This paper is 1) to find out what make cause in the emotional labor and emotional dissonance on hotel employee, 2) to investigate relationship between burnout and turnover intention on the personal character, 3) finally to suggest strategical implications for hotel management decision-maker. The questionnaires are distributed 400 on hotel employees, then used for data analysis 351. The results are as followed. First, the higher surface acting, deep acting, and emotional deviance in the emotional labor, the higher emotional dissonance. But the higher expression of natural emotions, it was showed lowly in the emotional dissonance. Second, the higher emotional dissonance, it was revealed highly burnout and turnover intention.

This study is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence of online shopping mall call center counselor on customer orientation. The SPSS 25.0 ststistics program was applied for the empirical analysis 148(87.05%)of 170 copies are used for final data analysis. The implications of results are as follows. First, use of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Second, other's emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Third, self emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Fourth, regulation of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between job role and exhausting metal status of radiologic technologists. The results showed as follows: First, job demand(role conflict, recognition demend, work demend) of radiologic technologist highly correlated to its exhausting mental status. Second, emotional intelligence moderated the relation between on the relationship between job demand(recognition demend) and burn-out(decline of success). We concluded that radiologic technologist's intervention for burn-out have positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop and test the effect of intervention programs for emotional intelligence and burn-out control.

유비쿼터스와 유무선 기술의 발전으로 최근들어 각 개인과 그를 둘러싼 환경으로부터 지속적으로 많은 데이터를 수집할 수 있게 되었다. 상황인지 기법들을 활용하면, 수집된 데이터께서 각 개인의 경험을 요약할 수 있는데, 요약된 경험 정보는 해당 개인의 기억 회상에 도움을 줄 뿐 아니라, 다른 사람들과의 상호작용을 증대시키는 데도 유용하게 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 상에서 수집된 특이성 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 프로필을 고려하여 개인의 일과를 만화의 형태로 표현하는 방법을 제안한다 특이성 정보는 휴대폰 로그로부터 상황인식 기법을 통해 추론된 것으로 사용자의 행동 및 감정 정보를 나타낸다. 추론된 사용자의 행동 및 감정 정보들과 미리 입력된 사용자 프로필을 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 배경과 캐릭 터 만화 이미지들을 의미적 유사도를 사용하여 합성한다. 또한, 생성된 만화 이미지들에서 동적으로 스토리 스트림을 구성하여 만화 내용의 일관성을 유지한다. 제안하는 만화 생성 방법을 평가하기 위하여 특이성 시나리오를 바탕으로 만화를 합성하여 생성된 만화의 다양성과 일관성을 평가하였다.

As part of the recent economic revitalization measures, the national level of encouragement for young people's entrepreneurship continues, and investment in young people's entrepreneurship and support from young people are increasing. Entrepreneurship intention is a direct factor leading to entrepreneurship, and many studies have studied the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence entrepreneurial intention. In the same context, the purpose of this study was to investigate the entrepreneur's passion as a factor affecting entrepreneurial intention, divided into harmony passion and obsessive passion. In addition, the pass to need for achievement, emotion, and subjective norms, which are the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence passion, were verified. To this end, an online survey was conducted for prospective entrepreneurs in universities, and data of 203 persons were collected and structural equations were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the need for achievement and positive emotions of preliminary entrepreneurs had a positive (+) effect on the passion for harmony, while the negative emotions and subjective norms were not significant for the passion for harmony. The need for achievement had a negative (-) effect on the obsessive passion, and the positive and negative emotions had a positive (+) effect on the obsessive passion, but the subjective norm was not significant on the obsessive passion. It was confirmed that harmony passion and obsessive passion showed positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. It also confirmed whether harmonious passion and obsessive passion have a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion, negative emotion, and entrepreneurial intention. As a result, it has a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion and entrepreneurial intention, especially need for achievement has a complete mediating effect. Obsessive passion was also confirmed to have a mediating effect in the relationship between positive emotions and intention to start a business.

