고객만족 개념의 연구 초기에서는 고객만족 개념을 인지적 반응, 정서적 반응 등 포괄적으로 정의하고 있으나, 지금까지도 만족이란 구성개념의 세부적 기술(specification of the construct)이 제대로 이루어지지 않았다. 고객만족에 관한 초기연구 이후 이론의 정교화가 점진적으로 이루어지기 시작하면서 고객만족의 개념은 "충족상태가 유쾌한 수준에서 제공되거나, 제공되었는가에 대한 판단"으로 정의됨으로써 만족이란 개념을 보다 구체적인 수준에서 설명하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 정의에서도 고객만족의 본질적인 특성이 무엇인가는 명확하게 기술되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시되고 있는 고객만족의 개념적 정의(conceptual definition)와 조작적 정의를 비판적으로 검토하여 고객만족 개념을 재정립하고 향후 연구와 활용을 위한 명제를 제시하고 있다.

This paper analyses conceptual change from Euclid's dictionary definition to Hilbert's mathematical definition about primitive terms in Geometry. Realism, conceptualism, nominalism about mathematical objects are related to this conceptual change.

This paper was designed for the purpose of helping the functional comprehension on the concept of a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle and offering the help for teaching-learning process on their definitions. We analysed the characteristic of the definition on a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle and studied the context, mean and purpose on the definition. The definition focusing on the construction is the definition stressed on the consistency of the concept through the fact that it is possible to draw figure of the concept. And this definition is the thing that consider the extend of the concept from triangle to polygon. Meanwhile this definition can be confused because the concept is not connected with the terminology. The definition focusing on the meaning is easy to memorize the concept because the concept is connected with the terminology but is difficult to search for the concept truth. And this definition is the thing that has the grounds on the occurrence but is taught in a made-knowledge. The definition focusing on both the construction and meaning is the definition that the starting point is vague in the logical proof process. We hope that the results are used to improve the understanding the concept of a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle in the field of mathematical education.

형식개념(Formal Concept)은 외연(extent)과 내포(intent)를 이용하여 어떤 대상에 대한 정의를 내리거나, 그 대상들을 분류하여 군집화하기 위한 논리적 도구로 사용되어왔다. 여기에서 외연이란 객체(Object)들의 집합이고, 내포는 그 객체들이 지니고 있는 속성(Attribute)들의 집합이다. 이러한 형식개념은 어떤 문제에 나타나는 다양한 데이터로부터 객체와 속성들을 추출하고 이로부터 개념(Concept)들의 계층구조(hierarchy)를 형성하여 데이터를 분석하는데 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 형식개념의 정의와 성질을 소개하고, 이를 일반화한 완비격자에서의 형식개념을 정의한다. 또한 이 형식개념에서의 외연과 내포격자에 대한 성질을 알아본다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the definitions and concept images of Infinity and limits for high school students. In addition, the error patterns of the students were also investigated. The participants were 121 girls highschool students and survey method was used to co11ed data. Only 11 % and 5% of the participants revealed the definitions similar to the standard textbook definitions in limits of infinite sequences and infinite series respectively. The participants showed 6 types of error patterns and had more difficulties in understanding and applying concepts and properties of infinite series than those of infinite sequences.

In this study, in accordance with the research trend that the learner's emotions expressed positively or negatively in mathematics learning or the learner's beliefs and attitudes toward mathematics learning affect the results of mathematics learning, the learner's emotions and affective factors are analyzed in the learner's own learning. A power that can be adjusted according to a goal or purpose is needed, and I tried to explain this power through meta-affect. To this end, the meaning of the definitional and conceptual factors of meta-affect was explored based on prior studies. Affective factors of meta-affect were viewed as emotions, attitudes, and beliefs, and conceptual factors of meta-affect were viewed as awareness, evaluating, controlling, utilization, and monitoring, and the meaning of each conceptual factor was also defined. In this study, the conceptual factors and meanings of meta-affect in terms of using them to help in learning mathematics by controlling them, beyond the identification or examination of the characteristics of the affective factors, which are meaningfully dealt with in the field of mathematics education.

