The Effect of Junior College's Bachelor's Degree Course Students' Job-Fit and Supervisor-Fit on Intention to Skill Development : Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction (학사학위전공심화과정 재학생들의 직무적합성, 상사적합성이 기술개발의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aimed at adult learners attended in a Junior college's Bachelor's degree course who experience job-related, relationship-related dimensions in the work life which affect the intention to skill development identified a mechanism that affects an person-job fit, person-supervisor fit relationship between conformity and intention to skill-development in the job satisfaction of the effects of the parameters was assessed. Results of this study validate the hypothesis First, person-job fit, person-supervisor fit job satisfaction the suitability appeared to affect significantly Second, job satisfaction continues to assist in the intention to skill development also appeared to influence. Third, job satisfaction fully mediated the suitability of the intention to skill development even appeared to affect the person-supervisor fit also fully mediated by job satisfaction continues to assist in the skill development affect showed that effect. This study of adult learners in skill-development activities, ranging from environmental factors, identify the cause of that new attempts in terms of theoretical implications with and the company's human resource management perspective and practical implications in terms of adult education and discuss the limitations of the study was.

The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction for the Employees of the Service Sector: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Perceived Organizational Support (서비스직 근로자의 개인-직무 적합성과 직무만족 관계에서 조직후원인식의 매개효과 분석)

  • This study examined the mediating effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on the relationship between the person-job fit and job satisfaction of service workers. POS is divided into socioemotional POS and instrumental POS. To achieve the research purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on workers in charge of service jobs in domestic companies through an on-line survey system and finally, the results of 281 respondents were analyzed to verify the hypothesized research model with an 80.3% effective recovery rate. The findings are as follows. First, the person-job fit has positive effects on job satisfaction and POS. Second, among the sub-constructs of POS, socioemotional support has mediating effects, but instrumental support has no mediating effects on the relationship between person-job fit and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications for the human resource development and management of service workers. Overall, changes in the recruitment system, which can judge the person-job fit of employees who perform emotional labor facing customers, organizational culture and personnel system for establishing socioemotional support system, and compensation and workforce development system, are needed to enhance the job satisfaction of service workers.

  • 기업과 소비자간 일대일 상호작용을 가능하게 하는 전자상거래의 기술적 발달을 통해 소비자에게 더 나은 웹 경험을 제공하기 위해 개인화 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 개인화 추천을 수행하기 위해서는 추천을 받을 사용자와 유사한 다른 사용자들의 선호도를 반영하는 협업 필터링 기법이 많이 활용되고 있으며, 많은 사이트들이 추천을 받은 사용자에게 유사한 사용자들을 보여주어 사회망 연결을 위한 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 개인화 추천 시스템을 이용하여 사용자에게 효과적으로 제품을 추천하기 위해서, 사회적 실재감(Social Presence)이 추천시스템의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 또한, 사회적 실재감을 높이기 위한 방안으로 사회망(Social Network) 데이터의 제시를 통해 다양한 차원의 사회적 실재감과 추천시스템에 대한 만족도 및 신뢰간의 영향관계를 분석한다. 이를 위해 실험집단을 나누어 세 가지 차원의 사회적 실재감을 부여하고, 집단간의 추천 시스템에 대한 신뢰와 만족도간에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다.

Relation of Job Satisfaction and Cognitive Style of Librarians in Academic Library (대학도서관 사서들의 직무만족도와 인지양식과의 관계)

  • Attitude of librarian's Job satisfaction was shown differently by individual characteristic, personality, and cognitive structure in the same circumstance. This means that it is related to the personal psychological difference and subjective thinking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological difference of libraians, especially their Cognitive style and to know what acts the difference and effect in Job satisfaction. The methodology of the study is a suvey of 160 librarians in 11 academic libraries at Pusan. The results are as fellows. In General, they were satisfied with ph than the normal level ane the most dissatisfied with promotion. They had no difference of Cognitive style with a demographic characteristics, had a similar difference with job satisfation, and the older and the higher position peoples were satisfied with thou ph. Cognitive style firly effect at the ph satisfation. Field dependence librarians are more satisfied with their job than field independence librarians. Field independence librarians are oppropriate to technical Services and field dependence librarians are more oppropriate for public services. In conclusion, they demonstrated that it Is very important to consider each psychological difference with cognitive style.

  • Using mobile bookstore application is increasing in accordance with the proliferation of internet and mobile devices. In this circumstances, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors regarding to mobile bookstore application quality evaluation are effecting to customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Thus information, transaction, design, communication, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety are set as a quality evaluation factor. And it is analyzed the effect of these factors to customer satisfaction and reuse intention with path analysis method. As the result, transaction, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety factors effected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction effected reuse intention. These results show that user mainly access mobile bookstore application for purchasing book. Thus it is important for mobile bookstore operator to keep the application accessed anytime, and serve personalized information, and simplify transaction process, and intensify security for protecting personal or transaction information.

Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment (요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on the organization commitment. For this study, 230 care workers were surveyed via mail who were working at the long-term recuperation institutes for the elderly located in the eastern part of Jeollanam-do. 141 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding those with missing data. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t/F-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of analysis suggested the followings : First, the difference in organization commitment based on individual characteristics and job characteristics of care workers was found to exist, depending on the age related to individual characteristics and types of institutes and work types related to the job characteristics. Second, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on organization commitment. With the individual characteristics and occupation environment variables of care workers being controlled, it was found that the job satisfaction of care workers had the greatest effect on organization commitment. This implies that the extent of job satisfaction determines the commitment level of care workers for the concerned job.

성격5요인 모델을 이용한 종업원 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스기업에 종사하는 종업원의 성격 5요인 모델에 따라 종업원의 직무 만족(job satisfaction) 과 고객지향적 태도(customer orientation) 에 미치는 영향을 연구 하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 서울과 대구에 소재한 대학병원과 경기도에 소재한 중 소형 병윈의 간호사들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 총 207개의 유효 표본을 획득하였다. 통계분석로는 응답자특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 설시하였고, 측정모형의 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 위해 신뢰성도 분석, 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 의료서비스종업원의 성격 5요인 모델이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 그 결과, 성격 5요인 모델은 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 국내에서는 의료서비스업종을 대상으로 성격 5요인 모델을 적용한 연구가 미비한 현재 시점에서 의미 있는 결과라고 할 수 있다. 직무만족, 역시 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 방향으로 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족이 높을수록 고객지향적 태도가 높아질 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 첫째, 고객과 종업원의 상호작용을 통해 서비스가 전달되는 상황에서 고객 욕구를 인지하고 충족시키며, 요구된 서비스를 전달하고, 고객과 개인적인 관계를 평가할 수 있는 고객지향적 태도 측정모델의 이론적인 토대를 제공한 점이다. 둘째, 최근의 성격이론가들은 성격 5요인 모델이 개인의 성격특성에 있어서 개인차를 설명해주는 포괄적이고 공통적인 구조로 존재한다는 학문적 통합에 동의한다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통해서 의료서비스 종업원의 직무만족도는 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 마치는지를 실증적으로 밝혔다는 것이다. 따라서 관리자들은 종업원의 직무만족도를 주기적으로 측정하여 불만족 요인을 찾아 해결하고, 높은 수준의 고객지향적 태도를 유지하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사해준다 하겠다.

Music Therapy Supervisory Satisfaction Depending on the Supervision Format (음악치료 수퍼비전 형태에 따른 수퍼비전 만족도 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine perceived supervisory satisfaction depending on the type of supervision. Twenty-six music therapy graduate students who enrolled in a practicum course participated in this study. All participants received four individual and four group supervision sessions over the course of the semester. After each supervision session, participants were asked to rate their satisfaction with supervision on the Supervisory Satisfactory Questionnaire(SSQ). Results showed that there was no significant difference in the mean ratings between individual and group supervision conditions, indicating that the type of supervision would not differently affect the perception of overall supervisory satisfaction. However, a detailed analysis of ratings for each questionnaire item and comments from the participants imply that while individual supervision would be perceived to meet supervisees' individual needs more effectively, satisfaction with group supervision would be less influenced by supervisor styles. This study would provide descriptive information of perceived satisfaction with supervision type as an initial trial toward suggesting the systematic approach to the music therapy supervision format. Further studies are needed to investigate how effective and culturally responsive supervision format would be structured to facilitate supervision process and maximize supervision outcome.

Personalization Strategies and Apparel Shopping Orientation of College Students (개인화 전략과 대학생들의 의류제품 쇼핑성향)

  • The fashion apparel industries have demanded to be extremely consumer-oriented. Therefore, the need of personalization arises. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between apparel shopping orientation and various personalization strategies provided in the apparel shopping process. A total of 422 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Canonical correlation and ANOVA were conducted. Results indicated that higher level of demand for "sale-promotion personalization" and "personalized customer relationship" were significantly related to high level of fashion innovativeness and price consciousness. Consumers who seek for high level of "personalized advice" and "personalized fit" were likely to be price conscious and conforming to clothing but not innovative in terms of fashion and clothing. Shopping orientation group differences were also reported in the study. In personalizing of apparel products, distinctive but relevant strategies should be implemented according to the need of the consumers.

Impacts of Conflicts Between Families and Work Places to Startup and Management (가정과 직장 간 갈등이 창업 경영 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to suggest a system to increase workers' job satisfaction by analyzing the impact of conflicts in their families and work places to the satisfaction of work and the effects of personality types affecting job satisfaction. For this study, a questionnaire targeting 450 workers was conducted. As a result of this study, firstly, it was revealed that both conflicts of the family-work place and the work place-family have statistically negative interrelationships and impacts with/on job satisfaction. In terms of sub-fact categories, it is revealed that work itself has more impacts than personal persuasion based on people's value. Secondly, the results of this study concerning the conflicts in a family and the workplace shows the same result with the previous studies. They are formed by mutual interactions of cause and effect. Thirdly, it turned out that differences in Enneagram Personality Types have statistically significant impacts on job satisfaction. The result also shows that thinking-centered personalities and behavior-centered personalities have more impacts on job satisfaction than emotion-centered personalities. Study result indicates that more wide use of a psychology consultation program for workers and their families, EPA(Employee Assistant Program). It also shows that introductions of personality trainning programs and personality coaching programs are required.