Due to paradigm shift in administration, the field of police administration, like its civilian counterpart, is spending effort to improve customer-oriented civil complaint service system, and this is leading to a negative factor in service providers, emotional labor, among police officers. This study examines amount of emotional labor of maritime police officers, and verify the effects of emotional labor on exhaustion. Results show maritime police officers experience about the same amount of emotional labor as other public workers, and emotional labor has effects on work exhaustion. In other words, perception of incongruity of emotion has positive effects on exhaustion on cynical attitude. Attention to emotional expression has negative effects on decrease of job effectiveness. As such, if the problem of emotional labor is neglected, it leads to exhaustion and can become a significant obstacle to performance due to negative organizational influence. Also, it can lead to serious physical and mental problems on the individual level. Therefore, policy implementation to prevent this problem is necessary.

본 연구는 일부지역 치과종사자 269명을 대상으로 환자유형에 따른 감정노동과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 다음과 같은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었다(p<.05).환자유형별 감정노동은 환자의 성별에서 남성환자가 여성환자보다 높았으며, 환자의 연령은 20-64세가 가장 높았다. 진료시간대는 오후 7시 이후가 가장 높게 나타났고. 환자유형별 직무만족도는 환자연령은 65세이상이 가장 높았다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 치과종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이고 감정노동을 줄이기 위해서는 개인과 조직적인 측면에서 쾌적한 근무환경을 형성하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

필적 감정은 개인의 고유한 필적 개성을 이용하여 임의의 두 필기 문장 또는 텍스트가 동일인에 의해 작성되었는지를 판별하는 기술로 유서대필 및 보안수사, 서명의 검증, 범죄 수사 등에 활용되어지고 있다. 이러한 작업은 감정 전문가의 판단기준에 의해 필적의 유사성을 판별하기 때문에 객관성 결여 및 과도한 소요 시간, 과도한 처리비용의 문제를 내포하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하여 판별의 객관성과 업무의 신속한 처리를 가능하게 하기 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터를 통한 패턴 분석을 적용하여 두 필적의 유사성을 판별하는 방법을 본 논문에서는 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 학습단계와 자동분석단계로 나뉘며, 학습단계에서는 입력된 문서영상에서 필적의 영역을 추출한 후, 특징을 추출하고 DTW연산을 통하여 학습을 한다. 자동분석단계에서는 대조할 문서영상에서의 특징을 추출하고 입력된 문서영상과 대조할 문서영상간의 마할라노비스 거리(Mahalanobis Distance)를 구하여 서명 및 필적에 대한 유사도를 도출한다. 실험은 4명의 필적을 이용하여 비교하였으며, 우수한 결과를 보였다.

최근 코로나 바이러스로 인한 팬데믹이 장기화 되었고 이는 개인의 정신건강에도 많은 악영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 따른 코로나 우울감 해소 방안으로 '감정일기 애플리케이션'을 제안하며 감정 분석을 위해 2차원 좌표계를 사용한다. 이 애플리케이션에서는 사용자가 입력한 좌표값의 평균으로 콘텐츠를 추천하는데, 평균 좌표값이 획일화되어 한 가지 범주에 고착되는 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 평가 변수 및 사용자 성향 변수를 이용하여 평균 좌표값에 변화를 주었다. 이를 통해 사용자에게 보다 적합한 콘텐츠 추천을 기대한다.

Emotion affects many parts of human life such as learning ability, behavior and judgment. It is important to understand human nature. Emotion can only be inferred from facial expressions or gestures, what it actually is. In particular, emotion is difficult to classify not only because individuals feel differently about emotion but also because visually induced emotion does not sustain during whole testing period. To solve the problem, we acquired bio-signals and extracted features from those signals, which offer objective information about emotion stimulus. The emotion pattern classifier was composed of unsupervised learning algorithm with hidden nodes and feature vectors. Restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM) based on probability estimation was used in the unsupervised learning and maps emotion features to transformed dimensions. The emotion was characterized by non-linear classifiers with hidden nodes of a multi layer neural network, named deep belief network (DBN). The accuracy of DBN (about 94 %) was better than that of back-propagation neural network (about 40 %). The DBN showed good performance as the emotion pattern classifier.
