대한산업보건협회(이하 협회)는 사업장 관리감독자, 보건관리자 등 관리자들을 위해 집약된 내용으로 산업안전보건교육을 진행하고 있다. 지난 11월 29일, 대전 유성호텔에서 진행된 '개정되는 산업안전보건법과 산업재해 바로알기' 세미나 역시 이러한 협회의 노력 중 하나이다. 산안법 전부개정안의 본격 시행을 한 달여 앞으로 남겨둔 만큼, 세미나에는 빈자리를 찾아볼 수 없을 만큼 가득 찬 참가자의 열기로 뜨거웠다.

The purposes of this study were to show general trends in the degree of parental monitoring, self-control and problem behavior perceived by adolescents and to examine possible changes in such trends in accordance with gender of adolescents and mother's employment, and then to determine the effects of these variables on adolescents' problem behavior. The subjects were 1288 adolescents of middle school in Busan (male 661, female 627). The main results were as follow. (1) General trends in the degree of internalizing problems and total behavior problems showed that girls had more problem behaviors than boys. (2) Boys and girls with unemployed mother perceived more parental monitoring than ones with employed mothers. Boys with unemployed mother had more self-control than ones with employed mothers. Boys with employed mother showed more problem hehaviors than ones with unemployed mother. (3) Mother's employment, the degree of parental monitoring and self-control had a significant indirect effect on internalizing problems, externalizing problems and total behavior problems. (4) The degree of self-control was the most powerful predicator of problem behaviors of middle school students.

3D 애니메이션 제작에서 동작의 타이밍(예를 들면 timing&spacing, slow-in, slow-out)은 연기의 의미와 느낌을 정확히 표현하기 위한 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 따라서 이러한 타이밍의 편집은 애니메이션 작업에서 필수적이라고 할 수 있는데, 이를 기존의 3D 애니메이션 시스템에서 수행하기에는 기술적으로 많은 어려움이 있었다. 첫째로 타이밍의 편집은 시간축 자체를 변형하는 문제이기 때문에 보간 곡선에 대한 재매개변수화가 필요한데, 이러한 가능은 기존 애니메이션 시스템에서 제공되지 않는다. 둘째로 타이밍 편집에는 종종 애니메이션 감독이 직접 참여하기도 하는데, 일반적으로 3D 애니메이션 시스템의 사용에 익숙하지 않기 때문에 원하는 결과를 직접 만들어 보기가 어려웠다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결한 새로운 애니메이션 타이밍 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 렌더링된 영상파일들과 애니메이션 장면 파일을 입력 받아 사용자가 타이밍 편집을 하고, 그 결과를 애니메이션 장면 파일에 다시 기록하는 방식으로 구현된다. 타이밍 편집은 기존 셀 애니메이션 제작 방식과 유사한 방식으로 프레임을 삽입하거나 삭제하는 가능과 시간왜곡 (time-warping) 그래프를 직접 조정하여 타이밍을 조정하는 가능을 제공한다. 전자는 제작도구에 익숙하지 않은 감독이나 셀 애니메이션 작업자들이 직관적으로 사용할 수 있는 기능이고, 후자는 좀 더 세밀한 타이밍 조정을 위해 제공하는 가능이다. 사용자가 편집한 타이밍 결과는 각 동작변수의 보간곡선을 재매개변수화하여 애니메이션 파일에 기록된다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 실제 애니메이션 제작에 보편적으로 사용되는 마야 애니메이션 파일을 지원하도록 구현되었다.

This thesis, which mainly focuses on judicial supervision of commercial arbitration in China, will deal with the developing process of arbitration system and analyze the actual condition of judicial supervision in commercial arbitration. And it also focuses on the underlying problems attributed to the excessive judicial intervention and an effort that the related academic world, arbitration industry and legal circles in China start to make in order to improve the system, resolving them. About the time China became a member of the WTO and about the 10th anniversary of the enforcement of Arbitration Law, powerful demands to solve the problems started to exist intensively. Academic field in China integrated these demands into the form of "proposed amendment of arbitration law", which enhanced the independence of arbitration and the autonomy of the involved parties drastically, as it accepted major contents of UNCITRAL Model Law while preserving of original tool of Chinese arbitration system. Separately from the movement in academic field, Supreme People's Court starts to exert itself for the, improvement of arbitration system, by announcing a series of proposed judicial interpretation so that it could collect the public opinion continuously and reflect the gathered opinion in judicial interpretation efficiently. Notwithstanding, there still remains to be ameliorated that the Arbitration Law of the PRC won't be able to overcome original limit when valuating judicial intervention on arbitration in some ways.

