Recently, the government has been interested in the creative economy in order to create new added value through industries and cultures, jobs, and growth engines for talented people who have creative ideas. The government emphasized technology commercialization as a core task for the realization of the creative economy in the '5th Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Plan' based on the 'Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act' in order to ensure that the technologies developed through R&D projects lead to new industries and job creation. It is necessary to study what kind of variables are influenced by specific variables in the utilization and process of the developed technology to lead the results as the proportion of national R&D budget is increasing and it is linked to the achievement of R&D purpose. Therefore, an empirical study was conducted to measure factors affecting performance for practitioners who evaluate the performance of SME technology development projects. As a result, Readiness, Technological Performance and Competency Assessment effect Performance Assessment positively.

The purpose of this study is to develop a game developer career experience program that promotes student participation and to verify its effectiveness. The game developer career experience education program currently operated by Job World is composed of passive course, which makes students less interesting and only passive activities are possible. In this study, we improved the existing coursework type program to experience actual game development using scratch to promote learner participation. Scratch can be created and shared, giving students the opportunity to create their own work. Therefore, this study developed the game developer career experience education program using scratch and verified its effect. Two Delphi tests were conducted to develop the training program and one expert council was held. In addition, pilot classes were conducted from 22 elementary school students and 30 middle school students, and the satisfaction test was conducted. As a result, the developed educational program showed positive results in terms of help, satisfaction, effectiveness, and awareness.

The purpose of this study was to examine practice of strategies childcare teachers use in order to promote peer interaction among young children and difficulties in implementing strategies by using mixed methodology. The participants of current study were 155 inservice childcare teachers and they completed SIPPY questionnaire. To investigate strategy practice with difficulties, 44 teachers participated in theme writing and 3 teachers were interviewed. SIPPY data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and theme writing and interview transcripts were coded by qualitative analysis procedure. Results are as follows; First, teachers in this study use more environmental and naturalistic activity strategies than intensive strategies. Depending on educational experience and education level, there was a statistically significant difference. Second, participants reported various natural activity strategies that they use in the classroom such as compliments, modeling, suggestion, cooperative activity plan. Based on the analysis of qualitative data, four categories of difficulties were presented such as environmental component, disconnection with families, child individual characteristics, and teacher component. Implications were discussed in terms of teacher education and teacher driven professional development program.

The purpose of this study, reflecting the characteristics of recent R&D activities, where knowledge convergence and exchange and the growth of researchers are becoming more important, is to promote the growth of outstanding researchers by establishing a support system for researcher career development (intensifying expertise) and career fluidity (change in core research topics). Using the results of a survey of 548 researchers from government-funded research institutes, this study analyze environmental factors of research that promotes career development suitable for the growth of researchers after quantitatively verifying the effects of career development and career mobility on research outcomes. As a result of the analysis, it is more desirable to strengthen career liquidity after stable career development, but the human resources and career development support systems of research institutes are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, policy measures to support researcher career development and liquidity were proposed in four stages.

OECD 국가들과 마찬가지로 한국의 청년실업문제는 매우 심각하다. 높은 청년실업문제는 경제성장에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 출산, 범죄 등의 심각한 사회적 문제를 초래할 수 있다. 창업은 단순히 청년들의 단기적 직업을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 미래 사회가 필요로 하는 인적자원을 개발시키는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 즉, 청년층인 대학생들의 창업을 북돋울 수 있는 방안과 연관된 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 기업가정신이 창업동기에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이들 관계에서조절초점성향의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 강원지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 342부의 설문지가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 연구 분석을 통해 확인된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 기업가정신은 창업의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정했으며 실증연구에서 이를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업가 정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 성별의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 기업가정신이 남녀 모두에 있어 창업의도에 정(+)의 상관관계를 가지며 그 영향력은 남성에 비해 여성이 더 크다는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 대학생의 촉진초점이 남녀 모두에 있어서 창업의도에 정(+)의 상관관계를 가지며 그 영향력은 남성에 비해 여성이 크다는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

