examined the correlation between college students' unemployment stress and affecting factors including physical symptoms, mental health, and self-esteem. In the results, students appeared to have more stress when they were female, in higher grades, in low satisfaction in their school life, in the lack of leisure time, in inadequate preparation for employment, and when they had none of those who could share their feeling on unemployment than students in the opposite situations. Students' physical and mental health had a positive relation with unemployment stress, and self esteem had a negative relation with unemployment stress. After multivariate analysis, the factors affecting unemployment stress were senior grade and depression. On the other hand, the factors predicting low umemployment stress were male sex, high level of self esteem, and satisfaction in preparation for employment. Therefore, the counselling program for employment preparation should include intervention strategies for enhancing self-esteem besides providing with information of employment.

The big data utilization category in the sports field was mainly focused on the big data analysis to improve the competence of the athlete and the performance. Since then, 'big data technology' which collect and analyze more detailed and diverse data through the application of ICT technology such as IoT and AI has been applied. The use of big data of sports contents in future has value and possibility in the smart environment, but it is necessary to overcome the shortage and limitation of platform to manage and share sports contents. In order to solve such problems, it is important to change the perception of the companies or providers that provide sports contents and cultivate and secure professional personnel capable of providing sports contents. Also, it is necessary to implement policies to systematically manage and utilize big data poured from sports contents.

Furniture is an essential element in the area of human residence, and the necessity of system furniture suitable for the pursuit of unity in design, which clearly distinguishes the various and flexible arrangements and characteristics of space, is gradually expanding. The elderly population in Korea currently exceeds 15%, and is expected to be close to 40% by 2050. An increasing number of elderly generations are showing different behavioral patterns, such as sharing information, health care, and seeking independence from children. In order to maintain an independent daily life, a stable living environment has become essential, but as a result of a study that safety accidents caused by households increase due to a decrease in cognitive ability and physical ability, the need for a suitable household has increased. Therefore, the biological changes and characteristics of the elderly were investigated, and the concept definition, scope and limitations of system households were studied. In addition, by grasping the changes in the home appliance market and trends in the home appliance market, the design direction of system furniture required by the elderly was presented.

Recently, as more and more cyclists ride bicycles for their health and more people commute by bicycle, the number of cyclists has increased. However, as the number of users increases, many accidents occur, and the handling of bicycle accidents is unstable. It is inadequate to prepare for accidents in other ways except for safety equipment. Therefore, there is a need for a safe and convenient way for modern adults to ride. Unlike other apps, in this study, by adding a safety function, you can shoot a black box while riding, and a function to inform you that it is an accident-prone area is implemented. In addition, a function that can detect an accident using the Android built-in sensor and automatically make emergency contact is added. Cyclists can secure safety and convenience in one app without the need to use additional apps. Furthermore it develops an app system that allows you to talk about riding and share your route through the Riding Community bulletin board.

The purpose of this study is to consider ontology theory and get to forge design and implementation of ontology-based access system which is support to the nutrition and food guide tower of Home Economics textbooks in middle school in order to offer the way of effective learning performance. It offers a model by establishing a nutrition and food guide tower access system based on Protege-2000 framework. This system is on the basis of XML, and it makes possible to work with semantic web, a next generation internet technology, and provides a meaning structure that can be shared in the field of nutrition in order to build up the fundament of knowledge an information system for the mutual operations. A learner can systemize the knowledge through a self-information access and an instructor can also check out the degree of learner's learning-accomplishment and interests, directly putting the access system into the teaching and learning process. In addition, it is supposed that the learner can maintain a balance and healthy life by internalizing his or her knowledge throughout ontology not only in a teaching and learning process but also in a daily life.
