본 내용은 첨단 정보통신 기술을 이용하여 강의자 중심의 단방향 교육(Teaching) 환경을 학생 중심의 양방향 교육(Learning) 환경으로 개선하여 보다 창의적인 인재를 양성할 수 있는 교육환경 구축에 관한 내용이다. 우리나라를 포함한 OECD 국가들은 ICT활용 수업에 대한 필요성을 공감하고 교단 선진화를 위한 연구 및 지원을 다양하게 진행하고 있다. 학생들에게 지급하는 교과서를 인쇄매체 대신에 메모리 스틱, CD-ROM 및 인터넷을 통한 전자 매체로 대체하는 방안 등이 그 예이다. 따라서 학생들이 강의실에서 멀티미디어를 이용해 강의를 듣고, 과제를 풀며 정리된 내용을 발표하고 토론할 수 있는 양방향 수업환경이 요구된다. 그러나 컴퓨터를 활용한 수업을 진행할 때의 문제점이 강의내용을 학생들에게 효율적으로 전달하기가 어렵고, 학생들의 컴퓨터를 통제할 수 없기 때문에 수업을 이탈하는 경우가 발생되는 등 교육에 역효과가 초래된다. 본 내용에서 소개하는 양방향 수업진행 장비(드림랩)는 강의자가 학생들의 컴퓨터 모니터, 키보드 및 마우스를 자유로이 통제할 수 있어서 강의자의 화면과 음성을 실시간으로 선명하게 학생들에게 전달하고, 학생들의 내용을 모니터하고 제어할 수 있으며, 개인지도 및 수준별 그룹지도가 가능하다. 또한 강의자에게 개인적으로 질문을 할 수 있고, 학생들의 내용을 자신의 자리에서 전체 학생들에게 발표할 수도 있다. 드림랩은 순수 하드웨어로 구성되어 컴퓨터 기종이나 운영체제에 영향을 받지 않으며, 컴퓨터 자원과 네트워크 자원을 사용하지 않기 때문에 컴퓨터나 네트워크의 성능을 저하시키지 않는다. 또한 사용법이 간단하고 유지관리가 쉬운 장점 등이 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터를 활용한 수업진행이 원활하여 다양한 과목에 활용 가능하고, 학생들의 자발적인 수업 참여로 강의 중심 교육에서 자기 주도적 수업환경(T2L, Teaching to Learning)으로 자연스럽게 전환되어 교육의 질적 향상과 함께 창의적인 인재를 양성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Academic libraries are at a turning point. Historically academic libraries were the natural destination for students, faculty, and researchers seeking information. These users came to the library by default. Academic libraries served as the repository for published information as well as the intermediary for acquiring material from the outside world. In this study, suggested are directions of academic library websites construction and current techniques related library 2.0 that could be applied digital information system of academic libraries. And discussed the recent status, problems and future directions of scholarly information service through websites supporting lecture and research prefect activities for faculties in Korean university libraries.

This study conducted a focus group interview with 15 college freshman from J college to find out their experiences in non-face-to-face lectures with COVID-19. The contents of the interview were recorded and conducted, and the meaning was analyzed according to the focus group interview procedure through repeated listening. Components were 'Operation of non-face-to-face lectures in unprepared situations', 'Loss of orientation in lectures and departure from learning', 'One way listening', 'The convenience of taking a lectures'. The experience of 'Operating non-face-to-face lectures in unprepared situations' included the start of mixed non-face-to-face lectures, cumbersome and inconvenient online systems, and the demand for tuition refunds. The experience of 'Loss of orientation in lectures and departure from learning' has experienced difficulty in concentrating on lectures, Deficiency in the degree of recognition of learning content, and burden of assignments and exams. The experience of 'One way listening' has experienced lack of interaction between professors and learners and non reflection of liveliness in the field. Finally, participants experienced satisfaction with being able to lectures and repeat lectures at anytime and anywhere they wanted with the convenience of taking lectures. Based on this study, participants called for improvements in the quality lecture contents and interaction between professors and learners, and it is thought that universities will need administrative and financial support and education design and system construction to construct high-quality lecture contents.

초고속 인터넷의 보급으로 인터넷이 너무나 다양하고 친숙한 관계로 우리에게 다가왔으며 휴대폰이나 PDA의 등장으로 무선인터넷에 관심을 많이 가지게 되었다. 그러나 무선인터넷 기술을 우리 생활에 유익한 도구로 활용하기 위해서 다양한 연구활동이 이루어지고 있으나 교육적 도구로 활용하기 위한 연구는 아직까지 미비한 편이다. 본 연구는 무선인터넷 기술을 교육 목표 달성을 위한 도구로 활용하기 위해서 사이버 강의 시스템을 구축하였다. 사이버 강의 시스템의 특징은 첫째, 이동통신 단말기의 특성을 고려하여 시스템을 설계하였다. 둘째, 유 무선인터넷 사이트를 연계하여 정보를 전달하고 관리하게 하였다. 셋째, 다양한 언어로 제작하여 각기 다른 회사의 언어에 지원할 수 있게 제작하였다 넷째, 영어학습, 국어학습, 과학학습을 할 수 있는 정보제공 사이트를 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 전자책을 이용한 e-Learning 플랫폼을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 전자책에 대해 주석(annotation)을 추가하는 방식으로 텍스트의 부분에 대해 하이라이트, 북마크로 메모를 달거나 프리드로잉을 이용하여 설명을 달 수 있다 전자책에 추가된 하이라이트 및 북마크 등의 정보는 학생 리더 시스템에 외부 데이터로 저장되어 개인적인 학습에 사용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 동기적인 원격 강의 방식으로 교사의 네비게이션과 액션에 따라 그 결과를 학생 터미널에 바로 보여주어 교사가 교재 화면을 칠판 대신 사용하면서 강의 내용을 전달하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 전자책에 기반한 토론을 지원하기 위해 채팅 기능을 구현하였는데, 각 문장은 전자책의 특정 위치(context)에 연결될 수 있다. 본 시스템은 전자책을 이용한 개별학습 자료의 제공 및 실시간 원격 강의를 위한 플랫폼을 제시하였으며, 자바 기반의 전자책 리더 시스템상에 구현하였다[1].

