Remote sensing images are multispectral image data collected from several band divided by wavelength ranges. The classification of remote sensing images is the method of classifying what has similar spectral characteristics together among each pixel composing an image as the important algorithm in this field. This paper presents a pattern classification method of remote sensing images by applying a possibilistic fuzzy c-means (PFCM) algorithm. The PFCM algorithm is a hybridization of a FCM algorithm, which adopts membership degree depending on the distance between data and the center of a certain cluster, combined with a PCM algorithm, which considers class typicality of the pattern sets. In this proposed method, we select the training data for each class and perform supervised classification using the PFCM algorithm with spectral signatures of the training data. The application of the PFCM algorithm is tested and verified by using Landsat TM and IKONOS remote sensing satellite images. As a result, the overall accuracy showed a better results than the FCM, PCM algorithm or conventional maximum likelihood classification(MLC) algorithm.

Although there was an introduction of the class with in mind learner's individual learning ability as a method improving problems of the class which consists of students with various kinds of levels, it was a burden to both teacher and students because of many realistic problems. In this paper, we investigate the efficiency of peer tutoring teaching method which is the one that students having a superior ability for learning become peer tutors and they teach other peer tutee under the teacher's guidance and supervision. After we apply the class-wide peer tutoring to some sophomore classes, we obtain that this teaching method affects positively the students's learning achievement and learning attitude in mathematics class. In particular, we obtain that the peer tutoring is more effective in three to one group than in one to one group.

코로나19 대유행으로 비대면 교육이 보편화되어 온라인 학습과 시험이 교육기관에서 일반화되고 있다. 이러한 급격한 변화로 교육의 공정성 문제와 온라인 시험의 부정행위 문제가 대두되고 있다. 온라인 시험은 대면 시험과는 달리 시험 감독관이 부정행위를 적발하기 어렵기 때문에 응시자의 다양한 환경을 고려하여 정확하게 부정행위를 판별하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 시험환경에서 응시자의 행동 데이터와 영상데이터를 분석하여 부정행위를 감독관에게 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템의 구현을 통해 온라인 시험 환경에서 부정행위를 탐지 기능을 확인한다.

A simple approach to semantic document-retrieval is to measure document similarity based on the bag-of-words representation, e.g., cosine similarity between two document vectors. However, such a syntactic method hardly considers the semantic similarity between documents, often producing semantically-unsound search results. We circumvent such a problem by combining supervised machine learning techniques with ontology information based on Markov logic. Specifically, Markov logic networks are learned from similarity-tagged documents with an ontology representing the diverse relationship among words. The learned Markov logic networks, the ontology, and the training documents are applied to the semantic document-retrieval task by inferring similarities between a query document and the training documents. Through experimental evaluation on real world question-answering data, the proposed method has been shown to outperform the simple cosine similarity-based approach in terms of retrieval accuracy.

본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터를 이용한 감독 학습 프레임 워크를 제안한다. 최근 Deep Convolutional Neural Networks의 성공으로 많은 분야에서 사용되고 있다. DCNNs 모델 성능의 중요한 요소 중 하나는 Large-cale Dataset을 구축하는 것으로 Small-scale Dataset으로 모델을 학습한다면 과적합 및 일반화 오류를 해결하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 방법으로 이미지 왜곡을 통한 데이터 셋을 증가 또는 Dropout 기법 등을 사용하였지만 원본 데이터가 적은 경우에는 모델이 일반화 능력을 갖기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하고자 Web으로부터 얻은 비디오에서 해당 Class와 관련된 프레임들을 추출하여 보다 쉽게 데이터 셋을 확장하고, 모델의 성능을 향상 시키는 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 멀티 레이블을 이용한 CNN 구조 활용과 NLP 학습을 이용하여 한국 영화의 장르를 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. 포스터는 영화의 전반적인 내용을 한눈에 알아볼 수 있게 하는 매체이기 때문에 다양한 요소들로 구성되어 있다. 합성곱 신경망(Convolutional neural network)을 활용해, 한국 영화 포스터가 가지는 특징들을 추출하여 영화 장르 분류를 진행하였다. 하지만, 영화의 경우 감독이 생각하는 장르와 관객이 영화를 봤을 때, 느끼는 장르가 다를 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 장르 예측에 있어서 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 완화하기 위해 본 논문에서는 합성곱 신경망 활용뿐만 아니라, 자연어 처리(Natural Language Processing)를 같이 활용한 방법을 제안한다.

This study aims to assure the positive influence of publishing English newspapers on improving English communicative ability and explores possibilities of enforcing an explicitly collaborative and independent learning atmosphere through a cooperative project-based publishing process. The project of publishing first KSA English newspapers has completed with a series of processes adopted from project-based learning and teaching strategies. The project involves the initiative process of selecting student editors based on their English abilities and commitment levels followed by planning subjects, themes and materials, distributing tasks and articles, and integrating and editing the outcome. Throughout the whole process volunteers participated independently and collaboratively with minimum supervision. The survey shows that the successfully published English Newspaper resulted in facilitating volunteers' positive self awareness and independent learning attitude as well as improving general English ability. The study discusses possibilities and advantages of publishing newspapers and magazines not for limited language education only, but for integrated project-based learning and teaching with suggestions for further related studies.

The Web programming techniques like CGI and server-sided script languages such as ASP, PHP and JSP have been used for developing on-line Web-based learning systems on SQL. But, the systems developed by using those techniques are dependent on the platforms on which the target DBMS's are located. Therefore, they can be hardly reused and maintained. In addition, it is not easy for them to provide a learner with the feedback information on processing his/her query and to give a teacher an opportunity of monitoring and guiding learner's learning process. In this paper, we propose an SQL learning system on the Web by using Java Applet and JDBC, which is independent on the target DBMS's. Moreover, it gives feedback information on learner's queries so that a teacher can monitor the learning process and teach them efficiently.

본 연구는 한국 프로 야구 선수 개인의 수치화된 데이터를 바탕으로 타석의 결과를 예측하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 방법은 2015시즌부터 2018시즌에 활약한 한국 프로 야구 소속의 투수와 타자의 유형을 군집화 하여 지도학습 모델을 만든다. 지도학습 모델과 현재까지 진행된 2019시즌의 결과를 비교·대조한다. 본 연구결과는 한국 프로 야구 10개 구단의 감독의 선수 선발 결정에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
