Clustering Analysis of Smart Flexible Work Arranagement (스마트 유연근무제 유형에 관한 연구)

  • Smart flexible work has been a topic of considerable interest to researchers, practitioners, and public policy advocates as a tool to help individuals manage work and family roles. In this study, we investigated the types of smart flexible work arrangement and analyzed the organizational units associated with it. We found that the critical success factors of smart flexible work and the specific types of flexibility make a difference in the effects found. And we proposed on the direction of policy promotion that can contribute to the introduction of smart flexible work.

  • 불염여성에서 복강내액의 독성 유무를 알기 위해서 콤퓨터 정액 분석기를 이용하여 복강내액의 정자 활동성을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 자궁내막증 환자 14예와 자궁내막증이 없는 불염환자로부터의 복강내액 9예로 하였다. 연구방법은 건강인의 정자를 셰척 분리하여 대상환자의 복강내액과 Hams F10 배양액을 동량 흔합하여 (50%) 배양후 정자 활동성을 측정하였다. 정자 활동성의 감소는 배양전 0시간의 수치와 비교해서 1시간, 4시간 그리고 24시간후의 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 자궁내막증 제 1기 및 제 2기 환자와 자궁내막증이 없는 환자의 복수에서의 정자 활동성의 감소는 통계학적으로 의의있는 차이는 없었다. 그러나 자궁내막증이 심한 제 3기의 환자군에서는 의의있는 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 실험군간의 정자 활동성의 평균치 차이는 없었으나,각 군에서의 환자별 개인 성적은 정자 활동성이 현저히 감소한 독성있는 복강내액과 비독성의 복강내액을 쉽게 구별할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 정자 배양을 이용한 복강내액 독성 검사는 비교적 간단하고 경제적이므로 염상적으로 최근에 대두된 복강내 수정 치료법의 예비검사로서 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

Interobserver Reproducibility of Segmental Scoring of $^{99m}Tc$-MIBI Myocardial SPECT ($^{99m}Tc$-MIBI 심근 SPECT의 분절 육안 분석시 판독자간의 일치도)

  • The accuracy of dipyridamole stress/rest $^{99m}Tc$-MIBI myocardial imaging for detection of ischemia depends on reproducible image interpretation. To evaluate the reproducibility of visual assessment, agreement in interpretation among two independent observers, blind-ed to clinical data, was evaluated in SPECT images of 131 patients (94 males, 38 females; mean age $58{\pm}7yr$) with suspected coronary artery disease who underwent both dipyridamole stress/rest $^{99m}Tc$-MIBI myocardial SPECT and coronary angiography. The left ventricle was divided into twenty-nine segments in stress and rest SPECT images and each segment was visually graded according to a five-point scale (segmental score : 0=normal, 1=equivocal, 2=mild decrease, 3=severe decrease and 4=absent uptake). Overall concordance of segmental scoring between the two observers was 80%. The Pear-son's correlation coefficient (r) of the segmental scores for stress and rest images were 0.67 and 0.65, respectively, while the difference in score between the two images showed a correlation of 0.45 (all p<0.001). Agreement between two observers in final SPECT diagnosis as absence or presence of disease was 93%. The degree of agreement in segmental scoring showed no difference between patients with or without agreement as to the presence of disease. Therefore it appeared that cases with inconcordant diagnosis between the 2 observers were mainly due to a difference in individual threshold for interpretating the significance of a particular decreased uptake area rather than to a difference in perceiving the degree of the hypoactivity Thus, establishment of individual optimum thresholds in visual interpretation of myocardial SPECT may be helpful to improve reproducibility and accuracy of scan diagnosis.

Diagnostics of Police Officers' Unethical Behavior: According to Individual Characteristics & Work Environment (경찰공무원의 비윤리적 행동 진단 - 개인적·근무환경적 특성별 차이를 중심으로)

  • The Police force and other public sector organizations do not like non-ethical evaluation of their members and disclosure of evaluation results. However, it is essential for survival and growth of the organization to identify, measure and resolve accurately the non-ethical behaviors of their members. In this study, the dimensions of police officers' unethical behavior were categorized as negligence, personal use, dishonesty, and misconduct of police officers, and the level of those dimensions were measured. After that, the differences due to the individual and work environmental characteristics were explored. The result showed that the level of non-ethical behavior was lowerer than the average. And the differences was statistically significant according to gender, rank of organization, deployed department of the work, and the period of work duration. This implied the necessities of education of police ethics, ethical atmosphere, and establishment of ethical system per differences in individual and work environmental characteristics. Also, considering the fact that the low level of ethical behavior did not lead to ethical action in actual and the inherent problem in research method how frankly the respondents answered the negative self-evaluation, continuous interest in non-ethical behavior and further systemic research are needed in a dimension of personnel management.

A Review of Research on the Maturation of Children and Adolescences' Brain Structure and the Influence of Intelligence (아동·청소년기 뇌 구조의 성숙과 이에 대한 지능의 영향)

  • The anatomical structure of the brain reflects a great amount of information about an individual's cognitive ability. The present study reviewed research on developmental changes in brain structure in relation to biological maturation and intellectual growth focusing on children and adolescents. The purpose of the present study was to achieve an understanding of how children and adolescents' brain matures with development and also to examine whether individual differences in intelligence influences the development of brain structure. The first section introduces methods of measurement and analysis of brain structure, such as voxel-based morphometry and structural covariance. The second section reviews studies on the biological maturation of the brain and variables that influence brain development such as sex, environmental factors, and mental disorders, etc. The third section introduces the Parieto-Frontal Integration Theory of intelligence and reviews studies on the association between intelligence and developmental changes of the brain, including changes in structural covariance and functional connectivity. We conclude with a discussion on educational/clinical implications of this work and directions for future studies.