우리나라의 경우 희귀질환은 국내 유병인구가 2만명 이하로 드물게 나타나는 질환으로 적절한치료 방법과 대체의약품이 개발되지 않은 병을 말한다. 희귀의약품은 대상 환자 수가 적어 연구개발이 어렵고 시장에서 수익성을 기대하기 어려워 제약기업이 쉽게 개발할 동기를 갖기 어렵기 때문에 선진국에서는 희귀의약품의 개발을 촉진하기 위한 제도를 운영하고 있다. 국내에서도 희귀질환자들에게 치료기회를 확대 제공하기 위한 일환으로, 1999년 정부의 적극적인 지원하에 한국희귀의약품센터가 설립되었다. 한국희귀의약품센터는 적용대상이 드물고 대체의약품이 없어 긴급한 도입이 요구되는 의약품 및 희귀질환자 치료용 약품의 구입공급과 제반 정보의 수집 및 제공을 함으로써 국민의 건강증진에 기여하고 있다. 한국희귀의약품센터의 주요 역할은 희귀의약품 및 희귀질환에 대한 최신정보를 수집 분류 데이터베이스화하여 이를 희귀의약품의 수요자 및 공급자 등 필요로 하는 자에게 제공하고 있으며, 특히 적용 대상이 드물고 대체의약품이 없어 긴급하게 도입할 필요가 있는 의약품 및 희귀질환자 치료용 의약품에 대하여 자가 치료용 의약품의 수입추천 안내 및 수입대행, 희귀의약품의 지정추천업무 등을 수행하고 있다. 희귀의약품 지정에 관한 규정은 1998년 4월 16일에 식품의약품 안전처에서 고시하였으며 2013년 2월에 식약처에서 고시 제 2013-8호로 개정하였다. 개정 이유는 지속적인 투자, 연구 개발이 필요한 희귀의 약품의 개발을 활성화하고 지정 한도액을 상향하는 등 희귀의약품 지정제도 개선하고자 하는 것이다. 이번 개정의 주요 내용은 개발 초기부터 '개발단계 희귀의약품' 지정하고 지정 갱신을 위해 별도 생산(수입)실적 보고를 폐지하며, 위탁제조판매업자의 희귀의약품 지정 신청을 가능하게 하고, 유병인구 500명 이하인 경우 지정한도 금액 상향 등이다. 이번 개정을 통해 희귀의약품에 대한 연구 개발이 더욱 확대 될 것으로 기대하며, 앞으로도 희귀질환 환자들에게 원활하게 희귀의약품이 공급되도록 지원 정책이 추진되어야 할 것이다.

사회적 소프트웨어인 블로그(Blog) 사용이 급증함에 따라 기업 내에서 블로그를 활용하는 기업들이 늘어나고 있다. 기업에서 블로그가 외부적으로는 고객 관계, 광고, 판매 촉진 또는 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션이나 협력의 도구로 사용되고, 내부적으로는 협업, 지식 관리, 공동체 개발 등의 도구로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 기업들이 내부적으로 블로그를 사용함에 있어 기술적 수용에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 연구 모형은 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model; TAM)을 근간으로 모델을 설정 하였다. 데이터 수집은 설문지 방식으로 기업 블로그를 도입한 국내 주요 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다.

임상시험 guideline은 신약개발을 촉진하기 위하여 약사법 제 26조 제 6항 및 제 24조 제 8호의 규정에 의거하여 신약 임상시험의 안내서로 활용하게 하는데 있다. 임상시험은 특정약의 특정 질환에 대한 임상효과를 판정하기 위하여 시험약의 효과 및 부작용을 윤리적으로 타당한 과학적 시험을 통하여 시행하는 것이다. 특히 임상시험은 사람을 대상으로 하기 때문에 윤리적이고 과학적인 방법을 통하여 시행착오를 최소화하고, 피험자가 위험에 처할 가능성을 최소화하여야 한다.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 기술사업화 촉진을 위한 전략 틀을 제공하고, S사를 통해 실제적인 기술사업화 사례를 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 기술사업화 내용이 국부적인 내용을 취급하고 있는 반면, 본 연구에서는 기존에 경영학에서 연구된 여러 가지 전략적 요소들을 재통합함으로써 기술이전을 받았거나 이미 개발된 기술에 적용하기에 적합한 하나의 새로운 종합적이고 구체적인 기술사업화 틀을 제공하고 있다. 주요 내용으로는 시장에서의 니즈를 해결할 수 있는 기술의 독특성을 파악하여 이를 제품으로 아이디어를 창출하고, 도출된 제품을 대상으로 기술사업화 기업이 사업화를 실행하였을 경우, 기능적인 면과 전략적인 면에서 사업으로의 생존 가능성과 발전 가능성 진단을 통하여 선별한 후, 해당 분야의 산업지도를 파악하여 비즈니스 모형을 도출하고, 이에 적합한 시장진입전략과 확장전략을 개발하는 절차로 진행된다. 이런 절차에 따라 실제적인 국내 벤처기업인 S사에 적용해봄으로써 제안한 분석기법의 효과성을 증명하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행한다.
