광학세계에서는 지난해부터 일본 캐논의 연구개발부장을 지낸 송전철부(宋田哲夫)씨가 집필한 <광학부품의 사용법과 유의점>이란 책 내용을 연재하고 있다. 본 내용은 일본의 월간 OPTRONICS에서 1982년부터 30회에 걸쳐 연재된 바 있고, 연재한 내용만 묶어 한 권의 책으로 나온 이후 지금까지 많은 광학인들이 애독하고 있는 핸드북이다. 월간 OPTRONICS는 1990년에 책 내용을 세부에 걸쳐 수정함과 동시에 렌즈에 대한 기초를 보다 충실히 하고 비구면 렌즈 Rod 렌즈, 홀로그램, 고체 촬상디바이스, 회절광간섭방식 엔코더 등을 새롭게 첨가하여 보다 알찬 내용으로 보강하여 증보개정판을 내놓았다. 국내에서는 (주)그린광학에서 본 자료를 입수하여 시내자료로 활용하고 있을만큼 시대와 장소를 초월하여 아직도 광학산업현장에서 유용한 자료로 읽혀지고 있다. 비록 일부 내용들은 우리나라 산업현실과 다소 차이가 있는 부분도 있을 것이나 광학기술의 역사와 기반이 앞서있다고 생각되는 일본의 실질적인 기술관련 자료이기 때문에 국내 업체 관련분야에 종사하시는 분들에게 일독을 권해드리고 싶은 마음에 광학세계에서도 2009 년 7월호부터 연재를 하게 되었다. 전체 내용을 살펴보면, 제1부에는 대표적인 광학부품에 대한 설명, 제2부에는 그것들을 사용한 광학시스템과 그것들에 관한 기본적인 사항의 해설, 제3부에는 광학부품을 수입하는 경우의 측정방법과 그것들을 시스템으로 조립하는 경우의 조정방법 예 등을 소개했다. 기술내용은 응용범위가 넓다고 생각되는 구체적인 예를 기본으로 소개했다.

To help programming learning, we have designed a robot programming course that improves complex cognitive abilities. The developed course was implemented in college programming classes and educational effects were analysed. While students are learning through LEGO Mindstorms NXT and NXT-G software, the students' problem solving abilities have been enhanced. The developed robot programming course gives positive effects on learners' problem solving abilities. It means that the developed course helps a learner in a cognitive domain.

The purpose of this study proposes continuing education program development for disability services librarian training. To this end, there was researched and analysed the Curriculum for the librarian disability service training courses and the library services with disability and LIS curriculums in abroad and domestic. Based on the research results obtained by the more comprehensive study developed a model for continuing education programs to strengthen disability services librarian competencies. Models were divided program is being offered to Track 1, 2. There are Education types which are organized cyber-shaped form of education training, set-type training, and was organized in blended learning.

Noncarious cervical lesions(NCCLs) are characterized as structural defects found on the tooth surface of the cement-enamel junction. Loss of tooth structure through noncarious mechanisms may vary in etiology and clinical presentation for each individual but presently many clinician now classify this as tooth failure of abfraction due to the stress applied in the cervical area of the tooth under oral physiological and pathological loads. In the current study, we investigated the stress distribution of maxillary premolar with NCCL using simulated 3D finite element analysis. The results were as follows: 1. In the sound maxillary premolar, the stresses were highly concentrated at cervical enamel surface of the mesiobuccal line angle, asymmetrically. 2. Once the lesion has been formed, the highest stress concentration was observed around the apex of the wedge shaped lesion. 3. In four types of NCCL, the patterns of stress distribution were similar and the peak stress was observed at mesial corner and also stresses concentrated at lesion apex. 4. Lesion cavity modification of rounding apex, reduced stress of lesion apex. 5. When restoring the notch-shaped lesion, material with high elastic modulus worked well at the lesion apex and material with low elastic modulus worked well at the cervical cavosurface margin.

Recently, in each university, the fourth industry era has begun, and a lot of programming lectures have been added to liberal arts classes in order to nurture the convergence talents needed in society. However, learners often encounter difficulties or negative responses to programming. In this study, we analyzed the personality type of learners in order to analyze the motivation of learning disengagement in programming learning. Through the pre - test, learners with emotional and thought personality types were identified and analyzed. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that learners with a solid personality type of BS can have a negative gaze in programming learning. Future research is expected to contribute to learning motivation through lecture learning in post test.

I guess that e-learning buying behaviors have some selection criteria which are interactivity, contents quality, perceived usefulness, and corporate reputation. And I propose that the effects of selection criteria on adaptation intention are moderated by buyer-user status. To accomplish research purpose, I conducted a field survey with a self-administered questionnaire in both user-buyer and analysed the causal relations among the variables by regression analysis. Findings are these. In all of the customer, interactivity, perceived usefulness, and corporate reputation had positive effects on re-attending intention to another e-learning class. In case of users(students), interactivity, contents quality, and perceived usefulness had positive effects, but buyer(parents) showed both perceived usefulness and corporate reputation had positive effects on re-attending intention.

