Communication is posited as the commons antecedent for both kind of trust. A study was administered among IT Project leading in different projects. Analysis of 169 data point in general supports the research model. For building cognitive trust, Communication is formal to be must important while business expertise the second and technical expertise the third. For affective trust, the influence of antecedent are relatively smaller than the case of cognitive trust. For project performance, Cognitive trust seem to have stronger impact as IT may have direct impact as well as indirect impact via affective trust. Findings trust though the impact is smaller than the cognitive trust. In practice, this means to maintain Balanced approach in fostering trust-cognitive and affective.

Underground space, especially very-deep tunnel development in urban area, is a good alternative to solve the problem of insufficient ground space, and the need for underground space development is steadily increasing. However, due to the complex and time-consuming nature of design and construction, public conflicts related to the deep tunnel project are getting aggravating and more complex. In addition, since the public budget is mainly invested, when civil complaints arise, they often respond passively, resulting in amplification of conflicts or prolonging the deadlock in many cases. In this study, by analyzing the progress of major conflicts related to the construction of very-deep tunnels in urban area, the causes of conflicts, factors prolonging conflicts, and solutions are reviewed. Through a survey targeting ordinary citizens and tunnel experts, thoughts about the deep tunnel construction and major conflict factors were analyzed, and suggestions for minimizing conflicts were presented. The results of this study can be used to prepare alternatives such as various public involvement measures and improvement of project procedures to form a civic consensus on the construction of very-deep tunnels, and to prepare measures to improve prejudice against very-deep tunnels.
The purpose of this study was not only to understand what relations the airlines and the travel agencies, who have developed mutually cooperative relation, forge as a supplier and receiver in light of distribution channel but also to identify how they effect conflict and partnership performance, by which it leads to find how two organizations, i.e., the airlines and the travel agencies should be able to develop a business partner relation to grow together. The findings from the actual analysis were as follows. Firstly, the distribution relation characteristics between the airlines and the travel agencies had a significant effect on conflict. Secondly, the conflict between the airlines and the travel agencies had a significant effect on partnership performance. Thirdly, the distribution relation characteristics between the airlines and the travel agencies had a significant effect on partnership performance both the airlines and the travel agencies.
The purpose of this study is to examine the co-offending implementation process of robbery and burglary crime. To this end, interview data for research projects conducted by the Korea Institute of Criminology in 2013(Advancing Knowledge About Co-Offending - Burglary and Robbery in Korea) were used as secondary data. Using secondary data, we attempted a grounded theory approach. Based on the procedure presented by Strauss&Corbin (1990), the open coding stage was derived from 51 concepts, 22 subcategories and 8 upper categories. According to an analysis tool called "coding paradigm," the causal condition is the cause of the robbery and burglary crime. Contextual conditions are the formation of co-offending relationship and the reason for selecting co-offending. The central phenomenon is the co-offending implementation of robbery and burglary crime. Interventing conditions are conflict between co-offenders and occurrence of arrest factor. The action/interaction strategy is arrested all co-offenders. The consequence consisted of ending the co-offending relationship. Finally, the selective coding stage selected 'the development of conflict between formation and end of co-offending relationship' as the core category, and newly established the co-offending relationship of robbery and burglary crime through the process of 'formation-implementation-conflict-arrest-end'.

This research is an empirical research that surveys the influence factors of franchisee's compliance and precedence, which have a direct effect on the success of franchisor, from the view of relation exchange theory. The results herein show that the trust of franchisees towards franchisor has a complete mediating effect between conflict and compliance. This means that in a franchise system, it is important to build trust in order to successfully manage franchisees. Trust built between franchisor and the franchisee has a dominating effect based on relationship even on domains not specified on the contract. Also, it is very important in that it decreases frequently occurring conflicts caused by disagreement of interests and unfair relationship of power, and effectuates compliance of franchisees. Such result is a meaningful theoretical and practical contribution in that it has for the first time domestically investigated the mechanism of relationship leading from conflict and trust to compliance of franchisees by methods of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis.
While individual enterprises with different objectives each other within supply chains require a variety of resources to achieve their own seeking goals and performances, it is necessary to form interdependent relationships among the enterprises to secure the resources what they need, as the individual enterprises are supposed to have limitations on such as time, space and cost to secure all the resources. In this process, conflict possibilities rise and opportunistic behaviors increase due to those environmental factors such as unbalanced information among enterprises, limited rationality, pursuit of interests, and risk aversion. Those existing studies on conflicts in the field of supply chains have limitations in that they failed to present specific conflict management strategies based on the conflict types from the perspective of the conflict resolution mechanism as the studies have made only focused on investigating the causes of conflicts and the impact of conflicts on performance. In this study, therefore, it used the TKI model of Kilmann and Thomas(1977) to subdivide the conflict management strategies in the process of transactions within supply chains by enterprises, and looked into the impact on partnership and performance according to each strategy. As the results, it showed that those types of conflict management strategies such as concession type and cooperation type had a positive(+) impact on the relationship commitment as a factor of partnership, and it was identified that the relationship commitment had a positive(+) impact on performance. In other words, it can be considered that the enterprises making use of the concession type & the cooperation type conflict management strategies under the situation of conflict would be able to have a very positive impact on their performances if they can make good relationship commitment such as investments in and efforts for the sustainable relationship along with the conflict management, while recognizing the importance of relationship. The most important meaning of this study lies on in terms of that it would be contributable to strengthening the partnership between enterprises and minimizing the risk of supply chains caused by conflicts through these results from the study.
It is important not only understanding the underlying psychodynamic mechanism of the somatization but also understanding the somatization as a process where biological and sociocultural factors are acting as maintaining and exaggerating the primary vague somatic symptoms. Recently, among mechanisms of the somatization biological and cognitive aspect became more important than psychodynamics. When the doctors see patients complain physical discomforts without organic foundation, they should give attention to the mechanism of symptom amplification, misinterpretation, individual cognitive characteristics and learned behavior. Psychiatric disorders which show somatic symptoms should be also evaluated. Autonomic dysfunctions linked with stress would give some clues of the mystery of the mind-body relationship.

The data collected from the survey were analysed by SPSS18.0 and AMOS for frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, the mentoring part was a significant constituent for achieving an organization's objective because a mentor and a mentee could interact and sympathize through personal recommendation, consultation and support for reducing psychological stress.
