Analysis of the effects of digital privacy security awareness and digital civic engagement on digital privacy protection behavior : focusing on volition and horizontality (디지털 개인 보안 인식과 디지털 시민 참여의식이 디지털 개인 정보보호 행동에 미치는 영향 분석: 자의성과 수평성을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study to analyze the effect of person and situation on digital privacy protection behaviors. The research method design is a factorial design of volition and horizontality. The measurement variables used in the investigation are digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and digital privacy protection behavior. As a result, the volition had a significant effect on digital privacy protection behavior, and it was found that influence of the high-volition-based condition was greater than the low-volition-based condition. The horizontality had a significant effect on digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and it was found that influence of the high-horizontality-based condition was greater than the low-horizontality-based condition. In addition, the discussion explains the suitable contents of information security usability based on these research results.

  • In order to find out the relationship between the indicator of scholarly impact and e-Journal usage in Korea, we analyzed the correlation between the usage statistics of e-Journals published by American Chemical Society, Science, Elsevier and Wiley which was licensed by KESLI consortia in 2006 and impact factor in JCR 2006. We selected 4 universities and 5 research institutes as target institutions which participated in all of the 4 consortia and had higher frequency of e-Journal usage than others. In this correlation analysis we used variables such as the subjects of journals, the types of institution, and impact factor.

Investigating Journal Citation Network with Centrality Measures in the Public Administration and Policy Field (중심성지수를 이용한 행정학·정책학 관련 학술지의 상호인용 네트워크 분석)

  • Writing high-quality papers and publishing them at prestigious academic journals would be something that every scholar strives for. This study made a network with nine academic journals in South Korea in the field of public administration and public policy and analyzed the influence of academic journals through social network analysis. Using centrality measures, such as degree centrality, beta centrality, and eigenvector centrality, this study found that Korean Public Administration Review has the highest influence on the journal network, followed by Korean Public Studies Review. However, different choice of centrality measure led to different ranking of journals in terms of their influence.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how family strengths and cultural disposition were correlated to their interpersonal relationship. Participant of this research were 282 boys and girls who were high schools. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1) there was statistically significant differences in the interpersonal dispositions between sex. 2) boys and girls were significantly conncerning positive correlation among family strengths, cultural disposition and interpersonal dispositions. Multiple regression analysis showed that family strengths, cultural disposition and variables influenced social relation orientation and expression orientation.

The Distinct Impact Dimensions of the Prestige Indices in Author Citation Networks (저자 인용 네트워크에서 명망성 지표의 차별된 영향력 측정기준에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims at proposing three prestige indices-closeness prestige, input domain, and proximity prestige- as useful measures for the impact of a particular node in citation networks. It compares these prestige indices with other impact indices as it is still unknown what dimensions of impact these indices actually measure. The prestige indices enable us to distinguish the most prominent actors in a directed network, similar to the centrality indices in undirected networks. Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were conducted on the author citation network to identify the differentiated implications of the three prestige indices from the existing impact indices. We selected simple citation counting, h-index, PageRank, and the three kinds of centrality indices which assume undirected networks as the existing impact measures for comparison with the three prestige indices. The results indicate that these prestige indices demonstrate distinct impact dimension from the other impact indices. The prestige indices reflect indirect impact while the others direct impact.

  • This research focuses on the perceived marketplace influence(PMI: A belief that recognizes the effect that an individual's actions will have on the behavior of other consumers in the market and thus drives them to act on fair trade consumption) of consumers who may act as a more fundamental explanatory alternative to the gap in attitudes and behaviors of fair trade products. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consumer's self - determination psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relevance), influence (personal influence, market influence), and the assets of fair trade products. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that among the major psychological needs related to self-determination, the variables other than competence and the perceived influence relations of consumers can be directly formed, and the perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE) has a positive influence on perceived marketplace influence(PMI). It is also found that the perceived influence of consumers(PCE, PMI) has an influence on the consumers' perceived equity of Fair Trade products. The results of this study will provide an opportunity to theoretically explain the gap between consumers' attitudes and behaviors of Fair Trade products, which is a part of ethical consumption, and provide important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies.