A Study on the Food Hygiene Attitude and Personal Hygiene Management of Students by high school type in Chungcheongnam-do (충남지역 고등학교 유형별 학생들의 식품위생 태도와 개인 위생관리에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of education programs on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management of high school students by type of school. From July 16 to October 15, 2015, questionnaires were distributed to 30 students per grade at 16 high schools in Chungcheongnam-do, and a total of 1214 questionnaires (excluding unrecurring and insufficient questionnaires) were processed using SPSS (ver 18.0). As a result, academic high school students answered more checking food's shelf life when they bought it in the store(3.79, 3.60), not eating the cooked and heated food after keeping without heating(2.85, 2.98), and storing food in the refrigerator in accordance with its characteristics(3.90, 3.76) than specialized high school students. Academic high school students were found to be more careful than specialized high school students, to wash hands before meals(3.66, 3.52), after went to toilet(4.30, 3.95), in the right way(3.63 and 3.45), and to go around less during meal time(2.19, 2.43) and to go to the toilet less often during meal time(2.28, 2.47). In this study, academic and specialized high school students showed significant differences in food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management, and academic high school students had significantly better food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene control than specialized high school students. but still need to be improved. Therefore, it is suggested that education on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management should be strengthened according to the type of school.

A Study on the Role of Social Robot in Aspect of User Experiences -Focus on Single-person Households- (사용자 경험 측면에서 소셜로봇의 역할에 관한 고찰 -1인 가구 생활을 중심으로-)

  • The study evaluates exploration of social robot's role which can emotionally communicate with human as an alternative to heal psychological isolation for single-person households. At first, I conduct a study on literatured to understand the definition and characteristics of social robot then analyze the current situation and future prospects. Based on this, I organized the requirements of social robot in aspect of user experience through in-depth interview of twenties single-person households living in the metropolitan area who could be potential customers. As a result every subject require social robot specialized to them through accumulated interaction. On the other hand, degree of attachment with social robot is different from subjects. Hear by I realize every subject require social robot to different and various functions according to their lifestyle and personality. Therefore I could draw conclusions and implications from this study that technical development in aspect of personalized user experience is necessary for social robot to settle in to human's life in the future.

The Effect of Interpersonal Relations Ability of College Students on Basic Skills (대학생의 대인관계능력이 직업기초능력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effects of interpersonal skills of college students on basic competence. The results of this study were as follows: 81 male students (34.6%) and female students (65.4%) were surveyed. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in improvement of basic competence according to interpersonal skills, leadership ability was found to be a relationship between heterosexuality (p <.001, ${\beta}=.378$), individual fellowship (p < (P <.01, ${\beta}=.313$), and negotiation ability had a significant effect on individual friendship (p <.05, ${\beta}=.267$). Second, the correlation between interpersonal abilities and leadership abilities showed that interpersonal abilities correlated with leadership abilities due to individual friendship - leadership abilities, leadership abilities - heterosexuality, interpersonal relationship - leadership abilities. Third, the differences in the basic occupational ability according to gender were male students (M = 3.90), female students (M = 3.58), male students (M = 3.59) Male students (M = 4.16) and female students (M = 3.79) were higher than male students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of interpersonal skills of college students on the improvement of basic competence and to verify the effectiveness of personal interpersonal skills.

The Study of the Effects of College Student's Creativity and Self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention (대학생의 개인 창의성과 자기효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to research the effect of college student's creativity and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. The creativity was comprised of fluency, originality, flexibility, logicality, risk-taking, and openness. The data was collected through a survey using college students as objects and 265 copies of the questionnaires were eventually. The study result was as follows. First, originality and risk-taking of the creativity appeared to have a positive effect (+) on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, fluency, flexibility, logicality and openness of the creativity appeared to have no effect on entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, self-efficacy appeared to have a positive effect (+) on entrepreneurial intention. The academic implications of this study were: first, under the situation of which the studies about creativity on entrepreneurship are rather inadequate, this study is carried out with respect to influential factor of creativity in regard to entrepreneurial intention, second, obtained the result that the effect of which creativity has on entrepreneurial intention varied for each characteristic of creativity. In practise, this study implies that entrepreneurial intention can be increased through practical and systematic entrepreneurship education designed for increasing creativity and self-efficacy.

Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Innovation Configuration on STEAM (융합인재교육(STEAM)에 대한 초등학교 교사의 실행 형태 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the teachers' Innovation Configuration(IC) on STEAM of the 2009 elementary science curriculum and to implicate the assessment of STEAM. Therefore, this study was conducted by the IC component checklist of the Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM). The total number of 126 teachers participated in this study. The results of the study were as follows: First, time management(33.3%) was the most ideal IC. On the other hand, curriculum planning(34.1%) was the most unacceptable IC. Second, the results of the chi-square test showed that the IC were significantly different according to their positions, career in education and training experiences(p<.05). Third, to explore the teacher's epistemic beliefs on STEAM, one in-service elementary teacher who studied in a doctoral course of a graduate school of education participated in the study. Based on these results, we suggested that the support of application and the revolution of the science curriculum and assessment should be implemented according to the teachers' IC.