In this paper, we design an ontology which provides interoperability by integrating typical metadata specifications and defines concepts and semantic relations between concepts that are used to describe metadata for learning objects in university courses. And we organize a hierarchical structured e-Learning system for efficient retrieval of learning objects on many local storages that use different specifications to describe metadata and propose a query processing method based on inferences. The proposed e-Learning system can provide more accurate and satisfactory retrieval service by using the designed ontology because both learning objects that be directly connected to user queries and deduced learning objects that be semantically connected to them are retrieved.

일반에게 공정한 입장에서 소비자와 커뮤니케이션을 실행하는 수단으로서 "일본농약학회, 지방자치단체, 내각부 식품안전위원회나 농림수산성, 후생노동성 등의 공적기관, 농약공업회나 전국농약협동조합 등 임의단체, 전국농업협동조합이나 전국 판매상 등의 유통업자 등이 실시하는 농약의 안전 사용자 안전 등에 관한 세미나 강습회, 소비자의 간담회", "학회나 농약연구자, 과학리더에 의한 계몽서의 출판, 학회나 업자 단체에 의한 Q&A집의 학회지 게재나 배포". "각종 학회나 공적기관의 홈페이지 계몽 해설문제의 게재", "농약제조 메이커나 임의단체에 의한 인터넷을 통한 메일 잡지 배송", "신문(전국지)를 매개로 한 홍보활동" 등을 들 수 있다. 최근에는 대학에 있어서도 일반사회인(소비자 포함)을 대상으로 한 농약이나 각종 화학물질의 안전성에 관한 공개강좌가 개설되어 있다. 한편 공정한 입장서 농약에 대해서 올바르게 전달한다는 개념에서 출발하지만, 결국엔 상업적 측면이 강한 "재미있고 우습게, 농약이 가지는 잠재적 위험성을 일부러 강조하고, 때로는 과학적 사실과 다른 내용을 의도적 또는 비의도적으로 전달하여 시청자나 독자의 관심을 끌어 시청률이나 발행부수를 신장시키는 것을 목적으로 하는 각종 매스컴으로부터의 막대한 양의 정보발신(모든 매스컴이 해당하는 것은 아님)이 있다. 더욱이 인터넷 사이트에는 종교적 측면이 강한 단체를 포함, 농약의 위험성을 강조하는 일이 있으며 온갖 정보가 넘쳐나고 있다. 물론 공적기관을 포함, 농약의 유용성과 잠재적 위험성에 대하여 공정하고 객관적 입장에서 인터넷을 소개한 정보 발신도 행해지고 있다. "농약은 나쁘고 위험하다"라는 정보로는 센세이셔날 한 상품가치(매스컴측의 보도 메리트)가 있지만 "농약은 안전하고 문제없다"로는 상품가치가 없다고 하는 상업 저널리즘을 드러낸다. "양적으로 압도적인 매스컴 보도"를 뛰어넘어 소비자에게 올바른 정보를 전달, 이해시키는 것은 가능하지 않을까. 다음으로 농약에 관한 리스크커뮤니케이션 수법에 대한 유의점과 과제를 기술한다.

웹을 기반으로 한 프로그래밍 교육 시스템에 관하여 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으나 대부분의 연구는 강의 노트의 제공 방법, 또는 하이퍼링크 상에서의 효과적인 네비게이션 방법과 같은 원격 교육 시스템에 국한된 내용이었다. 그러나 프로그래밍 교육은 그 특성상 강의노트의 제공 방법이나 하이퍼링크 상에서의 효과적인 네비게이션 방법보다도 많은 양의 과제를 통한 연습 기회의 제공과 각 과제에서의 교수자와 학습자간의 친밀하고 개인적인 상호작용이 학습자의 학업성취도에 더욱 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 원격 교육 시스템의 관점에서 더 나아가 교수자가 학습자에게 많은 양의 과제를 통한 연습의 기회를 부여 할 수 있고 각 과제당 교수자와 학습자간의 상호작용을 극대화할 수 있는 웹 기반 프로그래밍 교육 시스템을 구현하였다. 웹 기반 프로그래밍 교육 시스템은 학습자에게 시간과 장소에 구애됨이 없이 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 프로그램을 코딩하거나 컴파일할 수 있고 SPLINT를 통한 분석결과를 통해 즉시 피드백을 받을 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 또한 교수자에게 많은 수의 학생들의 과제를 관리하고 교수자의 평가 기준에 의해 한꺼번에 자동으로 평가할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 준다. 이러한 웹 기반 프로그래밍 교육 시스템은 웹을 이용한 프로그래밍 교육을 면대면 학습에 더욱 가깝게 만들어준다. 현재 웹 기반 프로그래밍 교육시스템은 K대학교 컴퓨터교육과 1학년 재학생들을 대상으로 한 C 프로그래밍 강좌에 사용되고 있다.

This paper examines what kind of writing ability KEC2005 requires for upper grades of engineering college. According to KEC2005, they need writing ability in the field of majors, especially capstone design subjects as well as general communication skills. An experience on preparing a quasi-research paper has some potential to be better for these demands than other writing training forms. The contents of assignments submitted by the students taking a class 'Writing in Science & Technology' in Seoul National University in 2009 supported this point of view. This paper is about a case study discussing the detailed relationship between KEC2005 and writing, and helps engineering colleges to design their own writing programs.
