본 연구에서는 단층구조 평면형 슬롯 도파관 배열 안테나에 있어서 전력분배기로 이용되는 유도성 포스트가 있는 도파관 π-결합의 특성과 각 포트로 나누어지는 전력의 주파수 특성을 고찰하였다. π-결합은 한 개의 결합창을 통해서 두 개의 도파관으로 전력을 분배하여 결합된 도파관들을 동위상·동진폭으로 급전시킬 수 있다. 전력분배 특성은 Galerkin법을 사용해서 해석했고 유도성 포스트를 붙임으로써 π-결합으로부터의 반사는 -27dB이하로 억제할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Learning agility is the will and ability to flexibly change thoughts and behaviors by quickly learning in new environments and experiences, and is a core competency to overcome crisis and solve organizational problems. It is a concept that can be used in the same organization group. Based on the previous research, a study was conducted to investigate how the job characteristics and personal learning agility of the army deputy officers influence learning satisfaction. After receiving a questionnaire survey of 216 business and yarn companies, SPSS 24.0 was used to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement variables, and the hypothesis was verified by regression analysis. It was found that some of the sub-categories of personal learning agility (self-awareness, active change pursuit) had a positive effect on learning satisfaction. This means that in order to enhance the effectiveness of military cyber education, measures should be taken to avoid overload in the field, and in order to increase performance in military organizations, personal learning agility pursuing positive change based on self-awareness and feedback must be developed.

This study aims to draw a correlation in the choice of automobiles as the preferred mode of personal transport in relation to three factors: 5Ds, urban form and individual-level characteristics. The analysis result shows that the control at the individual level is required to analyze effective urban character and urban form elements to decrease the car choice and the 5Ds demonstrate meaningful relation to decreasing the car choice. However, it may be concluded that the density and the diversity, well-known elements in decreasing the car choice among Western cities do not show relatively large impact on Korean cities.

Customized sleep care service needs to be provided differently for individuals since individual has different degree of sleep disorder. Because the brainwave data shows unique waveform characteristics for each person, this characteristic can be used to identify individuals. Personal identification provides an important role in enabling customized services. When you blink, you can obtain brain wave characteristics by measuring the area of the frontal lobe. Therefore, a real-time personal identification algorithm based on blinking EOG for customized sleep care service is proposed in this paper. For evaluation, 10 individuals were tested for personal identification accuracy. The results of the experiment confirmed that a maximum accuracy of 93% were taken. Algorithms can be developed by reflecting characteristics such as changes in the external environment in the future.

There are less studies on the adult suicide even though it's steep increase and negative effect on person itself, family and society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate factors that influence on the adult suicide and to categorize it. Using a case-study approach, a total of 61 cases were analyzed. Specifically, on the basis of the stress-vulnerability model, I scrutinized vulnerability factors(classified personal, family-environment, and social-environment factors) and precipitating events(classified personal, interpersonal events) influencing on the adult suicide. As the results of this study, adult suicide classified into 3 types, that is, 'risk type suicide', 'event-response type suicide', 'complex type'. And then I discussed the characteristics of the suicidal types and the method for reduction of adult suicide.

Developing our understanding of retail employee job satisfaction is important, especially given its impact in reducing employee turnover intentions and increasing employee job performance. While developing our understanding of job satisfaction is important, the vast majority of studies examine job satisfaction as a global or single-faceted construct. However, extant research provides evidence that to properly measure job satisfaction, multi-faceted scales are required (e.g. Churchill et al., 1974; Boles et al., 2007; Rutherford et al., 2009). Using the literature on multi-faceted job satisfaction, this study examines retail employees' satisfaction with supervision, job, company policy, promotion, pay, fellow workers, and customers. Specifically, emotional exhaustion, need for emotion, and personal traits (strong, independent, and warm) are examined as antecedents. This study finds that emotional exhaustion is negatively related to all seven facets of job satisfaction.

In order to enhance their own customer satisfaction index that is one of the top level managerial performance indices, Internet communication service providers endeavor onto establishing a total quality management system. Specifically, it is under discussion that some critical Internet communication network quality characteristics closely related to customer satisfaction index should be controlled aiming to this managerial goal. This paper presents an application scheme of I-MR control charts for monitoring Internet communication network quality characteristics. This statistical quality control scheme generates a signal to practitioners when it detects the network quality characteristics out-of control. It is designed based on; 1) individual measurements; and 2) moving ranges between two consecutive individual measurements collected with a constant time interval. Empirical analyses are illustrated to estimate the expected quality improvement ratios that can be realized with the application scheme proposed in this paper. Assuming that the assignable causes can be revealed and eradicated, regarding two Internet communication services A, B, seven network quality characteristics for each service, eleven distinct measuring spots for each network quality characteristic, the expected quality improvement ratios are calculated with which the effect of the application scheme is evaluated. Results show the ranges of the expected quality improvement ratios; 1) Service A, (1) mean (0.31%-11.44%), (2) standard deviation (9.82%-71.10%): 2) Service B, (1) mean (0.29%-17.64%), (2) standard deviation (8.05%-60.59%). Hence, It is anticipated that the I-MR control charts based application scheme can be effective not only to improving the mean and dispersion of the network quality characteristics concerned but also to maintaining the network quality characteristics in-control consequently.

하천생태계의 서식처 기능을 회복하기 위해 하천의 환경적인 측면에서 건전성을 평가하여 하천환경정비의 방향을 제시하기 위해서는 하천의 자연도를 평가해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내.외의 하천자연도평가에 관한 방법을 조사하였다. 한편 하천의 특성은 하천 고유의 성질이므로 하천 간에 자연도를 상호 비교하는 것 보다는 하천구간별로 자연도를 평가하는 것이 타당하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천별 특성을 반영하여 하천 형태와 하천 환경에 따른 하천자연도 평가 항목을 선택하고 평가항목별 가중치를 부여하기 위하여 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 적용하였다. 계층분석과정의 쌍대비교를 사용하여 하천자연도 평가항목별 상대적 중요도를 정량화하였고 지방하천인 회야강 22개 구간에 적용하여 분석한 결과, 회야강의 하천자연도는 기존 방법을 적용하는 경우 2.96점에서 가중치를 적용하는 경우 2.86점으로 산정되었다. 한편 구간별로 기존 방법과 개선된 방법의 산정결과를 비교하면, 2등급 1개, 3등급 10개, 4등급 10개, 5등급 1개에서 2등급 1개, 3등급 14개, 4등급 6개, 5등급 1개로 산정되었다. 본 연구 결과를 하천기술자가 하천환경정비계획을 수립하는 업무에 채택하는 등 실무에 적용하는 경우 매우 유용할 것이다.

Despite widespread availability of communication media supported ICT(Information & Communication Technology), the influence factors and its role to the communication interaction is not clear. The main objective of this research is to examine the factors that affect to the efficient and effective means of communication interaction. The investigation focuses on the effect of four different factors such as ICT communication media characteristics, personal innovativeness, and ICT media attitude. The hypotheses have been tested with the survey of 159 smart phone users. The research summarized in this paper decomposes the influence of the characteristics of ICT media, IT personal innovativeness, and the attitude of ICT usage to the efficient and effective communication interaction.