매 학기 교수별, 과목별, 강의실별 시간표를 학사규정에 맞추어 수작업으로 작성하였다. 이에 업무량 및 시간적인 효율성 증대가 요구된다. 수작업으로 진행되는 프로세스 과정을 데이터베이스와 웹페이지를 활용하여 전산화 시켜 1주일이라는 작업시간을 단 1일로 줄였으며, 교수들이 직접 웹페이지에 접속하여 연구일을 직접 입력하고, 배정 완료된 강의들의 시간 및 강의실을 확인하기 쉽게 구현되었으며, 추후 타 학교에서도 사용가능 하도록 시스템을 개선할 계획이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the learners' satisfactions of the video conferencing for global engineering education and provide the implications for effective video conferencing. This study analyzed the learners' satisfactions on their participation in the video conferencing. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 132 subjects who studied in the video conferencing universities, and performed interviews with 27 learners. The results include learners wanted to have more practical themes to satisfy their interests; faculty roles among domestic professors and abroad professors should be specified: distance learners should be guided to have diverse interactions among themselves. The implications are explored for the future study and video conferencing practices.

초고속 인터넷 망의 구축에 따라 정보통신 교육이 활성화에 힘입어 직.간접적으로 응용하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 웹 기반 원격강의는 원거리 학습자들의 학습욕구를 자기 주도적인 학습이 되도록 전체적인 수업을 진행하므로 학습과정에서의 질의 응답을 교수자에게 면대면으로 제공하지 못하였다. 따라서 학습자가 요구한 질의 내용을 잘못 이해함에 따라 교수자가 학습과정에서의 피드백 제공을 하지 못함으로써 개인학습의 동기부여가 감소됨에 따라 흥미를 입게 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 서비스에 대한 체계적인 분석 및 설계를 위해 네비게이션 모델을 통해 질의 응답을 지원하는 QALT(Question Answer Learning Tool)를 설계 및 구현한다. 원격강의는 웹 상에서 기본적인 컨텐츠를 제시하고 그를 통해 수업이 진행되는 과정에서의 질의 응답의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 일다대(One-To-Many)의 서비스를 제공한다. 또한. 학습자는 교수자가 지정한 교육용 서버를 통해 텍스트 형식이 아닌 강의자료로 쓰인 문서파일에 직접 작성하여 질의 응답을 가능하게 된다. 그로 인해 교수자와 학생간의 질의 응답을 통해 상호작용을 원활하게 할 수 있는 보조학습도구로써의 사용이 증가될 것이다. 또한 서버에서의 폴더 서비스와 메일링 서비스를 통해 실시간 질의 응답이 가능함으로써 학습자는 강의파일에서 그림에 관한 질문에 효과를 볼 수 있고 교수자는 질문 받은 내용의 위치를 시각적으로 쉽게 볼 수 있으므로 빠른 응답이 가능하게 될 것이다.

The study aims to explore the rapidly changing university sports-related lecture environment from the perspective of professors and seek comprehensive and practical improvements in the online lecture environment for both professors and learners. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, six professors related to physical education at the university were selected as research participants, and in-depth interviews were used for about four months from September 2020 to December 2020. Examples of the problems, counterplans, and the improvement plans of professors who related to sports were shown as the results. First, the difficulties faced by professors have been divided into online and offline lecture problems, which are Internet and media possession, online lecture place amulet, professor-learner communication disorder, attendance verification and evaluation, COVID-19 infection, and face-to-face lecture place restriction since the outbreak of COVID-19. Second, professors' response to online and offline lecture problems was diversification of communication media, telecommuting, providing online learning videos, replacing and reinforcing practical classes, which were found to be somewhat lacking in government and school support systems. Finally, since the COVID-19 outbreak, Sports-related lecture's continuous problems and the professor's responses require the improvements such as government-level guidelines, university-level expansion of the venues for on- and off-line lecture, devising online lecture programs that enhance professor's convenience, and adjusting the number of participants for on- and off-line lecture.

In order to improve the problem-solving abilities and enhance the academic achievement of under achieving students for university basic mathematics, P-university has opened the basic mathematics and practice education courses. These education courses are operated as prerequisite subject of Calculus and we are progressing the class focused on presentation with variety learning materials by organizing level-based classes In this paper, we analyzed the acquired grade and the result of teaching assessment of 1,106 students registered in the 30 classes that the teaching portfolio of the basic mathematics and practice education courses were submitted to support 'Accreditation for Engineering Education of Korea'. In addition, we tried to find attention points and improved solutions on operating the level-based class of the basic mathematics and practice education courses based on the 'Continuous Quality Improvement Report' of teaching portfolio submitted by each professor who is in charge of this class.
