This paper is intended to provide a good lecture to computer utilizing courses in the Department of Nursing, therefore first analyzes the outlines of relevant qualifying examinations as well as the contents of the textbooks and syllabus that are currently taught in universities, and then design the curriculum by applying blended learning for effective proceedings of computer-utilizing course. The curriculum for computer-utilizing course which this paper suggests is based on blended learning which blends face-to-face classes with e-learning classes, and its two tracks of teaching and practice include weekly core areas, teaching goals, and subjects. Therefore, this curriculum is expected to lead to excellent learning outcomes as it will become a good teaching scheme for teachers and will motivate students to acquire license. and to find employment.

The purpose of this study was to identify the recognition of traditional wedding food among the women living in Busan. It also investigated the differences of the recognition caused by demographic characteristics among them, which provides the data for a desirable wedding culture. A total of 270 samples for the study were collected from November 10 till 21 in 2007. For the analysis of the data, we used SPSS 14.0 to carry out the analysis of frequency and variance. The findings could be summarized as follows: the older one had more awareness of traditional wedding food. Especially the housewife had relatively more knowledge about Shinhyung-eumsik than any other occupation. The majority of respondents answered that Phaebak-eumsik is positively necessary for the wedding ceremony and simplification of wedding food is needed.

Purpose The aim of this study is to evaluate the survival rates and analyze the stability of lateral approach and trans-crestal approach for maxillary sinus floor elevation of simultaneous implant placement. Materials and method 407 patients who have been treated in LivingWell dental hospital between 2003 to 2009 were selected. Lateral window technique, osteotome technique and sinus drill technique were used for sinus floor elevation procedure. A total of 714 implants-MP-1 HA coated implant(Tapered Screw $Vent^{TM}$, $Spline^{TM}$, Zimmer, USA), FBR surfaced implant(Pitt-$Easy^{TM}$, Oraltronics, Germany)-were placed in grafted maxillary sinus simultaneously. The autogenous bone or a combination with the allograft or alloplast was grafted into sinus. Sinus floor elevation was combined with vertical/horizontal onlay bone grafts to reconstruct the defect of alveolar ridge. Results The average preoperative height of the maxillary alveolar bone was 5.78mm(range: 0.4mm~12.5mm). 14 implants failed during the healing period(lateral approach: 4, trans-crestal approach: 10) and 3 implant failed after prosthetic loading(lateral approach: 2, trans-crestal approach: 1). The cumulative survival rate of implants after 6 years was 97.6%. Trans-crestal approach(97.4%) and lateral approach(97.9%) had similar survival rates. Conclusion The results indicate that the trans-crestal approach and lateral approach for maxillary sinus elevation is a acceptable method at atrophic maxillary posterior area.

A rapid growth of IT convergence into different application areas draws a lot of interest in high performance platform and embedded system. Industry needs well educated computer professionals with the practical understanding on the emerging technologies and core issues of contemporary popular services. In this paper, we present an education framework for computer system architecture based on rigorous analyses of the characteristics of IT convergence services and information technology trends. The proposed framework puts emphasis on real-world and hands-on subjects related to multicore architecture, embedded system and parallel processing. We believe effective use in the development and management of computer system architecture courses encouraging both industries and students.

Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC), originally started from United States, have recently received a great deal of attention all over the world. MOOC means free online courses that anyone can attend anytime. In Korea, KERIS(Korea Education and Research Information Service) and some universities provide various MOOC services. The purpose of this paper is to present current status and improvement suggestions of MOOC. We first introduce the formal definition and history of MOOC, then discuss current status of MOOC services in Korea and other countries. We finally present improvement suggestions that include induction of active participation for universities, value creation for campus, development of revenue model, providing motivation to students for finishing courses, development of LMS(Learning Management System), securing well-trained lecturers, translation of lecture materials, ensuring quality of authentification system of MOOC services.

This study investigated the learning process of Chines international student within a technology environment, who was studying in Korea to be well equipped as a math teacher in future. Her activities were observed and guided in a class for pre-service teachers in one university, Kyunggido, in the second semester of 2014. She experienced obstacles such as the lacks of comprehending Korean sentences, Korean math terminologies, mathematical concepts, and fidelities of technology in her learning. She was recovered by bilingual effect, visualization activities, repetition activities, and group activities. There was a learning helper who made her learning possible in a bilingual way. Thus, the bilingual education is crucial for students with multi-cultural background.

With recognition of the self-leadership and creative personality for developing student competitive capability, this study examines the relationships among self-leadership, creative personality, innovative behaviour and learning satisfaction based on survey data from university students. The main findings of the study are as follows: first, the study found that self-leadership was positively associated with creative personality while there was also a positive relationship between self-leadership and innovative behaviour as well as learning satisfaction. Second, the empirical analysis of the paper also shows that creative personality partially mediated the relationship of self-leadership and innovative behaviour, but not for the relationship between self-leadership and learning satisfaction. In addition, the hypothesis on the positive association between learning satisfaction and innovative behaviour was not supported. This paper contributes to our understanding of self-leadership and innovative behaviour research by expanding to university student context and highlighting the role of creative personality. This study proposes that developing the self-leadership and creative personality of student are required for better innovative behaviour and thereby, learning performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current development of continuing professional education for librarians with particular foci on online learning and professional competencies. It analyzed the current online training programs at the National Library of Korea along with on-site programs in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. It also examined best practices of online continuing education abroad where more diverse and interactive delivery methods, such as webinars and webcasts, are used to inform latest and practical topics in the field. It found online training programs are not complementing but playing major roles in continuing professional education. The study also examined the current trends that library continuing educational institutions are applying core competencies schemes to continuing education programs in order to systemize their programs and to strengthen individual librarians' professional competencies.

VOD video cameras and in real time using H264 CORECODEC to compress MPEC4, WMV, and real-time video streaming on the Internet, and phone system that supports the first, real-time recording of camera images featured nation's first real-time encoder system (Real time encoder system) is, Web and smart environment suitable for supporting the latest CORECODEC technology and software products. Second, the video can be played in MP4 player and customize your chat, and Custer (customizing) is a possible two-way Internet Broadcasting System. Third, CMS (Contents Management System) feature video content and course management content in real time via the Android phone and iPhone streaming service is available.

This study reports a case where some university libraries played a major role in opening and educating information literacy Instruction as a general liberal arts course. The librarian of the university library, who was also the speaker of this study, participated in the overall operation, including the conducting of two classes lectures during the second semester as a professor. It also analyzed a survey of 43 students from 27 departments in the first semester of 2019 and 44 from 25 departments in the second semester to assess the pre- and post-education effects on the courses. As a result, statistically significant values were obtained in both semesters. This study, which aimed at providing materials for librarians at university libraries raises the need for liberal arts education that integrates information and media literacy, is expected to provide various implications for improving information literacy instruction programs in the future.
