현대 사회는 디지털 이동통신, 개인휴대통신, 초고속정보통신서비스의 제공으로 고도 정보화 사회로 급속히 이행되고 있으며, 특히 이동통신은 통신의 개인화 성향으로 인해 21세기 정보통신의 주역으로 급부상하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 세계 각국과 우리나라의 이동통신 서비스와 산업의 현황과 경쟁력을 살펴보고 비교해봄으로써, 21세기 통신대국으로 부상하기 위한 우리나라 이동통신산업의 당면과제를 도출하고 나아갈 바를 제시하였다.

Information literacy of the individuals affects their competitive capability significantly by providing problem solving skills in the short run, and by enabling life-long learning in the long run. This study examines if information literacy capacity has any relationship with individuals' achievement level through the experiment with college student subject group. As evidences for individual achievement level, we adopted GPA's(grade point average) of students. As a result, it was confirmed that information literacy and academic achievements has positive relationship. Additionally, it has been found that this relationship has a tendency of sustaining for a significant period. These experiment results would serve as a rationale for providing information literacy courses in the academic curriculum.

대학에서의 여성학 교육은, 고학력 여성들로 하여금 개인적 각성과 사회참여 욕구를 불러일으킬 뿐 아니라, 자신의 사회참여를 가로막는 그 장벽까지도 변화시켜 나가도록 인도함으로써 사회 전체의 경쟁력을 제고하는 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 또한 하나하나의 개인적 경험들이 어떻게 사회 전체의 성(gender) 체계와 연관되어 있는지를 밝혀내고 이런 작업을 통해서 일상생활의 정치화를 유도함으로써, 개인의 범주를 넘어서는 사회구조를 인식할 수 있는 능력을 키운다.

The Korean government has selected job creation policy as first goal in order to overcome the recession and response of 4th industrial revolution. Technology based start up is worth noting in order to job creation. Because the ripple effect of technology based start up is higher than self-employment. Therefore, the government and the private sector conduct various policies and services for the vitalization of technology based start up. In order for technology based start up to be successful, it is necessary to maximize personal (founder) capacity. In this study, the correlation between "features of personal (motivation, capability, experience, entrepreneurship)", "competitiveness of company" and "corporate performance" was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Also, in this study analyzed the differences between 2 groups based on the career of CEO (work for government funded research institutes VS the others). This study can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology based start-up.

본 연구는 이상길 하규수(2017)의 기존 연구를 바탕으로 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성이 업무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 업무몰입은 조직행동분야에서 지속적으로 연구되어지고 있으며, 업무몰입이 조직 구성원의 창의성과 생산성 향상에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 연구결과가 제시되었고, 일에 대한 몰입적 태도는 개인의 경쟁력 향상은 물론, 조직성과 향상에 영향을 준다는 점에서 그 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 학문적 관점에서 볼 때 현재 담당하고 있는 업무 성과의 선행요인인 업무몰입을 개인의 본원적 경쟁력인 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성을 토대로 분석했다는 측면에서 본 연구의 차별성을 강조할 수 있다. 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것은 현재와 미래의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있어서 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 GPT-4 기반의 채용공고별 AI 자소서 작성 가이드 개인화 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 지원자들에게 시간 절약과 효율적으로 작성된 글을 제공하며, 기업의 요구사항과 지원자의 역량을 최대한 반영한 경쟁력 있는 자기소개서를 작성할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 템플릿 기반 글 작성 서비스의 한계를 극복하고, 인공지능 기반의 GPT-4 를 활용하여 개인화된 글 작성을 가능하게 한다. 시스템 구현을 통해 최적화된 프롬프트를 연구하며, 이 방법론은 자기소개서 외 다양한 분야의 글 작성에도 활용될 수 있다. 이 서비스의 활용으로 지원자들의 경쟁력이 높아지고, 기업들은 더 적합한 인재를 찾는 데 도움을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to maximize customer's satisfaction, high-value service needs to be created by reducing service delivery errors and miscommunications. Employee's job rotation experience will help them to reduce errors and develop their career. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job rotation on employability and subjective career satisfaction. The results clarifies the hotel's job rotation system and examine the relationship among job rotation, employability and subjective career satisfaction. Taking samples from full-time workers in hotel, total 370 participants were used in the analysis. The SEM approach was used to analysis the data with AMOS 20.0. The results show that job rotation has a positive influence on employability and subjective career satisfaction. Moreover, employability has a partial mediation effect between job rotation and subjective career satisfaction. Therefore, the study contributes to generate theoretical and practical implications in hospitality industry.
