This study aimed to investigate the effects of cultural and artistic experiences on elderly life satisfaction and verify the mediating effects of individual creative traits. The outcome of the study on 144 elderly people using factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis is as follows. First, there was a positive correlation among cultural and artistic experiences, life satisfaction among the elderly, and individual creative traits. Second, experiences in creation and appreciation, subfactors of the cultural and artistic experience, had significant effects on the elderly life satisfaction. Third, creation and appreciation had significant effects on creative traits of individuals. Fourth, individual creative traits showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between cultural and artistic experiences and elderly life satisfaction. Therefore, it could be concluded that cultural and artistic experiences and individual creative traits have positive effects on elderly life satisfaction, and individual creative traits can be enhanced through cultural and artistic experiences. In addition, it was verified that the enhancement of creative traits through cultural and artistic experiences has a positive effect on elderly life satisfaction.

This study aims to empirically investigate how personalized and socialized mobile media impacts on users' acceptance of mobile advertising, given the consideration of users' mobile possession attachment. For this, the current study used focus group interview and surveyed mobile users. Interestingly, the findings reveal that personalized and socialized mobile characteristicssignificantly affect users' acceptance of mobile ads. That is to say, users' personalized mobile characteristics play an important role in either awareness of mobile ads or exposure to mobile ads.

외환위기 이래 현재까지 대한민국의 가장 큰 사회 문제 중 하나로 대두되고 있는 청년 실업문제의 해결 방법 중 하나로 정부에서는 창업을 적극 권하고 교육부, 중소기업청 등의 여러 정부기관들이 많은 예산과 지원 정책을 시행하고 지원하면서 청년 창업을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 대학생이 창업해 성공한 스타트업 기업의 사례가 늘어나면서 대학생들의 창업에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 반면, 창업을 꿈꾸는 대학생 중 사업 아이디어를 가지고 창업을 준비하면서 중도 포기하는 학생들도 많으며 실제 창업을 하고도 폐업하는 실패사례도 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절에 따라 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 설정하고 직 간접경험을 조절변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

Purpose: The purpose is to analyze a relationship between urban characteristics and individual characteristics on the health level of individuals. Method: This study analyzed the relationship between urban characteristics and individual characteristics on individual health level in 2016 for local governments in Korea using a hierarchical linear model. Results: It was found that urban characteristics, along with individual characteristics, have a significant effect on the health level of individuals. Although the degree of influence is very large, some variables are not statistically significant, so more detailed research is needed for future urban policy. Conclusion: Although urban characteristics affect an individual's health level, additional research is needed on the variables of individual urban policies.

최근 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 기존의 생산업들보다 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 아이디어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 창업은 참신한 아이디어로 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다 할 수 있고 국가의 정책적으로도 많은 창업을 이끌어 내려는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업 중 스포츠 창업의 분야에서 체육동호인의 개인적 특성 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 이러한 관계에 창업에 대한 자기효능감 요인의 조절효과 영향에 대하여 밝히고자 한다. 창업의지의 결정 요인으로서 개인적 특성 요인과 네트워크 요인, 창업지원 인식 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 요인들은 창업효능감의 조절로 인하여 더욱 활동력이 강화될 것으로 보고 창업효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 독립변수로 잠재적 창업자의 개인적 특성 요인(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 혁신성), 네트워크 요인(온라인 교류, 오프라인교류), 창업지원 인식 요인(동호회 창업지원 인식, 정부 창업지원 인식), 조절변수로는 창업효능감, 종속변수로는 창업의지의 내용으로 연구모형을 구성하였다.