The Conception of the Dao(道) have a large number of implication. The Dao is Taoism's representative concept, also the Confucianists considered the Dao important. But relatively the Confucianists emphasize the way of Human(人道), Taoists stress the way of Heaven(天道) The Justice is the western philosophical conception. The Justice is necessary for the peace and prosperity in interindividual, inter-social, and international. If closely consider, We can explain the real nature of Justice from the Dao, and know practicing the Dao is namely practicing the Justice. In this paper, I studied the conception of Dao and it's meaning in the philosophy of Lao-tzu (B.C. 604?~531?) and Confucius(B.C. 552~479), and researched the method of practicing the Justice. Through this study, I ascertain that Confucian's the way of Human is the Benevolence(仁), practicing the Benevolence is namely practicing the Justice. And Lao-tzu's he way of Heaven is the real nature of Justice, Nature itself remained intact(無爲自然) is namely practicing the Justice.

The purpose of this study are to analyze how well middle and high school students understand the concept definition of quadrangle and to explore the phenomenon about their concept image. A test tool was developed and 60 8th graders, 63 9^th graders and 65 10^th graders were tested, and some students who needed in-depth analysis were interviewed. The results are as follows. First, it cannot be said that understanding level of the concept definition of the quadrangle naturally improves as the grade level goes up. Particularly, it was found that the understanding of the definition of the rhombus is the lowest in all three grades compared to other quadrangle. Second, although female students understood the definition of square better than male students, the understanding level of the definition of trapezoid, parallelogram, rhombus, and rectangle did not differ by gender. Third, it was found that the students who did not understand the concept definition of the quadrangle were more and more influenced by the concept image as the grade level went up. Fourth, it showed that a tendency to be less influenced by the concept definition and more influenced by textbooks and teachers as the grades go up when students form a concept image.

In this paper, the 'facility' and its related concepts were analysed, and then ontological conceptual definition for the facility was conducted based on a variety of relationships between those concepts. First, as a facility conception relation, inclusion relation, instance relation, rule relation, attribute relation and part-whole relationships were investigated. Second, facility concepts were prescribed as a physical entity in which many parts were functionally integrated. Third, by strictly separating the basic concept and role concept, reading facility, exhibit facility, etc. were not supposed to make multiple inheritances by putting subordinate concepts as those of role concepts, not those of the concept of facility. Fourth and lastly, an ontology for the facility was made by using OWL DL.

오늘날 세계는 물질적으로 풍요롭게 되었지만, 생태위기의 발생과 더불어 환경문데를 둘러싼 불평등이 감소하기 보다는 오히려 증대하고 있다. 21세기를 위한 새로운 패러다임으로서 생태학은 이러한 불평등을 극복하기 위한 지식 및 실천으로서 '환경정의'의 개념 또는 이론을 필요로 한다. 진정한 환경정의론은 한편으로 생태학의 규범적 측면들을 발전시키면서 다른 한편으로 이의 이데올로기의 동원을 막을 수 있는 이론적 및 실천적 토대가 될 것으로 기대된다. 환경정의에 관한 개념적 연구는 주로 사회정의에 관한 철학적 전통, 특히 자유론, 공리주의, 계약론을 포괄하는 자유주의적 정의론, 맑스주의적 정의론 및 포스트모던 정의론 등에서 도출된 주요 개념들을 자연환경에 확대시키고자 한다. 환경정의에 관한 몇몇 학자들, 대표적으로 벤쯔(Wenz), 하비(Harvey), 로와 그리슨 (Low and Gleeson) 등은 다양한 전통을 위에서 제시한 (환경)정의론들을 면밀히 고찰하여, 이들 각각의 한계를 제시하거나 문제점들을 지적하고, 나아가 이들을 종합하고자 했다. 이들의 연구는 환경정의에 관한 다양한 이론들의 특성을 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주지만, 그 자체로 일관성 있는 이론으로 발전하지는 못했다. 이 글에서 제시되는 환경정의론은 인간들 간의 관계, 자연과 인간들 간의 물질적 관계, 그리고 상징적 관계 등에 상응하도록 정의를 3가지 차원, 즉 분배적 정의, 생산적 정의, 승인적 정의로 구분하고자 한다. 이들은 각각 필요의 원칙, 노동의 원칙, 그리고 의사소통의 원칙에 기초하며, 또한 각각 자유주의적, 특히 롤즈의 정의론, 맑스주의 정의론, 그리고 비판이론이나 포스트모던 정의론에서 많은 시사점들을 얻을 수 있다.