  • Taking a broad view on the study, it enables one to understand all over the subject or discover some problem. On this thesis, by taking a broad view, the advertising was considered as a television media contents. And attempted to establish the identity of the audience's conception about the social or cultural influencing power of an advertising. Among the television media contents, the drama and cinema was compared with the advertising because of their influencing power in each personal, and tried to clarify diversely the influencing power of advertising. The influencing power survey for the advertising, cinema, drama was practiced by checking his or her conception about below three television media contents - advertising, cenema, drama. And the data were statistically conducted. As the result, some significant conception was found. The participants on the survey conceived the advertising as in the concept of 'Accomplishment', 'Variable', 'Progressive'. This results are considered as they prefered to be influenced by the advertising rather than the drama or cinema in the conception of 'New', 'Variety', 'Progressiveness'.

보험설계사의 역량, 조직지원과 성과에 관한 연구

  • 생명보험산업 중 MDRT이라는 조직은 보험설계사 중에서 뛰어난 실적을 올린 사람 중 클레임이나 사회적으로 문제점이 없는 사람들이 가입하는 모임으로 보험업계에 설계사들은 MDRT 조직의 회원을 목표로 갖고 있는 경우가 많다. 목표는 인간 행동원인을 설명하는 가장 기본적인 동기변인으로 알려져 있으며 성취와 직접적 관련이 있다. 목표에 대한 성취는 개인적 목표와 일치할 때만 행동을 활성화 시킨다. 관련 연구들은 목표와 관련된 많은 연구들은 장기적인 관점에서 미래목표를 설정하고 달성 정도를 점검을 통해서 미래목표가 현재와 미래 간의 관계를 설정하도록 도와준다고 하였다(Miller & Brickman, 2004). 이는 보험업계에서 MDRT의 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 보험산업 환경이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 과정에서 보험설계사에게 요구되는 역량은 개인의 노력만으로는 제한적일 수 있으며, 조직의 지원이 실질적인 성과에 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 보헙업에서 개인역량과 조직의 지원이 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하며, 더불어 목표지향성은 성과에 미치는 영향력을 조절할 것으로 판단된다.

The Effects of Gambling Game Play on Adolescents' Morality - Focus on the Personal Trait (사행성 게임 이용이 청소년의 도덕성에 미치는 영향 - 개인 내적 요인을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of the study was the defining of gambling game using effect to adolescent's' morality. We conducted the survey on 1,331 students about adolescents' favorite game and made two groups, gambling and non-gambling game, and we checked the effects of game using time with personal psychological and social factors on the morality that was surveyed 6 months later. The study showed gambling game using time showed negative effect the morality but non-gambling game using time didn't show any relationship with morality. This means preferring gambling cause decrease of the morality, not game contents playing. And we proposed the follow-up study through the result.

Social Relationship Value Computation based on the Influence of Human Attributes classified by Topics (토픽별 인간 속성의 영향력 기반 소셜 관계 지수 산정)

  • 최근 검색엔진의 효율성을 향상시키고 검색결과에 있어서 사용자들의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위한 연구들이 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 많은 방법론들이 제시되고 있다. 이는 방대한 정보 속에서 사용자의 검색 의도에 맞는 정보를 효과적으로 제공하는 것을 그 목표로 한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 검색하고자 하는 토픽별 사용자의 인적 속성들이 미치는 영향력을 기반으로 사용자간 소셜 관계 지수(SRV : Social Relationship Value)를 산정하는 방법을 제안한다. 소셜 관계 지수란 인간의 내재적인 특성을 수치로 산정한 것으로, 웹 사용자들에게 있어서는 검색 성향의 유사정도와 직결된다. 따라서 검색하고자 하는 토픽별 개인 성향의 유사정도를 수치로 부여하고 유사성이 높은 사람들의 검색 정보를 이용하면 사용자에 보다 만족된 검색결과를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 구글 디렉터리(Google directory)의 정제된 각 토픽별 하위 범주(category)에 대해 선택 결과가 같은 사람들을 대상으로 인적 속성을 분석하고, 그 영향력을 가중치로 적용해 산정된 소셜 관계 지수와 사용자들의 검색 패턴을 비교 하였다. 그 결과 특정인을 기준으로 소셜 관계 지수가 높은 사람들의 검색 패턴이 매우 유사함을 확인 하였다. 이를 통해 토픽별 개인 간 연결 강도가 강할수록, 즉 유사성이 높은 사용자간에는 검색 패턴 또한 유사함을 검증 할 수 있었다.