This paper analyzes the determinants of wage for the college and university graduates utilizing both individual-level and industry-level variables. We note that wage determination has multi-level structure in the sense that individual wage is influenced by individual-level variables (level-1) and industry-level (level-2) variables. Then, the assumption that individual wage is independent in the classical regression is violated. Therefore, this paper utilizes the hierarchical linear model (HLM). The major results are the followings. First, the multiple correspondence analysis including level-1 and 2 variables reveals that both level 1 and level 2 variables affects individual wages judging from the fact that the values of level 1 and level 2 variables differ across the different level of individual wage groups. Second, the decision tree analysis including level-1 and 2 variables shows that the most influential variable in wage determination is industry-level wage and the next is industry-level working hour, ages and sex in the decling order in. This suggests that the utilization of the HLM is appropriate since the characteristics of industry is important in determining the individual wage. Third, it is shown that the HLM model is the best compared to the other models which do not take level-1 and level-2 variables simultaneously into account.

본 연구는 국내 기업의 대다수를 차지하고 있는 중소기업 중 기술과 연관성이 깊은 제조 분야의 종사자를 대상으로 기업과정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 핵심요인이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사해보았다. 특히 기업가정신의 핵심요인과 개인적 특성이 기회역량을 매개로 하였을 때 창업의도에 어떠한 유의미한 연관성을 설명해 줄 것인지 그리고 창업의도에 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 어떠한 조절적 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고 제조분야 중소기업 창업 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책 설정에 시사점을 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 장치산업과 관련된 제조분야 중소기업 종사자 292명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 설문 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 각종 통계분석과 방정식을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 기업가정신의 핵심요인 중 진취성과 개인적 특성 중 하나인 내재적 통제 요인이 반복적으로 결과에 영향을 미치지 못하였는데, 이는 실제 창업 이전단계에서 나타날 수 있는 특성으로 구분할 수 있으며, 혁신성 또한 창업 전, 후로 구분하여 연구해야 할 필요성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신의 핵심변수인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 중 진취성을 제외한 요인이 기회역량에 영향을 미치며, 개인적 특성의 하위변수인 자기효능감, 내재적 통제, 모호성에 대한 인내 중 내재적 통제 요인만이 기회역량에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 기회역량의 하위변수인 기회인식과 평가는 모두 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 하위요인과 창업의도 사이에서 기회역량의 매개 여부를 조사하였는데, 진취성과 내재적 통제 요인이 기각되었으며, 혁신성은 기회역량 중 기회인식만이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 창업의도를 조절하는데 유의미한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합하면 기업가정신과 개인적 특성은 실제로 창업이 일어나는 전, 후로 구분하여 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 한다는 점을 보여주고 있으며, 제조분야의 창업 활성화를 위한 정책을 수립하는 데 있어 효과적인 자료로 활용될 수 있는데 본 연구가 기여하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

예비 청년 창업농을 대상으로 개인적 특성을 파악하고 개인적특성, 사회적인식, 네트워크, 창농정책, 자기효능감, 주관적규범을 조사하여 창업의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파악하고자 하였다. 개인적 특성의 하위 변수로 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 혁신성을 설정하여 자기효능감, 주관적규범, 창업의도와의 관련성을 연구 하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집을 위한 설문조사는 2018년 10월 2일부터 2018년 10월 27일까지 농업관련 창업교육 프로그램을 수강하였거나 농업분야에 관심이 있는 청년 농업 예비 창업자들에게 본 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명하고 연구의 동의를 얻어 설문지 300부를 배부하였다. 배부된 설문지 중 263부가 회수되었으며, 설문지 중 미응답이 한 문항이라도 있거나 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 15부를 제외한 248부를 최종분석 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 청년 농업 예비창업자의 창업의도에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성 중 위험감수성과 혁신성이 파악되었다. 또한 상관관계에서도 혁신성과 위험감수성은 상관관계가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 환경적 요인인 사회적 인식, 네트워크와 창농정책은 모두 창업 의지에 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다.

Information securiry is considered important due to the side effect generated from the expansion of information system and rapid increase of the use of internet. Nevertheless, we are getting unconscious of the importance of information security. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze that the effects of security policies, security awareness and individual characteristics on password security effectiveness. Based on the analysis of research model using structural equation modeling technique, security policies were influencing individual characteristics and improving user's security awareness. Also individual characteristics and security awareness had positive impact on security effectiveness.
