본 연구는 Rideout(2012)가 주장한 창업교육과 창업활성화에 대한 근원이라고 할 수 있는 창업의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 성취욕구와 개인역량 간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Maier(1955)가 주장한 개인의 능력과 동기부여의 수준에 의한 성과가 결정(성과=능력${\times}$동기부여)된다는 이론을 바탕으로 성과를 종속변수인 창업의지로, 능력을 독립변수인 개인의 역량, 그리고 동기부여를 성취욕구로 연구모형을 설정하여 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 효과적 창업교육이 조절변수로서의 효과성을 검증 하고자 한다. 성취욕구와 개인역량이 창업의지 사이에서 정적인 조절역할을 하는 효과적인 창업교육에 대해 규명함으로서 창업교육의 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 소셜 네트워크를 이용한 학습 방법이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 동일한 영역에 지식을 공유하고 새로운 정보를 웹에서 생성하는 등 집단지성 학습자들이 계속적으로 늘어가고 있으며, 특히 IT 학습을 위한 온라인기반 교육은 관심도와 직군에 따른 집단지성을 통한 효과적인 학습 성취도를 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 웹 기반을 중심으로 한 IT집단지성 학습자들의 개인차를 파악하고, 각 특성에 따른 다양성을 적용하여 학습과정 중 자신에게 적합한 학습경로를 파악하여 학습의 지속적인 진행에 있어 정확한 자료를 제공하고 효율적인 학습의 진행이 이루어져 성취도를 높일 수 있도록 학습 성취도 예측 시스템을 연구 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 IT습자들이 자신의 개인차를 파악하기 위해 학습의 유형, 학습몰입, 인지적 능력, 개인적 성향, 창의적 성향 등을 활용한 검사도구의 개발이 선행되어야 한다. 다음으로, IT 전공자 혹은 비전공자를 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 학습 성취도 예측을 가능하게 하기위한 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 향후 본 연구의 결과로 학습자의 학습 성취도를 향상시키고, 예측 결과에 의한 집단지성 그룹을 좀 더 효과적으로 운영 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors helping university students sucessfully adapt to campus life and achieve academic accomplishment through a critical period in personal development. For this purpose, the analysis verifying influence of self leadership as an individual trait variable and social support as a socio environmental trait variable on academic achievement of university students and the mediating effect of school adjustment among them was conducted. Total 271 responses collected by implementing a questionnaire survey in "S", a four-year private university located in Seoul, were used for the analysis. The validity of the measurement was verified through confirmatory factor analysis and the relationship among the variables was examined through structural model equation, bootstrap and sobel test. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, this study confirmed the causal relationship of self leadership and social support impacting on academic achievement of university students. This result suggests that an integrated approach taking into account both individual and socio environmental factors is necessary to support academic achievement of university students. Second, it was proved that self leadership and social support indirectly influences academic achievement through school adjustment. This demonstrates that school adjustment is an important predictor of academic achievement as well as plays a major role in mediating among self leadership, social support and academic achievement. In conclusion, the results of this study conveys its significance in suggesting the necessity to provide insititutional support on individual trait and socio environmental factor enabling university students sucessfully to adapt to campus life and achieve academic achievement.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습자들의 학습효과를 높힐 수 있는 교수 학습환경을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습자들의 학습성취와 학습만족에 미치는 학습자 개인요인- 건강, 가족지원 정도, 컴퓨터 능력, 취업여부, 자기조절학습능력- 에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서울사이버대학교 사회복지학부 재학생을 대상으로 수집된 총 226개 설문지를 회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습성취에는 학습자 개인의 건강, 자기조절학습능력이 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 학습만족에는 가족들의 지원 정도와 자기조절학습능력이 영향을 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Korean adolescents' perceptions of academic achievement process. The data from Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS) in 2003 and 2005 were analysed for this study. The sample consisted of 3,449 jounior-high school students and 3,125 high school students. Students reported the effects of class participation, private tutoring, and studying by oneself were almost same level. But the correlations of students' efforts and the academic achievement were different across the activities. Studying by oneself was regarded more effective by the students who took more efforts to participate at the class. And the correlation coefficient between the class participation and the academic achievement was highest.

In the context of the COVID-19 era, due to the serious epidemic and heavy workload, medical staff often work overtime. The frequency of overtime work is directly related to organizational trust, so the impact of overtime work is of high importance to medical staff. This study focuses on the role of overtime work and validates the level of organizational trust among healthcare workers. The mediating effect of personal achievement as a mediator between overtime work and organizational trust was also explored. According to the results, both voluntary overtime and inoluntary overtime of medical staff have a positive impact on organizational trust. The results also suggest that personal accomplishment has a mediating effect between overtime work and organizational trust. This study focuses on exploring the impact of medical staff overtime work on organizational trust and proposes options for improving organizational trust among medical staff.

Information literacy of the individuals affects their competitive capability significantly by providing problem solving skills in the short run, and by enabling life-long learning in the long run. This study examines if information literacy capacity has any relationship with individuals' achievement level through the experiment with college student subject group. As evidences for individual achievement level, we adopted GPA's(grade point average) of students. As a result, it was confirmed that information literacy and academic achievements has positive relationship. Additionally, it has been found that this relationship has a tendency of sustaining for a significant period. These experiment results would serve as a rationale for providing information literacy courses in the academic curriculum.

The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

지식 정보화 사회에서 지식경영의 중요성이 부각되면서, 학계의 다양한 연구와 기업의 의욕적인 투자가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 지식경영과 관련된 기존 연구들은 다음의 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 즉 기존의 연구는 조직 내 구성원의 관계와 같은 구조적인 부분에 한정되어 지식경영의 주체인 개인의 개성(personality)에 대한 고려가 부족하고, 또한 구성원들의 동기를 고취시키기 위해 경쟁을 유도하는 환경이 지식공유에 주는 부정적인 영향을 간과하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 첫째, '개인간의 관계를 바탕으로 한 지식 공유에 있어서 자존감(Self-esteem)과 성취지향성(Conscientiousness)이 어떠한 영향을 주는가?', 둘째, '경쟁을 장려하는 것이 지식공유에 도움이 되는가?' 라는 문제에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서 KAIST 테크노경영대학원의 특정 수업의 수강생 32명을 대상으로 쌍방관계 데이터(dyadic relational data)를 수집하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression Analysis)을 수행한 결과, 자존감은 개인간의 지식공유에 음의 조절변수(negative moderator)로 작용할 것이라는 가설이 지지되었고, 성취지향성은 개인간의 지식공유에 있어서 양의 조절변수(positive moderator)로 작용할 것이라는 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 마지막으로 조직 내의 경쟁이 심화될수록 개인간의 지식공유는 감소할 것이라는 가설은 지지되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구들과는 달리, 자존감이 높은 인재에 대한 보다 새로운 시각이 필요하다는 점과 경쟁을 장려하는 지식 경영 방법론에 대한 재고가 필요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to creative achievement of engineering students. 14 participants were interviewed. After finishing all interview, the data were analysed using a thematic approach. As a result, 8 principal themes emerged from the data.