Security issues arise due to various types of external intrusions as much as the rapidly changing IT environment. Attacks using vulnerabilities in web applications are increasing, and companies are trying to find the cause of the vulnerability, prevent external intrusion, and protect their systems and important information. Especially, according to the Supervision Regulation, each financial institution and electronic financial service provider shall perform vulnerability analysis evaluation for the website for disclosure once every six months and report the result to the Financial Services Commission. In this study, based on the Web vulnerability items defined in the Supervision Regulation, based on the inspection cases of actual financial institution, we analyze the most frequently occurring items and propose effective countermeasures against them and ways to prevent them from occurring in advance.

The purpose of this study was to examine: (1) whether the level of parental monitoring changes during adolescence; (2) if it changes, what is the pattern of the change; and (3) whether the effects of adolescents' attachment to their parents on parental monitoring are dependent on time. Six waves of data from the Korea Youth Panel Study (KYPS) were used to address the research questions. The participants of the KYPS were 3,449 (1,725 boys and 1,724 girls) adolescents who participated in the study once a year for 6 years (from the 2nd grade in middle school until their high school graduation). Latent growth modeling (LGM) was used to analyze the data. The findings are as follows: the level of parental monitoring significantly increased over the six waves of the study, and the adolescents' attachment to their parents was a time-dependent predictor of parental monitoring. The results indicate that the quality of adolescents' attachment to their parents is an important factor that makes a difference in the level of parental monitoring by, possibly, affecting the level of adolescents' disclosure to their parents.

The present study analyzed the factors affecting the box office performance of movies in the Chinese market in 2010~2014. A total of 499 movies were selected for the final analyses. Based on the previous studies, genre, actor/actress power, director power, sequel, remake, release period, award, online evaluation, distributor power, and production area were chosen as independent variables. Regression analyses showed that most of the independent variables except for distributor power were found to affect box office performance of the movies.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationships among peer pressure, parental supervision, alcohol expectancy and adolescent drinking behaviors between year 2001 and 2006. Three hundred high school students were given questionnaires each year on their drinking behavior. Findings of this study were; first, a adolescent drinking and the amount drinking has increased during the years. adolescent drinker ratio as adolescent drinkers were 91.3% in 2006 compared to 75.9% in 2001. The average drinking amounts were 40.82 units in 2006 and 24.9 units in 2001. Second, differences were found in adolescent drinking behaviors such as the amount of alcohol consumption, drinking frequency, & problem drinker ratio by gender, and grade. Male students over female students. Third, peer pressure, parental supervision, alcohol expectancy showed significant impacts on adolescent drinking behaviors through 2001 and 2006. Students who lack parental supervision with much higher drinking-related peer pressure along with a higher level of positive alcohol expectancy were observed to be heavy drinkers and problem drinkers. Especially, students who showed belief in alcohol's tension-relieving function and sociability function tended to over-drink, drink more frequently and as a result, experienced more drinking problems. Intervention strategies were discussed.

In this paper, I attempt to analyse the sound of this film to interpret the complicated sound structure in . Godard was aware of the power of sound and experimented diverse methods such as 'direct sound', interviewing using the effect of on-sound and off-sound, multiple narration, reading a text aloud, sound effect and music which are controled and selected by himself in this film. , with its largely improvised dialogue, was a work of journalism which was recorded a generation of Marx Coca-Cola.

Dir. Kim, Giduk's first work is (1996) which was created a new character and episode which disregard the main trand movie. His emotion in his film is over the reallife and common sense. His emotion is attached to the primitive feeling. He is called the tererist of Korean film culture. This thesis studys on the allegory of kim, Giduk's film world by Kim, Sunam's 'Korean auterism' which discusses dir.'s film work on the base of the background of filmmaker and his view of life. And also to represent film image he used space, water, color, repeated same meaning oposition by the usual image of rhetoric.
